South Facing Private Pool Home with Themed Rooms

With fantastic themed bedrooms - with Harry Potter and Disneys Frozen, the kids in the party will absolutely love their new rooms. With a king master bedroom with en suite that has direct access to the spacious pool and spa area, there is also a Queen bedroom and the 2 kids bedrooms with plenty of space in the 2 living areas and games room for a group of 8 people to make the most of this vacation home.

The home also has an extremely large pool deck with a fantastic lanai for cover and shade from the Florida sunshine when you need it and not forgetting of course the large pool and spa to cool off in.

The games room in the home is sensational - with a large sofa and big screen TV for movies and gaming, there are a number of fun electronic arcade games the whole family can play on too. A fully stocked kitchen in this fantastic home away from home and a very safe getaway in the popular residential community of Oak Island Harbor.

Walt Disney World is under 5 miles from your front door at this house. You will also have with your reservation in this home free Wi-Fi and free local calls, as well as a washer and dryer in the home for your convenience.

Please note that with your home you have a private outside pool and spa. This can be heated but there is an additional charge for this option. This charge will be $32.50 per day (+taxes) with a minimum 5 day use. Please do make sure you request this service either at the time of your reservation or at the very least 72 hours before arrival so that it gives us an opportunity to have your pool and spa heated in time for your stay. We typically recommend pool heating for guests staying between the months of October and April.

Please note that charcoal grills are prohibited from use at our home but we can rent you a gas grill for your stay. Please enquire about costs for rental when you book the home.
Please also note that there are parking restrictions on this community. The driveway for this home accommodates 2 cars comfortably, however please be aware that there is no overnight street parking permitted on this community and doing so could result in the vehicle being towed.

This is a self catering home so please be sure to stop by your nearest supermarket to purchase personal toiletries and desired meals. As per Florida State recommendations, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets, hence all food items will be removed after a guest checks out and supplies of items such as condiments, sugar, salt and pepper, tea, coffee etc, will be not be provided prior to your check in. We will provide a starter roll of toilet paper at each toilet, a bin liner in each bin, hand soap in the bathrooms, as well as a dishwasher tab. Towels and linens are included in your stay.
