Issues with the house

The resort is nice with a bunch of amenities. The house itself was ok. It wasn't the cleaness, carpet is pretty dirty, it needs to be feshened up. The fridge did not cool our food and we had to go to the store and purchase ice so our food wouldn't spoil. The pool was cloudy and not circulating because of an issue with the pump, that was not communicated to us prior. A few of our children got chemical burns because the chemicals were just sitting in the water. We did call the number and complained but there was no solution or further communication.

Short trip

The place was what was listed. We had to list everyone that would be in the house and tag #'s of our vehicles. My husband and I got in fine. Then my daughter and her family showed up at 10pm and was told they were not on the list. I spent over an hour on the phone. The front gate told me to tell them to park at the gas station and for me to drive them in. I eventually was able to get them on the list. The carpet in the enit needs to be cleaned, but other than that the house was wonderful..

We where down there for baseball tournament. The carpets are very stained and lots of dirt marks on walls. If those where clean I would score cleanliness at a 4. Overall stay was great.

Everything was as advertised

Security is pretty tight getting in. We tried several times to add a guest and the site would not update, so they were not permitted to come in. Takes a while to get in the first time and there’s a lot of traffic in the evening entering the resort.

This was the perfect staycation!

This spot is definitely a keeper if you are looking for a nice, clean, and safe location to stay when visiting Orlando. I gave this location a five out of five stars because I did not have any problems that could not be rectified right away. First, let me warn you, the check in process is no joke. It may take up to 5 to 10 minutes depending on what week you are renting your staycation. For safety reasons, this is understandable and they had several security guards to help with the process. Second, the house was beautiful, clean, and modernized. Third, the club house is the spot you want to take advantage. Free game room, packed bars, and several free amenities. Even though during our visit the rainy weather did not prevent my family from having an amazing time other than using the pool. Overall, my family and I had a fabulous time and we would love to visit again.

We will definitely be back!!

The property was AMAZING. It was one minor issue with the toilet leaking downstairs and a few dents on the refrigerator. However, that is normal wear and tear. Overall, it was very cozy and an absolute delightful atmosphere. Thank you for providing such a great property. We will be back!!

Amazing vacation

We had a great time during our stay here. We had everything we needed for cooking big meals in the kitchen. The place was clean as advertised and there isn't anything that comes to mind that we would change. We would definitely book this townhouse again!

Exactly what we needed

The place was perfect for our group! Will definitely stay again. The only downside was the front gate check-in, because they dont give you a pass there, you need to go to the clubhouse and their system was down. We weren't able to get there, so had to wait in line each time. It would've just been easier if the gate gave us a pass.

Disappointed stay

Cleanliness was not good. Carpets and area rugs were dirty and stained. Definitely needed cleaning. Patio was not inviting, loungers covered in black mildew. Paver patio had sand all over, always had sand on the interior floors. The faucet aerators were black Mold, with Covid these should have been cleaned and sanitized. If I had been able to inspect this home I would not have rented with especially with small children The fronts of the townhouse and parking lot had trash and we watched the the grounds people walk by it everyday for a month. I would not recommend the unit to anyone. The clubhouse and pool were well maintained.

A few tips

- the stainless steel fridge looked dirty the cleaning crew isn’t using proper cleaning product - the toilet paper and paper towels were the cheapest money could buy, for the cost of this rental should be better quality - the lounge chairs by the pool were full on f mold a little Clorox every few weeks would keep them clean

Great spot for a vacation in Orlando!

This place was very spacious, clean, and conveniently located to all the parks and in town restaurants/shops. The pool was warm and the kids enjoyed the park. Management company was very responsive and friendly, too! Would definitely stay here again!

I’m from Miami and we always go to Orlando/Tampa with Family and Friends. I have to say that this property was very well accommodated, the kids rooms were very specious as well as the other rooms. House was clean and there were extra sheets and towels for everyone. We had a great experience 😊
