WAs told we were renting a smoking room. It was not. No restaurant. Building being remodeled and view was less than attractive. Every worker from the hotel we met was exceptionally friendly and helpful. We were honest and asked for a smoking room. They told us it would be. Did get 2 beds which we wanted and they were very comfortable.

Overall it was a good suite with families. Plenty of space and location was convenient to stores, shopping, restaurants.

Loved the pool area & that the room had a kitchenette with a stovetop, sink, full-sized fridge, cookware, and dishes.

I'd first like to say that the staff at the front desk was wonderful. Odette took care of our check-in quickly and easily. However the rest of our experience with the hotel itself was disappointing. Let me note, I do not usually write reviews, but I felt compelled to write this one because I want others to know what I didn't know at the time of booking. The outside of the hotel is very nice...all brand new. The inside, is not. It looks old and smells old. We arrived before the 4pm check-in and were looking for some food while we waited for our room to be ready. There wasn't anything onsite so we were directed to places outside of the hotel (in the pouring rain) and they were all fast food. We were there for business and knew we would need better access to food so that we could work efficiently. We decided to wait in the "business center" and order food from door dash. As we waited there, we became increasingly uncomfortable with the conditions of the hotel. There were many unsavory individuals going in and out of the lobby. This is not necessarily the responsibility of the hotel, and I don't want to hold them responsible, but this added to our feeling of overall disappointment. I don't want to completely trash this hotel, because the renderings on the walls showed how the place will look once construction is complete and it looks like it'll be very nice.

I don’t think is fair to review a place that is under construction but, they shouldn’t offer breakfast since they were servicing warm juice, and nothing salt to eat just sweets. Orange without been cut and offered a plastic knife to cut.NO GOOD! Cockroaches in the bathroom and kitchen !!! They should charge half of the price for the accommodations. I did tip the housekeeper because is not their fault. This trip was the third time with them and I think the last, until they finish the renovations is not worth the money! The draft beer was $2 per cup that was good :)

The pool area and patio bar were very nice. The staff was friendly and did their best to make for a pleasant stay. The suite set up worked well for our group of two grandparents, daughter and grand daughter. Location was great. Clean. Part of hotel, including dining area currently being remodeled, so bagged breakfast provided at patio bar. Ac units need updating. Loud and inconsistent fan .

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, always very polite. They were able to make recommendations and there were several shuttle options available to area theme parks. The breakfast was very good, plenty there to choose from. Good hours. Nice fenced in pool area, with a small and shallow pool for little kids. The arcade was enjoyed by my seven and nine-year-old, something for them to do while the three-year-old took a nap. The room we stayed in had been recently remodeled and the updates were nice. Full fridge, dishwasher, microwave, stove top, sink, and set of dishes and silverware. Also pots and pans and a few Pyrex storage containers. All very nice amenities! Really appreciated them because we were staying there with our children and although we didn’t really use the pots and pans, it would definitely be a cost saving measure for a family to eat in a few times and have the things there to use. However, the doors in the room/bathroom were clearly original and there was rust around the hinges and paint chipping off, mostly towards the bottom. There were other parts of the room where you could tell they just painted over and didn’t go all the way with fixing. There was still some construction dust that had not been cleaned and I’m sure was not from the current construction going on (which did not hinder our stay at all). Overall, I would recommend.

It is a new ihg property and it was getting a new update , but they were so customer friendly and the pool area is great so we did enjoy. However the property really does need an update. So convenient to Disney World, nicely located.

Having a laundry facility was advertised, when check in. It was not brought to my attention that the hotel was under rennovation and the laundry facility was not in operation.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms need updating but it is a work in progress. Breakfast was very good when renovations are complete it will be great!

People were nice and breakfast was pretty good. The room was simply terrible. The sofa was broken in one side and the bathroom’s tub was clogged and the door’s lock was not working to the point my wife was stuck inside for a while and I had to figure out how to get her out. I think I pretty much paid for the location more than anything else.

Even though ORBITZ CANCELLED my stay the front desk staff member Oscar handled everything and made accommodations as we were celebrating my daughter's 14th Birthday with 6 rowdy teenagers.. We had a 2 bd suite with 4 beds. Thank you so much to Oscar!!! Our trip was not ruined.

Very good hotel, near to all Disney Parks. The Hotel is needing a renovation, bath rooms look old, but everything is clean and room is confortable My only oncern is the floor sound insulation, you can feel people walking over your head But hotel is very nice and staff is excellent

Easy check in and check out, comfortable room and good location if you are going to theme parks.

Nice hotel for fair price. I will recommend to everybody. The complementary breakfast is good. Stuff is very kind.
