The pool closes too early compared to other hotels, the toilet was leaking some water.

After the initial shock of having no electricity and no A/C due to a power outage in the whole area, things went excellent. Very good breakfast buffet. If you like peace and quiet, I would recommend getting an room on the outside perimeter away from the pool. It can get a little noisy with the children playing..

Nice and clean hotel, good breakfast, rooms little small but ok, near many restaurants but lots of traffic in the area.

We are a family of 6 so we stayed in the 2 bedroom suite. It was plenty of room, everything was spotless (something that is VERY important to me), breakfast was great and the location to Disney parks and City Walk for nighttime dinner was perfect! We were very happy with this hotel and will definitely be back for our next trip!

Very comfortable exactly what I expected and hotel staff was very nice and helpful

Affordable hotel right in the middle of I-drive. Very clean rooms, nice breakfast included. The suites are a great option compared to a normal hotel room. It's very central to all of the theme parks, although Disney is the farthest away. I believe it was right at 20 minutes from the hotel to the parking lot of the Magic Kingdom. It's also convenient to the convention center and any type of restaurant you could want.

Nice, clean and well maintained. Accomodating. Was able to check in early. Breakfast was great!

The staff of the hotel was so so nice and welcome. The hotel is small but the location is perfect, the hotel is right on the international drive which was actually a great scenery spot. The best part of the hotel is the amendment!!!! I love the bed and pillows, so comfortable and clean!!! Good for kids! Will definitely come back if I visit Orlando agains.

It is a nice looking hotel inside and out, the beds were very comfortable. The staff is very friendly and there is plenty to do within walking distance. The location is a fun place.

our internal facing room did not isolate us from the noise outside. Kind of annoying.

We were there one night for a stay-cation, and it was a good experience overall with one major hiccup. We are local and just looking to get out of the house for valentines day. We like staying on I-drive a couple times a year. The suite had everything we would have needed for an extended stay (Friends was even playing in the laundry room!) My remote control died and they ran one up to me within a couple minutes. The problem I ran into was that they didn't have a cotton pillow for me that had a pillow case (only the decorative ones that I don't think they wash were cotton). I'm allergic to feather pillows and I've always thought that was a rather common allergy. I've never run into a hotel that didn't have a cotton one to offer to me. I ended up bundling up my hoodie.

After a nightmare at an other hotel, we packed our stuff and went for sonesta. We walked in and then we we were welcomed by several staff members in a very polite way (thank you Ivonne, receptionist!). Suites were perfectly clean, lot of space, exactly what we needed. Breakfast was hot, and enough to choose from. Perfect stay after exploring the parks and Orlando itself!

Not bad, Not houskeeping every day Breakfast good Noisy bedroom

Really nice clean room and well setup and decorated. Very roomy. Kitchen was great as well.

Hotel was very nice! A little pricey but for the location and amenities, it was worth it! Would def. recommend.

Exceptional customer service exceptional room and comfort would definitely stay there again great breakfast buffet.

We booked the room for 3 and got there very early due to early flight. The front desk helped up doing the pre-registeration around 10:30 and said she will call us when the room is ready. We left the hotel and went to Disney. Not too long after, We received the phone call around 1pm and said our room is ready. When we get back, she hand the room key to us. The room we got is two bedroom suite with mini kitchen. I'm surprise to all the kitchen items - utensils, plates, wine glass, cooking pots....are all ready for use. The location is also very convenient. It's walkable distance to Orlando eye and the lots of restaurants. Highly recommend!

Everything was on point, service, breakfast, the bed were amazingly comfy, spacious. We definetely coming back.

First off like the fact that there's no carpet in the room place was a little small for two bedroom. But clean with IKEA style. To breakfast wasn't great but it was good enough. And free Staff was real nice. The best part about this place was the location . Walking distance to restaurants and the new huge Ferris wheel. And Pirates Cove miniature golf .Was definitely pleased with the stay

I enjoyed everything about the hotel would recommend!!!

We're glad you had a nice stay with us. Sorry for the elevator issue, but glad to hear it wasn't a big inconvenience. Luckily we have 4 of them on property when one needs to be repaired. We look forward to seeing you next time!
