Me gustó la ubicación del hotel.La hermosa vista desde el piso 9.Me gustó el silencio para descansar.No hubo olores a cigarros.Las condiciones limpias del apartamento como cosina y baño.Los pasillos bien decorados.Con todo demás pudimos trabajar y logramos unas lindas vacaciones.Somos dos personas de 81 y 69.Las jóvenes del front desk muy amables.
Pool was dirty the charge for everything no toilet paper the hotel was dirty . I will never stay there again
Room was not as advertised, several large damaged spots on carpets. I can't fault them for the construction going on during my stay. Just wasn't expecting to be charged twice. The deposit was more than I paid on Orbitz and they kept the entire thing despite me just being there for an overnight trip.
Fees for house keeping can be removed. I truly doubt understand why guest are being charged for house keeping when that has always been a part of hotel stay.

I’d easily stay again, though I was a bit disappointed that the hot tub wasn't functioning properly. Other than that, everything was perfect. Great location!

The property was extremely clean. But note they do not clean rooms daily. However, we didn’t mind at all. I’d rather no one came to my room daily anyways.The soap and shampoo offered were terrible. But not a deal breaker. Bring your own. The conditioner and body lotion were fine. The pool and bar was amazing and the entire staff was extremely friendly. We had a room with two king beds, microwave, refrigerator, kitchen sink with glasses, dishes, and silverware provided. Close to Universal Studios. Walking distance to 7/11. We would stay again.
Everything is okay, they need to just let the poor and the bar open 24hrs that’s it.
We love the Point. The rooms are always clean and large. It’s awesome having your own kitchen to bypass some of the prices of local restaurant.
Michael checked us in and he was awesome! I appreciated that the room had a central air system and not a loud, window unit. It was clean and the one time I needed something, they were quick to help. My kids and I were very comfortable and would stay here again.
Stay was Excellent!
We were so happy with the quietness of the hotel in such a bustling area. We never had to worry about a lot of noise late at night or early morning even from outside traffic. We were also so pleased that staff worked to accommodate our last minute travel plan changes and add the extended stay no problem for us at all.
