Hotel is extremely old, has Roaches and spiders, had to switch rooms twice and both rooms had roaches. One of the staff members suggested it was outside roaches due to weather but these roaches were inside roaches, small brown just crawling around. The staff was helpful to be honest staff is overworked. Rooms are old, door had to be slam in order to close, bathroom tub seem unsteady, mattress on sofa bed was torn, old torn carpets and AC, walls had patches all over them, spider webs on ceilings, small beds, small tv, refrigerator was missing handle, many broken washers not worth $90 + hotel daily fee. Good thing about hotel was it was very close to resort where my family was staying at. There is a near Walmart and other stores, breakfast was good but always overcrowded, sitting area was small. My huge problem was the ROACHES !!

It was nice but some of the staff members were not friendly. Nice breakfast and clean bedrooms.

Breakfast was good. Love the heated pool and tiki bar. This place needs a update it's worn down and dirty.

The location was great, except the place is run down and old. The door itself was partially broken as if someone previously had forced their way in.

In my room no coffee machine when asked can I get one first they insisted it's there when I told them for sure it's not here then he said he is alone in complete hotel. I said no problem I come to front and tend pick it up. Then he said need to wait in the morning because storage is locked. When I offered get me one from another room which is not rented he refused and hung up. I will never recommend anyone so ruoe and 12$ resort fee is surprised.

Room is a bit dirty and outdated. Good breakfast. Comfortable pillow. Staff are friendly. They have heated pool

The Rooms are good. the bathrooms are a little outdated but they are good enough. They have a decent breakfast in the morning and the pool side bar is very good. the bartenders are nice and the food is good. the pool area is nice with a big pool, a wading pool and hot tub. I would stay here again for the money. you have to drive to restaurants. Wal Mart is right down the street.

Hotel staff was helpful and pleasant. Room was just what we needed - not fancy, but more than adequate. We wanted something affordable that was clean, as we were visiting several parks. The beds were comfortable, the pool was enjoyed by the kids, and breakfast (when we got up in time!) was tasty and plentiful. Rosa was very helpful and accommodating.

It's proximity to the convention centers is big PLUS. A quick check-in and check-out helped me a lot.

The only dissatisfaction, double beds seem small....

The room not clean and smells, the shuttle only comes once a day in the morning

IT WAS ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THE HIGHWAY BUT BETTER ACCESS THAN THE OTHER HOTELS NEXT TO THE CONVENTION. FOR THE PRICE BOOK EARLY AND BOOK OFTEN

Me and my family had a great time there. We was at a great location.

The was very comfy. They need to paint and clean better. Breakfast was good

The hotel was ok, the room is the typical room. The lady at the desk was nice. The breakfast room is way too small as the lines were insane. Though the breakfast itself was pretty good. Just not enough room for everyone to move around. It's at an inconvenient location. No pizza place delivers there and there are no restaurants on this street. Had to go to I Drive and took over an hour ( even though it's 5 minutes away) because traffic was awful.. hungry children were not happy. If you stay here I suggest bringing your own food and drinks with you.

We enjoy our stay here everytime but the price continues to go up. its great for what it was but it seems like owners are getting out of hand with the pricing.

I called the hotel regarding a delay in our arrival and was put on eternal hold twice and then the attendant was rude and abrupt. The front line represents the Hotel and their attitude towards customers. Therefore, I will sleep in my car before I would consider staying at this location.

The hotel was great! The staff was friendly, courteous, and professional. When I got to the hotel it only took a couple minutes before I was already in my room unpacking. Not only that, I was able to sit outside at the cabana bar and have some dinner and a drink. The next morning they offered the best complimentary breakfast I've ever had and a shuttle to the convention center which saved me some money, too. Overall, if you're on a budget and looking for the best value for your money, I highly recommend this hotel!!

I've stayed in this hotel for about fifteen time already. I love it. This is one of the cleanses and comfortable hotels I've stayed. It's not pricy is average. Quality suites is a great hotel for a family getaway or for any other occasion. Location is awesome near everything the theme parks, Walmart, food you name it. Staff very helpful and they value their customers. Quality suites is indeed one of the best hotels I've stayed highly recommend.

We stayed 2 nights, the room was clean but the toillet was clogged, the hotel was full, crowded and noisy, breakfast ok for the price we paid.
