We had a spider web in the ceiling corner of our room and in the morning we found a bug on the dresses by the tv. The pillows are horrible, they have such little stuffing they hardly were hardly size of a couch pillow. I asked for more pillows and the front desk said they didn’t have any more pillows available. There were only 4 in our room for a family of 4, and the 4 we had were horrible. They have one shuttle a day to and from the park. Hardly a shuttle service. The walls are so thin. You can hear every cart and person walking by the room. The lobby is nice, definitely surprised when the room looked the way it did.
We arrived at the hotel late due to late flight. We checked in went to the room and immediately checked out. I immediately called orbitz to cancel the reservation as well as the hotel. The hotel told me they could not cancel my reservation until the morning when the manager arrives. Orbitz has tried reaching out to the hotel with no response. It has almost been a week still waiting for my refund! I would not suggest this hotel at all. The rooms are filthy, they had sketchy people hanging out all hours of the night. Ŵe were able to find a much better hotel and checked in that morning at 230 am that morning!
We canceled stay due to safety and cleanliness. We checked in and immediately checked out. I am currently fighting to get a refund on my reservations.
Regret ever chose this hotel. Facilities old and dirty. AC so noisy.

1 night, 5 roaches. Hair in tub, in towels and wash cloths. Horrible mattress. I have never written a bad review, even when warranted. Need to work on roach infestation!! Not the least expensive and not the most expensive, but expected better. They advertise that they remodeled in 2019. Seems like they just painted to cover the disgust.

Location is great. Easy to walk to various restaurants and places to shop. Close to Universal Studios - 25 min walk. Easy to Uber to places. Rooms were nice and cold.
Was pleased with the price and convenience. Getting to Universal and various restaurants was a breeze and a Walgreens and KFC are right beside the hotel. Staff was super friendly and check in/out was easy.
It was a nice hotel. Clean, friendly staff. The only issue we had was coming back to hotel after midnight. There was absolutely no parking anywhere around the whole hotel. My husband went to desk and girl just said to park in front by the wall, which led to a uneasy feeling for the night
