You have to beg for new towels. They dont clean room. You have to ask for everything and then they get upset you asked. Not real clean.

Great room. Great staff. Great service. Quiet, and very nice.

This was probably the worst experience I've ever had in a hotel stay. We decided not to stay at the hotel and drove 60 miles home instead of enjoying the adult beverages at our friends wedding. No traditional entrance or lobby. One of the main floor bathrooms was destroyed. There was a leak in the hallway to get to the elevator. The whole place smelled like mold and cigarettes. Our bedroom was semi-clean except for the kitchen and appliances. The beds we're small and very uncomfortable. The mattresses were wrapped in plastic like we were sleeping on a children's bed who still can't hold their bladder. I wouldn't be surprised if we shared our short time inside the room with several palmetto bugs. Would not recommend to anyone. I honestly think Orbitz is doing itself a disservice by offering their rooms on their site. I will be calling HQ with a request for a refund.

Best thing about the place is leaving and I think that probably goes for all guests. It is less of a hotel and more of a temporary shelter.

Nice looking in the outside, horrible inside, very dirty and smelly hotel. I checked in and as soon as I entered the elevator I was already regretting, and once I got into the room, I had to run out and check out.

When I booked the room, it was because the area was sold out. The staff was nice at check in, and it was very inexpensive. There were 4 of us, 2 adults and 2 teenagers. We were given 2 towels. Thankfully, I had brought a beach towel that my husband and I shared. It felt like we were checking into a VERY basic hotel/motel. Although, the doors were inside, there was no carpeting. I don't think we would stay again, but it was very cheap

The bed really sucked. It was like sleeping on a futon.

It is our number one priority to provide all of our guests with a clean and safe stay while they are visiting the Clermont area. Each hotel suites is provided with 2 sets of towels at check-in and would be happy to provide with extra upon request. It is a Woodspring Suites brand standard that each occupied room is cleaned biweekly. Should a guest like to have additional cleanings, they can be requested at the front desk for an additional fee.
