Your own private oasis awaits behind the home on the fully fenced and screened-in lanai, a place where memories are made splashing in the sparkling inground pool and soaking up the plentiful sunshine. If you prefer to mix and mingle with the locals, head out into the community where the kids can make new friends at the pool and the adults can play doubles on the tennis courts. Scenic Old Lake Davenport is only a stone’s throw away where you can lounge on the beach, play volleyball, dine al fresco, rent a watercraft, or go fishing. For dining, let someone else do the cooking for a change and set out on a short drive to one of several nearby restaurants featuring everything from fine dining to fresh local fare. Bringing your furry family along? A dog park where they can stretch their paws is just a short walk away.



After long days exploring this thrilling area, head back to the home to relax and unwind indoors among the comfortable furnishings and blissful air conditioning. Boasting soaring vaulted ceilings and plentiful natural light, it’s the perfect place to connect and catch up on all the excitement that’s been had and is yet to come. This home sleeps up to 8 guests between 4 private bedrooms.



Bedroom #1 includes a queen size bed and ceiling fan.



Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed, ceiling fan, and smart TV.



Bedroom #3 includes a queen size bed and ceiling fan.



Bedroom #4 includes a queen size bed, ceiling fan, patio access, and ensuite bathroom with an oversized single vanity and shower/tub combo.



The home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• Washer and dryer in home.

• Driveway parking available for 2 vehicles.

• A private grill can be rented for $150 for your stay up to one week depending on availability and subject to change. To request the use of a BBQ grill, please contact our customer service team few days prior to your check-in date. Please note that BBQ grill rental fees are non-refundable.

• Pet friendly! Maximum 2 pets allowed. An additional daily pet fee of $35 will be required in addition to your final booking costs. To pay your pet fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking. To avoid fines, please pick up after your pets!

• This home is equipped with two (2) external Ring security cameras, the first located on the foyer and actively monitoring the home’s entrance, and the second located above the garage and actively monitoring the driveway.



This home is located in a prime location with all major attractions just a hop, skip, and a jump away; Walt Disney World (10 miles), Star Wars Galaxy’s Edge (11 miles), Universal Studios (21 miles), Wizarding World of Harry Potter (21 miles), and SeaWorld (17 miles), Busch Gardens (64 miles). Sunset Walk, a modern shopping complex offering just about everything under the sun, is 5 miles away. A day trip will take you several local beaches, including Clearwater Beach (90 miles), Cocoa Beach (82 miles), and Daytona Beach (84 miles).
