Excellent value for the price.
Location was very convenient to Walt Disney World. Room cleanliness and service very, very good. Staff was very responsive (including a late request for a first floor room). Only problem was that the safe didn't work (but I didn't report it until I left because it was not critical to me) and the staff thanked me for reporting it so that they could take care of it before the next guest. Wished that the internet connection was a little bit more secure (i.e., password protected), but again it was not critical to me.

Good for the price
The check in and check out process was very slow. Bathroom door barely closed because it crashed into toilet. Beds were comfortable. Room was clean.
