Walls dirty and spiderweb at entrance of the roo...............................

Hotel very nice, i felt that the front desk staff was not happy to see me there, never a hello or welcome, or smile from then!!

The towels smelled used. The pillows smelled of sweaty armpits. And the bathroom wasn't even cleaned properly. I could tell the previous guest had long black hair and must have eaten rice. Really it was gross.

Room was clean, didn't smell, beds super comfortable, housekeeping did a great job. We were on the 5th floor in the back. Very quiet. Pool & spa area & water very clean, too.

not bad, clean room, nice staff, nothing too fancy but clean and comfortable

If you need a place to rest your head for a day maybe two then this would be a consideration. You receive the "bare bone" essentials but that's OK if that's all you want.

Room smell like urine, not clean, bathroom shower was leaking. Towels and coffee were not replenished on a daily basis and they have the nerve to charge us a $50 incidental deposit which i don't know when I will be refunded. Overall this hotel is ready for the wrecking ball.

Mold on the curtains. Smelled really bad when we first walked in. Saw roaches including dead ones. No microwave. Only ice machine on the first floor. No sheets or pillows for pull out couch.

Doors need fixed, mine did not latch closed correctly (without a good deal of force). Bar needs better food. Parking can be a mess when it is a busy period.

Stayed here on trip to Disney. Room has a bad odor and toilet was clogged. Let the front desk know of the toilet and they were unable to fix the issue due to not having the storage room key. The front desk clerk changed our room which was a lot better. Customer service was great the only reason why I'm giving a low rating is due to the disgusting room we had. You get what you pay for!

Good Hotel we were comfortable for a family of 6! They may need to update technology a little other than that it was great!

The hotel was clean and spacious great location shopping walking distance would have been better if it had a microwave but overall we were very satisfied

The room was clean and the porch. Was over looking the pool .we were on the third floor had no problem getting around to the bar from there had good time at the bar on site

My boyfriend and I decided to come to Florida a day early, so in order to save money, we booked a room at this Ramada for the night. I Live in New York, so the Ramada hotels there are actually really nice, but this one here in Kissimmee is so FLITHY. The carpet is all stained and has an oder. The tub had dirt and hair in it. The towels we were given had yellow stains on it as well as the pillow cases. The iron was dirty and stained our clothing. The counter tops were unclean and so were the doorknobs. If you are traveling with children, please do not stay here. It's a cheap hotel so I guess we get what we paid for, however, they should at least keep it clean.

Before booking our stay we contacted the hotel to make sure that the pool and jacuzzi were fully functional and we were told yes . Upon arrival there was one person working the front desk and one person in a room behind the desk. The lady in the back shut the door and would not assist. We waited in line for almost an hour. While waiting another guest came back to the counter three times as she was supposed to have king beds and continued to get a double. We were supposed to have a king and got a double. We did not feel like waiting another hour so we dealt with it. Jacuzzi does NOT work. Lady' said she would help and never returned. Turned out she wasn't even an employee. Me and my husband slept in separate beds as the doubles were like twins. The bathroom sink handle would come off in your hand when turning on the sink. I would suggest you not stay at this hotel.

My experience with this particular Ramada Inn was not good. I booked a room with specific amenities and received none of them. I prepaid for my room and they charged my card upon checking in and again four days after checking out. The staff tried to be as accommodating as humanly possible but the hotel was booked to capacity so there was not much they could do. The floors in the room were sticky, the bed had hair and who knows what else, and overall...we just did not have a great stay. Maybe after they finish their "construction and remodel," the hotel will be worth spending your money on. But for a couple trying to have a good time in Orlando, it was not a great place to stay. It caused more headaches than anything else.

Although this hotel is conveniently located near the disney parks, this is a hotel i would never recommend to a friend. When we first arrived the remote did not work. We were not bother by this very much but things kept getting worse. We considered ourselves lucky if the key to the room worked at the end of the night when we came back to the hotel. About half of the nights we had to go back to the reception to get new keys. (Note: we did not place the keys close to credit cards or anything that might disactivate them.) On the last day the toilet got clogged. We called the front desk in the morning and they assured us they would handle it. Throughout the day i kept calling to front desk to make sure everything was taken cared of. My worst fear materialized when i came back at night and saw the problem had not been fixed. At one in the morning the janitor came to our room offering to leave the plunger overnight. I was left with no other opition than to unclog the toilet myself. In other words, it is very unlikely that i would be staying in this hotel again.

Negative from the start! 1. adult daughter was locked in the bathroom due to malfunctioning door lock. 2. hairdryer old and rusty, fell off the wall when used. 3.Housekeeping needs attention; mildew/mold on bathroom door, vacuuming never done. 4. Checked out early after experiencing bug bites from beds, removed linen and found many stains and mold on mattresses.

We arrived Saturday May 25th at about 6:30pm. The Hispanic woman, who handled our reservation treated us with disdain. Like what are you doing HERE, She seemed to take an extremely long time and when asked about ammenities said she would discuss after checking us in, but never did. We asked for a room on top (3rd floor). It was all the way around the building on the west side (should be avoided since afternoon sun). The outdoor temp was mild about 80 degrees F, when we opened the room door it was stifleing HOT at LEAST 95 DEGREES and a/c was not on. I thought and did a bed check for bed bugs and after exposing the mattress saw them crawing around the edges of the mattress by the creases. I immediately tried to call downstairs but the phone was not answered. We took our things went to the reception desk and asked for another room. We explained the previous room had loud and noisy a/c, a/c not cooling room and bed bugs. Our new room on the 2nd floor was cool to start with and put a/c on cooled quickly and quietly, however phone did not work, shower faucet broke and water could not be shut off. Went to desk said had emergency and repairman fixed situation right away, saying things here are breaking all the time. We went to breakfast at motel next morning. Few people there (2 tables of people). When found waiter told him we would be eating by pool. He came out about 5 minutes later. We ordered the special breakfast. It was delived cold toast, watery obviously powdered eggs, and 2 bacon and coffee (which tasted like mud), When we asked for artificial sweetnter he looked at us as if we were from another planet and said there was none. Housekeeping on Sunday AM did NOT replace near empty tiny shampoo, conditioner and mouthwash containers nor packaged coffee we used with provided packaged coffee from previous day. Carpets were worn bare in places. Only good note was a working flatscreen TV , refrigerator and firm beds (this time without bedbugs), and in 2nd room quiet and working a/c.. The bracket hidge on closet was broken so one side of closet would not open all the way. IF DESPIRATE and no where else to stay, then may consider as last resort, since bed was firm and confortable. Overall a ONE STAR RATING IS GENEROUS. Not what one would expect from a name brand motel
