I left my phone charger. I went back after 5 hours to get it and nobody know about it. They keep it for theyself

Excelente ubicación, buen servicio, buen desayuno, tranquilidad y buena comodidad.

Free airport shuttle , front desk guy on nights was friendly and courteous. Room was ok but, AC was a noisemakers and bed lights didn’t work. For the price I think it was ok for 1 night before a cruise.

Hotel is a little outdated in looks and furnishings. But very clean. Rooms are great size and breakfast buffet in mornings is very good! Airport shuttle isn't very consistent. I had an event at the airport and went back and for multiple days. Sometimes the shuttle arrived in 5-10 minutes, other times like when I first arrived - it took 30 minutes since I'd called.

I booked this room because it was cheaper than ALL other hotels, so I did not expect much. My room had a desk, lounge chair, mini dining table with two chairs, fridge, sink, cabinets, and microwave. The free breakfast had eggs, sausage, cereal, bananas, a variety of muffins, bagels and cream cheese, toast and butter/jellies, and a waffle maker with three topping choices -nuts, and two dried fruits. There was hot tea, coffee, and hot chocolate as well as Apple juice or orange juice. There is a mini computer lab with three computers as well. I had a lovely time, surprised by everything.

The hotel was worn out. Saggy couch. Didn't feel clean. We were refugees from Hurricane Irma and wanted to stay close to the airport. Bed seemed ok. We didn't even Shower the next day. Didn't want our stuff to touch the rug or upholstery.

airport/hotel shuttle was quick and comfortable. Baseboard carpet was coming off the walls with staples clinging to carpet. Drapes didnt close all the way.

When we got home late from Disney World after our first day, the room we got (#419) smelled of mold, and the bathroom mirror and counter were coming off the wall. I really wanted to change rooms but my daughter had already fallen asleep. Troy (front desk) was so nice to offer us the change whenever we were ready, which we did early the next morning. We prepared for our 2nd day in our new room (#206), which looked good at first; but before we could leave I realized the AC was leaking onto the carpet, which was soaking wet quickly, I shut off the AC before we left and reported it to the front desk (Antoinetta) so they can take care of it while we were gone; I also asked for the room to be cleaned up. When we got back late that 2nd night, the problem was not addressed, and the beds and room were not serviced. I went to Troy (front desk) again to complain, and he quickly gave me a new (3rd) room, #224, which we quickly moved to and which was thankfully perfect this time. Third time's the charm! Coffee, hot chocolate, and juices were available round-the-clock. Hot breakfast was 'OK-to-good.'

Nice location, close to the airport. Swimming pool, friendly personel.easy connection to Tampa and miami pkwy s.

Nice, comfortable hotel for a one night stay before my flight home. Staff was very friendly at check in.

Good hotel very close to airport for early or late departure. Provides a Shuttle and Cont. Breakfast,Pool. The staff was nice and helpful. Provided us with map to Wa Wa gas station half the price of closest gas station. WaWa about 1/2 mile down Semoran to the right . Clean room, got our wake up call.

Hotel is outdated and run down. Tiny bathroom with giant swing in door, so difficulty to get in and out of bathroom. Not enough room for one small person. Mold and stains with grout joints falling apart in the shower. Got a wrong room at check in, so had to go back down to front desk to correct it. The key stopped working at second night, so had to go back down to front desk again. Kind of inconvenient especially when you are really tired and carrying bags.

Reserved a room months in advance. Even called and told them I was a late arrival and wanted to make sure shuttle still ran at midnight. After receiving luggage I called them and was told the hotel was over sold and we would be picked up and taken to the Clarion hotel instead. And this was not what I paid for. Took forever to get processed in, walked into a hot, dirty, musty room totally exhausted after a long flight from Oslo. The smoke alarm was beeping every 30 seconds, was 2am by now, took forever for a maintenance man to fix the alarm, NO HAIR DRYER in room and had an early meeting next day so unable to even wash hair..... was told by front desk the ice machine was down the hall.... and it use to be... was missing... all and all a bad experience and not what I booked or paid for...

Got bumped off flight, needed to find an affordable and comfortable place close to the airport to stay for the night until my flight the next day. This was perfect. Room was spacious and clean, bed was comfortable, hot shower and towels were pleasant, breakfast was above average for a hotel lobby. Check in staff were very friendly and accommodating. What more can you ask for in a short stay?

Good hotel for price. Room and staff were nice. Pool just ok. Would go back.

Checked in for a 1 night stay and our room wasn't ready due to not being cleaned by check in time. This hotel should look into hiring more cleaners to make sure rooms are ready for their guests. Overheard they were sold out for the night so I can only imagine how many guests had to wait for their room after checking in. Otherwise the location and the room were great.

The mattress was completely shot. It actually had what felt like springs missing. It made a big hole in the middle of the bed. The carpet and walls also looked really worn. I will say the breakfast was good

This hotel was convenient and had airport shuttle. Our room had torn curtains and was rather plain and old.

This hotel is very nice and clean; but need to serve breakfast with beef and turkey and chicken products too. It was only pork products I mean like sausage and beacon. It's not everybody eat pork please be more considerate. Thank you

Hotel is clean and have breakfast in the morning and closed to the airport
