It was a very nice place to stay for a quick weekend getaway with family. Although I would probably not stay again. The extra 50 dollars a day in resort fees, as well as to park, is a little excessive.
Loved the size of rooms, location and rates. Didn't like the fact my room wasn't cleaned during my stay as well as the fact they almost lost one of my packages and after proving to them that it was received and signed by one of their employees, then they went on a searched and found it on the following day.
We booked this hotel because the price was VERY reasonable. Our expectations weren't high given the reviews we read online. However, we were pleasantly surprised with the level of service and staff friendliness that we encountered. So while the property itself isn't very posh and if you're staying in a room facing the main road it's loud, this was a perfect spot to stay at with kids. Our kids didn't care if we were here or at the Ritz. The pool was heated, there was a hot tub and a pool movie night. The staff did an amazing job. They even sent up a cake and treats for my son's 7th birthday.
When you think "4 star Sheraton" you probably think of a very fancy hotel, right ? Well this place is at most a very nice 3 star motel. We were given a room next to the road which mind you was as loud as the room AC unit. I called the front desk to complain n ask for another room. The receptionist said that was the room I booked n there was nothing she could do about it... unless I paid $10 extra a nite. Mind you nowhere on expedia.com the room description mentioned anything about being next to a loud, busy road. We had to wear earplugs for our whole stay. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Bathroom very basic. Also, self parking is $20 per nite. Totally disappointed. We won't be returning. Nowhere close to being a 4 star Sheraton hotel.
