Everything was great. Will always stay here. Only issue is beds mattresses are hard as a rock but will not stop us from staying here.

Quick check-in with express check out was a huge plus. Clean facilities, location close to everything.

I booked this condo for a conference stay. I wouldn't call it a "hotel," as there is no cleaning staff that comes each day and soaps, coffee, etc. are not re-stocked each day. As a traveler who relied on uber, or taxis, to get around, it was a pain to go to the grocery store and bring back food necessities for my stay. I missed the amenities of a hotel, but this would be a good place to bring a family who wanted to cook meals in the condo. Plenty of room for many. The best part of my stay was the friendliness of the staff. The worst part of my stay was the fire ants I discovered in my clothes on the last day. I have a PhD in entomology and was in town for an international entomology meeting. The ants, specifically, red imported fire ants, were in the master bedroom and made their way through the carpet & to the bed. I dried all my clothes in the dryer (there's a positive! Washer & dryer in unit) to remove the ants from my clothing. Being an entomologist, I also took a sample of RIFAs from the lint trap. I had to switch sheets with the other bedroom to make it through my last night there. I can handle a few insects, but I'm positive future guests will not have as much tolerance. In conclusion, I will probably stay in a hotel next time.

Our salon booked this hotel so our staff could room together for the hair show at the Orange County Convention Center. When we got there we felt like we were on MTV Cribs because there were so many levels and rooms to explore! Our rental accommodated 7 of us and there was definitely room for more! It was only a 5 minute drive to the convention center which was awesome for us! We will definitely be booking here again for this year!

The resort was great. Rooms were very clean and the pool was very nice. My only complaint would be the beds were not very comfortable, but I would recommend Vista Cay to others definitely.

The staff wasn't helpful but the place is nice and I would go again.

I love the vista cay resort. This was our 3rd time staying there. we look forward to coming back next year.

The carpets and tile were disgusting! They turned the bottoms of our feet black after walking on them. Staff was great about the carpets, they sent the cleaners out the next morning to steam clean them and refunded our cleaning fee. They looked new afterwards. But no one came to clean the tile.. I mopped it myself. Several bugs on the kitchen counters. Missing many kitchen essentials. No pizza cutter, blender, large pot for boiling pastas, and no oven mit of any kind for use with the oven.I had to use a dish towel to get hot items out of the oven. There are several pools but they are very small.

We took our Grandson to Disney World for his 3rd Birthday. He loved every minute of it. He may not remember a lot of this trip when he gets older but we will treasure all the memories forever.

We had a 3 bedroom, 4 bath townhouse. It was perfect for multiple families as we each had our own space. It was centrally located to both Universal/Sea World and Disney Parks. The price was unbeatable. It was beautifully decorated. I would not consider the townhouse to be immaculate, but it was not dirty. Our major issue was the dust. We noticed everything was very dusty. On our last day, my husband noticed that the vents were caked with dust and debris. We all were experiencing sinus/allergy issues while we were there but attributed to the weather. Now we realize it was the dirty vents. Everyone of us ended up getting sick and needing antibiotics from breathing in the dust.

If it had only a restaurant o-site it will be the perfect location for an Orlando stay.

living room could have been bigger location was convenient washer and dryer good pool good

GREAT LOCATION , GREAT VALUE FOR THE MONEY , LARGE ROOM /APARTMENT . WOULD RECOMMEND TO OTHERS

We had a wonderful stay at Vista Cay. The rooms were large and nicely accommodated all 7 guests in our party. The locations proximity to Disney properties was great! We also enjoyed having a grocery store nearby and a Walgreens on sight. Check in was easy and they were able to help us anything we needed.

FAMILY LOVED IT, WILL ALWAYS STAY HERE WE ARE IN FLORIDA. ACCOMODATION WERE VERY FAMILY FRIENDLY. THE ARCADE WAS A GREAT PLACE FOR THE KID TO RELAX AND ENJOY THEMSELVES WHILE WE WERE SITTING BY THE POOL.

Amazing place. Newly built and all very nice interiors, appliances, etc. We were a family of 6 staying off of the Disney compound here for a few days and then at the Contemporary near Magic Kingdom. If we could do it again, we would've stayed here the whole time and saved thousands of dollars. You have to drive to get to it, but it is well worth it for the quality, additional space, tremendous value, etc. I'd give 10 stars for value if I could.

We had a wonderful stay. The room was just what I wanted and expected. The location was close to theme parks and stores. You do need to have a car to get around. Staff was friendly and helpful. I'm looking forward to my next oportunity to book here again.

It was a great place to stay. The hotel was clean and staff was nice. Fantastic location, didn't have to drive far from international drive where everything is located. I would stay there again.

Everything about it was great. From the room to the pool. Excellent.

We stayed at this Vista Cay resort, when we walked in the room it was very dirty, especially tub, shower, sinks and toilets. I had to go to the nearest Publix store to buy cleaning supplies to clean whole unit. Blinds in all rooms didn't work, we contacted them they said that we will have to order parts, but didn't they have to check all stuff in the rooms before guests come in. Water was hot all the time in the kitchen sink, Shower heads was bad and dirty and was replaced with other one, but that one also didn't work properly and was very bad flow. The only good about this place I would say it's location, which is away from Disney and noise. I would give even less than 1 star if I could.

We apologize that you had to deal with the red ants and hope that you let the front desk know of the incident. Our website states that we are a "self catered" resort with limited services. Thank you for pointing our the friendliness of our staff. We well be sure to let them know that they were noted. Thank you for writing the review.
