It ok for the cost pool it alsome very clean the air conditioner it great need updates the tv

We decided to go to Orlando and at the last last minute, we ordered this hotel and it was good for the price we paid and it was comfortable. I will definitely be using this hotel again in the future.

No phone, no coffee maker, tv was 30 years old with no remote and everything was fun down. Will never stay there again.

This hotel was horrible. Beds were hard as a rock. AC barely worked. The fridge took forever to start. I called the front desk and they told me I could walk to the ice machine (the only 1 machine that was working) and get ice. They charged a $40 deposit and a $4 RESORT fee. There are people living in the hotel which was very odd. The sheets smelled musty. The door did not close correctly. Unkempt property over all. 1 pillow per person provided. Not worth the $50 at all. Do not stay here. In addition the pool was dirty and just plain scary to swim in. Horrible horrible property. Will never ever stay here again. The bathroom was moldy and old and dirty. Cannot stress enough how bad this hotel was. I know that you get what you pay for,but this was bad.

Dirty and cheap. I ASKED for toilet to be cleaned twice and it never was. Shower filfthy with rust and black mold. Water in sink was clogged everytime u use it. Same sheets and pillowcases never changed. I even took cases off so they can put clean ones buy the same ones were put back. Refreshments were a joke! Door did not lock or shut all the way.

Checked in about 1130pm and had no problems. The young lady at the front desk was great and as soon as she finished with the group in front of me, I was on my way to my room within about 2 minutes. Room was fine, not 5 star quality, but what do you want for $30?? It was clean, the bed sheets were clean and the shower gave hot water. I was happy and back on the road early the next morning, well rested. Thank you to the staff, you did a great job.

WORST HOTEL THAT WE EVER STAYED AT. PLEASE, PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILDREN THERE!

Hotel was dirty and run down. Spring coming out of the bottom of the bed and cut my leg as well as my daughter. No lights on the outside stair well. Breakfast is crap. Bread, cereal. And cookies. Toilet stopped up and I was told to come down to the front desk and get a plunger to take care of it myself. Internet was crap. Didn't work most times. TV was very old and ugly. On TV channels at all. Mostly static. No coffee makers in the room.

Hotel is great for families. I love that the room is bigger then a normal hotel room. Has a sofa sleeper. The breakfast is crap. You get bread, cereal, or cookies and that is it.. Who feeds you cookies for breakfast?? Was very disappointed with breakfast. Had to go out and buy my own stuff for breakfast instead. Housekeepers are great. Very friendly and fast. The door looks like someone tried to break into the room plus it doesn't close tight. lots of room to pop the door open with just a little push. Very unsafe for woman traveling alone

The tiles on the floor were coming up. The bed and sofa were extremely stained. The towels were dirty. The water pressure was horrible.

I don't recommend this hotel to no one bad service, cleaning and food I'll never stay there again

Worst breakfast Terrible room Unsecure place No clean towels No clean beds

The room was clean aND certainly comfortable enough. Everything looked clean when we arrived. The cleaning staff were not the most attentive, though. One day I know they didn't touch my bed because the sheets were still rumpled, but I had pulled the covers up so apparently that was close enough. And the last day we didn't get any wash cloths. The real disappointment was their "continental breakfast." There was bread you could toast, a few kid-unfriendly cereal options (raisin bran, frosted flakes, cheerios) and coffee. They had some store bought cookies, too, but nothing fresh or really filling. Plus you had a "chef" who hovered over you, gave you an assigned seat in the empty dining room, and made his own decisions about when your toast was properly toasted. We think someone also was hit with a car while crossing the path in front of the lobby with their baby, but that's not the hotels fault. The front desk staff were very kind and polite.

When you first pull up its sketchy. Someone tried to deal us drugs. Then walking into the room there was blood everywhere. Lamp shades, curtains, rugs and bed. I didn't get passed that and left. They showed me their best room and I wanted to puke. We got a full refund and left. Went down the road to Baymount, clean and friendly staff.

Horrible, sheets and everything in the room was dirty.. It is a very cheap hotel but this doesn't have to mean dirtiness.

if this was a 2 star or more hotel, I would hate to see a one star

the room had black spotty mold everywhere. the bathoom and bedroom walls, inside the AC unit, along baseboard, and most importantly ON THE TOILET PAPER ROLL!! the room smelled horrible and when my wife got cold and i tried to turn on the heat the smell got so bad we had to open the door and stand outside until it dissipated. counters, sink and floors werent cleaned anytime recently either. bed was sticky and moist from humidity. i have stayed at much cheaper motels that werent nearly as bad as this dump. i highly recommend for your health and safety you do not stay in this place. if all the other rooms are as bad as mine was this place should be condemned. someone needs to send an inspector and get this place shut down immediately.

The room smelled of mold, the lights where broken, the shower had green tint, smelled of marajuana, terrible customer service, found a needle outside of my hotel door, left the hotel without staying one night.

it was decent for the price i paid. nice, comfortable room. i would definitely consider coming again.

We traveled to Orlando to visit Disney theme parks and Universal Studios. Sadly we traveled when Hurricane Matthew passed through Florida. We had to spend 24 hours in the hotel due to the curfew. The hotel manager left a written notice in our room stating that they had no electric generator and would not return the money if the hotel looses power. Fortunately we always had electricity... and some blackouts lasting seconds. The hotel is located near fast foods, supermarkets and a gas station. It offers basic breakfast from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m., has TV (not cable), wi-fi (very slow, and there was a day it was out), has a small refrigerator, microwave (in very bad condition) and a pool. The ice machines were not working, the air conditioning and the windows were very dirty, and the surroundings were very neglected. Pros: The housekeeping staff was very friendly to us, we always had clean towels. Conveniently close to Disney (15 min). Basic Breakfast. Cons: $4.00 extra charge per day for no reason (although we already knew they were going to charge that amount), dirty, slow wifi.
