🔹 Self-Catering Home: A small welcome kit is provided to get you started. Guests are encouraged to purchase additional items as needed.
🔹 No Smoking: 100% smoke-free property (penalties apply).
🔹 No Pets: To ensure a clean and allergy-free space for all guests.
🔹 Parking: Free private parking available. No commercial vehicles, RVs, trailers, buses, golf carts, or boats allowed.
🔹 Trash Disposal: Please place trash in the designated bin daily to maintain a clean and fresh space.
🔹 Housekeeping: The home is professionally cleaned before check-in. Mid-stay cleaning services can be arranged for an additional fee.
🔹 BBQ Grill Rental: Available upon request (please inquire in advance).
🔹 Pool Heating: Available upon request (recommended Oct–March). Additional fee applies.

Feel safe and right at home when you enter the resort, which is located within a gated community and secured by a 24-hour security guard. Parking can accommodate up to (2) vehicles in the driveway parked side by side.

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.

If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $39 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.

Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.

It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking. Wash clothes are no provide for personal hygiene.
