Nice experience. Clean, and attentive to needs. Friendly front staff.

Nice hotel. stayed an extra night and person at desk said an extra night was 149.00 get home and looked at my account and was charged 174.74 plus 3.00 dollars for mail? internet? Not very happy.

We have stayed here many times but they are now in need of renovating. The good news is they are starting on that.

the price is fine. it is not very convinient to universial studio, because the shuttle bus to universial studio set off at 11 am. the room is spacy and clean.

We go to Disney every year and this was the first time we had stayed here. We picked the hotel because it said it had a shuttle to the parks, but that turned out not to be true. They changed their shuttle schedule in April 2016 and they only had one shuttle that went to ONLY Epcot. From there you had to find transportation to the other Disney parks. And then to return back to the hotel, you had to go to a different park, and then find the shuttle there. Here's the thing - there was only one pick up and drop off time, and the shuttle was small, so if you missed it, you are totally out of luck. For families, this is not convenient in the least. The staff at the front desk was so rude, Heta was her name. I arrived 20 minutes before check in, and there was not one staff member anywhere. I literally had to call the hotel and ask if anyone was working because I was at the front desk waiting and waiting. When she explained the shuttle service to me, and i told her how inconvenient it was, she just sort of looked at me, and told me that i was stuck or should drive in (parking for disney per day is $35-$20, depending on which lot). The rooms are ok - nothing great and certainly not clean. We found crumbs and plastic utencils in our room when we got there, and the bathroom was just generally dirty. The water pressure was the worst. And if you have small children, be ware of the beds. they are MUCH higher than a typical hotel bed and my daughter rolled off. they dont have bed sides

Stayed at the hotel during Hurricane Mathew, staff was friendly and took good care of us

The staff were all very pleasant and welcoming. The breakfast buffet was adequate and simple. The room smelled musty and the AC needed to be constantly on to help dry out the moldy musty smell. The bed was clean and comfortable. The front desk had a helpful kiosk for Disney tickets. Overall would stay there again. About a week after the stay I received a small charge for service fee of $7.50 and when I asked about it I was told it was for the safe, which we never used, and it was refunded, but still left a poor impression they would try to pull something like that.

The Hotel was more than what expected for he low rate, staff was super friendly, specially Steve at the front desk at the moment of check in.

Very close to disney and other shopping area. Good value for the money. Just Opposite to Walmart. That helps too.

I would not stay here again, room smelled musty and moldy, all of us became sick in two days. I was trying to air it out and keep window open, but it would not help. Large stains on the carpet don't leave good impression either. Elevator was broken for most of the day during our stay. Location is OK

Would definitely recommend this hotel, very close and convenient to Disney - Comfortable and cleans rooms. Great for kids and easy access to everything you need. Breakfast that is included is great nice hot meal to get you started for the day!!

This is the second time my wife and I have stayed at this hotel and couldnt be happier once again. The staff was great, the location was great(about a ten minute drive to Walt Disney World), and of course the great free breakfast that Holiday Inn offers. Would definitely recommend this hotel and will probably be booking here again really soon.

Staff not very nice and actually downright rude. Had problems with key not working had to have it programmed 3 times in one night. Really run down and outdated facilities. Have stayed at the holiday Inn express in other towns and always top notch. .not so with this one.

Our trip started out on a bad foot - we booked a room for 5 people, I called ahead to ensure we could have 1 cot. When we got there, the only rooms they had left, were not able to have a cot due to their size and fire hazard. We had to upgrade to a suite which cost us significantly more. So, where we tried to control costs, bit us in the end. Hotel was a good location, easy to find and very close to WalMart if you needed anything.

I had a very good stay at this hotel with my family.

My fiancee and I went to Orlando for a weekend trip and stayed at this hotel. It is located just a few miles away from Walt Disney Worlds main gate. Overall, hotel was nice but kind of hard to find at first but once we got there it was really nice. The room was a bit outdated but was comfortable and the shower had great water pressure. The water smelled a bit funny and the bed was not incredibly comfortable but it was definitely somewhere I would stay again. The hot breakfast was a plus as well.

This was a family trip to Disney and we stayed in another hotel prior to this one. This hotel was far superior to the one we stayed in all week and I wish we had booked this one for the entire trip. Very clean, very comfortable and friendly staff. I chose this hotel for the free hot breakfast and I was not disappointed. Eggs, bacon, sausage, gravy biscuits, pancakes, fresh fruit, cereal, milk and juice. I probably forgot a few items. Free shuttle to the parks - Disney and others. What more could you ask for?

The hotel was confy. A bit load(you could hear a bit other guest). A big plus on the breakfast. No just te continental stuff. Great locaton about 5 minutes from disney parks. Would defenitly repeat

The hotel was clean and in a great location. We chose this hotel because of the shuttle to and from Epcot. However, the shuttle schedule was unclear. The shuttle only departs to Epcot twice a day. Having the schedule more readily available would have been helpful. Overall, the hotel was very nice.

My wife and I would stay there again. The front desk and staff was always very polite and friendly. We enjoyed our breakfast every morning. It was really helpful to be able to purchase our Disney tickets there the first morning after we ate breakfast. The lady who sold the Disney tickets was always helpful to us. We liked the location and our room was very quite at night. Good parking it was easy to come and go from there. We would stay there again.
