We have been coming here since it opened I’d say around 3/4 years ago now. It’s still our favourite place to stay as it’s got everything we need and want as a family. We have stayed between 2-4 week each time. Andre at front desk is friendly, efficient and there’s nothing he won’t do for you. One thing I don’t like on reviews is if people say “oh this didn’t work, that was missing etc etc”. Call reception / Andre and ask for what you want fixing, replacing etc. These things are brought or fixed to you WITHIN MINUTES! It’s unfair to leave reviews complaining if you’ve never once brought it to someone’s attention. These guys genuinely want you to have a nice stay. The net at the front of one of the windows was missing. I like to open windows for an hour or two a day to get some “real air” (I’m from the uk! I like real fresh air at times not just air con! 😂). Within half an hour maintenance had fully fixed the window. No questions asked. Someone at the pool said their toaster was missing. I said have you asked... no.. I said so ask. A new one will be with you within minutes. I don’t get it. Please take a thought and if you have an issue call front desk and ask for it to be sorted. Not fair to complain after the fact. The site is excellent. Great pool. Lovely hottub. Yes there are some beds around the pool that are worse for wear but every day we were there and are here they are replacing furniture around the pool. New umbrellas. Two brand new gazebo’s for shade. The houses are great. Yes the staircase carpets etc do need deep clean regularly at times but they get so much traffic and maybe guests should have a little more respect and take off shoes in the house. Especially when going upstairs. You would do it in your own homes. If you can’t live with something on it, again, give them a call. They’ll sort it for you. No one wants to look at a horrid stain day in day out for weeks. This is an excellent place to stay. Decent price. Well kept site. Friendly helpful staff everywhere around, from front desk to house keeping to maintenance. This is very much a home from home for us and believe me I am mega fussy but these guys are wanting to do their best for you all round, especially Andre so stay without hesitation, because we will for years to come. See you at Christmas guys 😂xx

Our family of five enjoyed a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom, townhome with garage and mini back and front lawns. Best parts: Cable TV in all bedrooms, Huge master bedroom big enough to host family game night, great programmable air conditioning, washer & dryer upstairs, and full kitchen with an ice-dispensing refrigerator. Flaws: Dryer did not dry the clothes well (perhaps a clogged outflow duct), sink disposal did not work, and a huge wasp nest was on the back porch ... we went out for bug spray!!! Otherwise, our kids loved the place. Lots of stairs to climb way up to the top floor, but the carpets were comfy and cozy. Advice: head out as soon as you can for groceries, including food, paper towels, toilet paper, and other toiletries. The resort supplies a starter set, but that will deplete fast if you have a big family. There is a Publix supermarket just up the road. No need to worry about towels ... lots provided. In summary, it's a nice big spacious place to "live" while you're on vacation. Your neighbors are connected to you, but the walls seemed quite sound-proof. Our neighbors had a big party and we weren't bothered, except by one person parking a car in our spot (they politely moved when asked). Our minivan did not fit in the garage, but a small car will, giving you space for another in the driveway, if needed. You get a code to enter the premises when you check in at the Tuscana desk across the street. Overall, a nice place to stay.

The house was beautiful in a gated communityy.the house was spacious we stayed in a four bedroom house 3 bathrooms full kitchen.a little walk to the pool, the bar was nice quite reasonably g was within normal distance.loved the area.

When we checked in we have to initial that we would pay extra fees such as cleaning, security deposit, insurance on security deposit, etc. etc. Five extra fees were added as you check in. Disappointment in the size of the rental! Much smaller and the map they give you have extra amenities to the property that don't exist such as kiddie pool and playground. Only found a small pool on the other side of a "Clubhouse".

We stayed at The Fountains at ChampionsGate for our 10 day Orlando vacation and would highly recommend! We historically have stayed at another hotel/resort but with a larger family, we needed the accommodations for a total of eight--7 adults and a baby and decided to "venture out" from previous. We loved the four bedrooms and were delighted with the modern, "newer" look and feel of our condo. The one drawback would be the initial day of arrival. There is no signage to tell you to go to the Toscana to register to get into the gate at The Fountains--it is very confusing if you do not know this and there is no direction. A simple one or two signs along the road up to The Fountains or on the intercom box by the gate would be very helpful~ The staff are friendly and helpful. A bit longer drive to WDW and US/IofA but the accommodations were worth it!

Let’s start at the beginning, I truly love the drive up curb appeal the place offered. It was beautiful! We went from a family vacation of 4 to a family vacation of 7 within no time BUT they were very accommodating to my sudden need for 4 bedrooms rather than a 3 bedroom townhome. Check in was quick! The home was NICE! It was clean and neat. It’s about 15 minutes from a Walmart, plenty of food places nearby. It’s definitely a must for a great family vacay! The kitchen has all the necessities to cook if you would like to spend the day inside. Williams 2018 Family Vacation was a great success!

Family of 5 stayed there end of May for a week. Got a free upgrade to a 4 bedroom unit as they had no 3 bedroom units available. We only encountered small minor issues. The blinds in the upstairs master bedroom were stuck open. Not a big issue as we used the other bedroom instead. The living room tv wouldn't work the last 3 days. We managed without it as we were only there in the evenings, and kept busy doing other things. The unit was clean, pool was good, nice landscaping throughout the property. Would go there again. For all those people who complain about the "hidden fees".... Its not hidden at all. Its clearly marked on your booking. Keep up the good work Fountains and Tuscana.

We just left the house of horrors!! To begin with THEY LIE!!! We booked a one bedroom like the picture shows. They said they don't have ONE BEDROOM UNITS!! They say your getting an upgrade to a 3 or 4 bedroom, HO, but they lock the doors of the other bedrooms. SO what is the upgrade??? which we did not need. The first unit the bedrooms were upstairs which was not going to work because I can't clime stairs. Thats why we booked a one bedroom. So they move us to another one with one bed downstairs, okay that worked. Bring your own pillows or plan on a stiff neck. HO BUT THE DRYER DIDNT WORK, SURPRISE, SURPRISE. We had a maintenance guy come in and tell us they needed a factory guy. NEVER HAPPENED. The carpet was so dirty it crouched when you walked on it. Inadequate kitchen ware. The list goes on. ONE WEEK IN HELL!!!!!WE PLAN ON GOING ON SOCIAL MEDIA TO UNCOVER THIS.

When we arrived they made me sign a piece of paper with additional fees. I told them my booking included all fees and they said I wouldn’t be charged they were just for awareness. They then billed my credit card without my permission. Also the carpets were filthy in our accommodation. If you book here you need to add substantial additional costs as they decide to the price.

We are a family of 6 who stayed at the Fountains during April in a 3 bed townhouse. From the outside it looked quite small but this was not the case and we were pleasantly surprised at internal space. All bedrooms were a great size, plenty of storage and comfy beds. Downstairs we had everything that we needed in the kitchen (which was a great size, modern and clean) Check in was smooth, staff were very pleasant and helpful and the amenities were spot on. The pool area is well maintained with ample space and the jacuzzi pool was a welcome relief after hours walking around the theme park. You have lots of local shops and eateries (which we made use of) The only thing that I would mention is that the lock on the sliding door in the lounge didn't seem overly secure but then the property is in a Gate secured resort which gave us peace of mind. As mentioned by a previous reviewer, we also experienced a raccoon in the trash bin area which was quite funny as we had never seen one before and my daughters thought it was great We've had another fantastic holiday in Orlando and without hesitation would stay at the The Fountains again if we were to return. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking at staying in the Championsgate area
