My brother-in-law has stayed at the fountains many times and recommended it to us so we tried it this time and were not disappointed! I have been coming to Florida with my husband for the last 18 years and have stayed in many types of accommodation but the lovely house, facilities and staff at the fountains are by far one of the best places we have stayed. We had a lovely 3 bedroom town house, beautifully decorated, very clean and had all facilities. For me I love being able to do my own laundry and make fresh coffee, which is not an option in hotels! The pool is incredible too, my husband loves to swim and also lay in the pool at the lower end on hot days. While I enjoyed hiding in the shade of the cabanas! It’s by far the nicest pool area we have found! And location is key, it’s with perfect distance too all the theme parks and as Disney annual Passholders this is very important to us! But being so close to the supermarket, restaurants and an ale house is an even bigger bonus! We cannot recommend the fountains enough to anyone visiting it’s perfect for both couples and families! And to prove how much we loved it we will be staying again in December for our pre-Christmas trip!

The Fountains is in a great location, has a fantastic pool area, a lovely clubhouse with small gym for doing cardio workout. The staff here are always very helpful and friendly, they cannot do enough to make you’re vacation as great a possible. The houses are modern and well furnished, and this is now my fifth time here in two years. It’s a home from home, and always sad to leave. Will return next year

Thanksgiving week stay....townhouse was in a good location, not far from attract ions and things to do close by. Modern amenities, the four bedroom provide a lot space for two families, pool area was clean with awesome cabanas, nice quiet area." Located near plenty of restaurants and gas,CVS....

Just returned from a family vacation and must post my disappointment in an effort to prevent this from happening to another family. Within the first hour or arriving had to notify the front desk about ceiling bulbs out, vertical blinds missing and a hole in the ceiling from what appeared to be a leak. I informed them of this to prevent any charges to my card. I was informed that each unit has a separate owner. The owner of this unit to care less about the upkeep nor is anyone holding them accountable. The carpet on the stairway was nasty where we ensure the kids kept house shoes and socks on at all times. I also noticed that the Local Business Tax Receipt and State of Florida, Division of Hotels and Restaurants license were expired and I intend to call the first business day I can to report such. There may be a part 2🤬.

My husband had to be in Orlando for business. So, we tagged along to roll in some vacation time. If the villa wasn’t paid for ahead of time and we would have arrived earlier, I WOULD HAVE NEVER STAYED HERE. Where to start. The downstairs half bath smelled like urine. The floors were disgusting and walking around in socks, you looked like you had ran down the road. The linens were of such a poor quality that they probably didn’t have a thread count. There was one blanket with the paper thin sheet that was the thickness of a towel. The master bathroom was mildewed. The horrible decor and wonky chairs I could overlook. The house being gross is unacceptable. I called and called and they answered the phone but instantly put you on hold where you stayed. Just don’t do it. I have stayed in third world countries, in hostels that were cleaner and nicer.

I stayed here while attending a conference at the Omni Hotel. Not quite a walkable distance if that is your plan. So we rented a car. The townhome was fine. Three bedrooms. Kitchen not stocked with anything but didn’t expect it to be. Might have been nice to have more than one bar of soap in the house... maybe one for each bathroom.. Bed was comfortable I slept like a baby. I would do it again.

We stayed here in October for 4 nights 5 days. We were in building 1. The room was by far above what we expected. Lots of space, clean and comfortable. The building is showing its age a little, but it is in the middle if a complete renovation. Of note is that we never actually heard any excessive noise from the renovation work. I would highly recommend staying here to anyone. Great staff, good service and it's very close to all attractions in Orlando.

My company uses a travel booking company for our hotel stays and my colleague and I stayed here for a conference. We got into the hotel late and thought it was so strange the way you check in and didn’t feel safe. We got our key from the security guard who seemed confused then we got to the gate and at 12:30am three random cars came out of nowhere behind us following us into gate. The scary part was there was a strange black SUV and a strange white van they both pulled into the unit next to ours we didn’t get out of the car because we were scared. They pulled out of the driveway in a very sketchy way which scared us even more. The whole situation seemed like it could have been a possible sex trafficking situation which is a real and scary thing. When we arrived the entire apartment smelt awful like mildew, the carpets were filthy, the beds were the beds to give your kids when they’re potty training, and the furniture was beaten up and old. There was so much space in the unit but all wasted space with limited furniture and everything seemed like it was pre-owned from a old hotel auction. I will never stay here again and reported it to my company’s travel company to eliminate it from their approved list of hotels as this was not what it appeared to be online. I HIGHLY caution anyone to stay away from this place as they are not accommodating to your issues and has misleading photos on here and their site.

Stayed here for 6 nights with my husband and two adult sons. Spacious and well equipped town house. Had a few issues that required fixing ie no hot water, but within 10mins of being reported maintenance had appeared. Think after 3 days in a row we were on first name terms!! Yes the stair carpets could do with a scrub and some of the furniture was chipped and dented, but this made me feel more at home and able to relax.......if it had of been pristine I would have been constantly cleaning and making the family's life a misery. Used the pool a couple of was deserted which made it feel like your own personal one Ideally situated for shops and eateries. Husband and son used the golf facilities up at the hotel Just of the I.4 so easy access to the parks shopping outlets etc The only downside is that the back of the property is not very inviting, nothing to sit out on and it opens straight out onto scrub land. Would come back

Is there a basketball court for the teenagers?? I can't go anywhere there isn't one LOL I'd love to know what things the teens can do besides the pool?? if they are not kept busy they are not happy LOL Thank you!!
