It looked very disheveled from the outside. I assume they are painting and thats why one entire side of the buildings windows were taped with plastic. No big deal. The girl who checked us in, had the personality of a cardboard box. Semmed

The main living space of the room was very nice, lovely floors, big comfortable clean beds. The bathroom was very tiny, the floors were dirty and the shower enclosure was peeling. One main suggestion would be the addition of outlets, my son and all of his electronics were on the floor trying to find them behind beds and under desks.

The bed was comfortable. Tv was small and they obviously didn’t have it hooked up to HD because the picture was bad. The room was dirty with brown spots all over the wall in the shower. No room to put anything anywhere in the bathroom. I had to keep walking out to the bed to get what I needed in the morning. Left a few items in the room and called as soon as I realized. They called me back and said that housekeeping must have thrown it away. When I asked why they wouldn’t keep it a few days for someone to call about it they said they don’t have storage space to hold things. Well I know my object was in a jam jar that does not take up much room.

shower was dirty and had human hair stuck to the tub

Hotel is in a good location. Rooms had a strong Clorox smell and the hallway smelled of smoke. Very difficult to communicate with the Front Desk through the room phone. Overall not a bad experience. Have been to better hotels. Will return for short two day trips.

Hotel wasn’t like photos... it was, but was much dirtier. And the rooms felt very dark. Random light kicked on at 7 am around tv while we were sleeping & kept shorting and flickering. Hair dryer fell out of wall the moment I touched it. Iron didn’t work. Didn’t expect much out of the breakfast but the first day was awful. Had to use your whole body force to open the room doors... trash in nightstand cubby upon arrival. Told them about all this, and only got a sorry. Wouldn’t recommend.

The room is disgusting, the shower have hairs and the bathroom full ants! Trust me DO NOT GOING TO THIS HOTEL!

First of all, we decided to book this hotel because of the Wyndham name and because of the location. I could never imagine that a hotel with this 2 qualifications could be so bad. When we arrived tired from a long trip the front desk already was a girl really rude and with no patience at all. The room was smelling terrible , really bad conditions of wall , the heater ( December ) was not working and a water coming out from it got all the room floor wet. In the morning when we came down for the breakfast another situation we could never imagine, only one toaster with a queue so long and when I got there no more bread. Actually almost everything was gone and was only 8:30 in the morning. We tried to get out of that place and change to other hotel but we could not because we had booked for 3 nights. We were able to cancel the last night so unfortunately we had to sleep there one more terrible night. By far the worst hotel I have been and really could never imagine that this kind of place could be under the name of Wyndham.

Cheap. Near convention center. Just cheap. Not a place for a vacationing family.

Arrived early and wait till 4pm to check in no rooms available before

Staff very helpful, needs a bit more attention to detail

The room was comfortable, but the air conditioner was dying out. The room was made up daily, except for the day prior to check out. Water pressure was extremely weak and showing was not satisfactory. The hotel was in a central location and walking distance from several popular restaurants.

Very well situated, it's nice for a few days. They offer breakfast, it's good but they should have a faster toaster, the area to eat is the lobby, which is to small for so many people.

Easy to get to convention center by trolley car, bus or car

still working on remodel. had to switch rooms 2x - 1st had paint peeling rorm cealing (1st floor) and had been given to someone else at the same time, 2nd room's ac wasn't working (3rd floor) and then we were moved across the hall where our room finally was ok. staff made up for it, though. super sweet, helpful and accomodating.

The room looked like an abandon room, no care. I had no phone. I had to go down from the 3rd floor to the front desk to ask for one. The no longer offer microwaves in the room, which still in the photos. The AC is very loud. There was not even Do Not Disturb signs for the door. I had to go ask for them. Thexso call breakfast was terrible. The only protein you get is watery eggs. At my departure nobidy even care to ask me about my stay or farewell me. I am not booking this hotel again.

Room was super small. Checking in was fast but not greeted. Room had drywall peeling from ceiling. I was relocated to this property from Orlando Metropolitan after being in three rooms that varied from hair on sink, moving raisins on floor that turned out to be roaches that were even on wall, and again a dirty room. Going to Ramada and paying a difference in price was my only option at almost 11:15pm with a family of four that included kids. I spoke to orbitz for over an hour and was truly fed up. Ramada has a basic breakfast but if your looking for a place to crash and don’t care about amenities or space this can work.
