This unit is a very rare 4 bedroom that is sure to make your whole group make this the annual vacation spot. From decorations to cleanliness this unit will provide all of the above. Enjoy drinks on your large deck overlooking the channel with the coveted top floor views. Utilize the dock and slip to house your boat during your stay as part of your rental fee.

The Space:
Reach this top floor unit by only 4 steps. With a full kitchen, gas grill, comfortable furnishings, tasteful decor and a fun lofted bedroom with entertainment throughout this offers enjoyment to all. The master suite has a king-sized bed, private bath, walk-in closet and walk out sliding door. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms offer a queen sized bed. The 4th bedroom is the perfect place for the kids to crash while playing games together in the loft with two twin over full custom-built bunk beds. Sleeping 12 comfortably and offering plenty of space for guests to lounge, play games and interact in multiple different areas.

Guest Access:
You will have your own entrance code active day of arrival at check in. There are 4 steps to enter the unit as well as steps in the unit to access the lofted area.
