If you’re planning on visiting the theme parks for a day or two, you’re conveniently located a short drive from the front gates of Disney, Universal, and Legoland. At the end of long days exploring, return home to relax on your private, fenced-in patio and sip on a glass of your newly acquired bottle of wine while watching the sun set over the glittering water.

Bedroom #3 includes a king size bed, smart TV, private balcony with outdoor seating, and ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and glass walk-in shower.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• Washer and dryer in home.

• Lot parking available for up to 3 vehicles on a first come, first served basis.

• Pet friendly! Maximum 2 pets. A daily pet fee of $35 per pet will be required. To pay your pet fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking. To avoid fines, please keep your pet on a leash and pick up after your pet.

• Please note that as this is a private home, guests do not have access to the Owners-Only Margaritaville Resort swimming pools or resort amenities - commonly called “The Fins Up Club.”



Less than 5 miles from Walt Disney World and just 10 miles from Universal Studios. Guests of the resort have access to onsite restaurants, live music, shopping, and comedy shows. Sunset Walk, a modern shopping complex offering just about everything under the sun, is just a quick 15-minute walk away. A shuttle is also available with regular rotations of pick-up and drop-off. The Sunset Walk complex features Island H2O Waterpark, over a dozen noteworthy restaurants, a dine-in movie theater, video arcade, live music, farmers market, spa, and if you can believe it SO much more! There’s truly something for everyone!
