Good hotel, close to the Turnpike. Enough parking space, clean room.

very pleasant staff however looks like they are still doing work on property. large pods for storage block a lot of parking spaces. sometimes door to stairway wouldn't open from the inside into hotel. this issue appears to be fixed

Nice staff. Good breakfast. Waffle making specialist on duty ensures crispy and sufficient amount of syrup and butter applied. 24/7 coffee and tea service; includes creamer. You'll love the eggs

Less than adequate experience. The only reason I chose this location was because they advertise a free shuttle to the Orlando attractions (Disney/Universal). Upon arrival we discovered that the shuttle only departs and returns ONCE during the whole day. It also leaves the hotel after the parks have already opened and returns well before the parks close, making it completely useless. When confronting hotel staff about this, I was met with a shoulder shrug and an incomprehensible retort that it's still a shuttle service. They also advertise free breakfast. This turned out to be either a waffle or a burnt bagel. They did not even have water available. I repeat... I could not get WATER anywhere in the hotel to drink. Their machine was "broken" and the vending machine was out of bottled water the entire stay. The running water from the sink and shower smelled like sulfur (rotten eggs). The "Renovations" the hotel recently did are very sub-par. Instead of a carpet transition piece on the floor of the room, they had down gaffing tape....TAPE, on the floor. They left everything on the walls when painting so you can see the previous wall behind everything, and to top it all off, a lovely mystery stain on the bed. Spend the extra few dollars and stay at a different hotel if visiting the Orlando area.

Staff was just not friendly, stayed in a separate building from front desk and breakfast. Weird vibe throughout with the premises and staff. Would not stay here again. We paid to much for the experience.

Bed was very comfortable and room clean ate the waffles every morning for a good start to the day location was good there were a lot of restaurants and very close to mall of millenia and orlando outlet shops very affordable would recommend it

Had not planned on staying another night in Orlando, had already checked out of Disney Park resort, had a sick child and stayed another night. It was nice for a one night stay. Could use some "fixer uppers", but again good for a short stay and would stay again.

Check-in - gave us wrong room number, carpets are filthy, tile on floor is cracked, main floor elevator floor is not level with aisle. Killed a bug the first night in room, drains in shower and sink are rusty, bulb was burned out (left it out and guy replaced it next day), side door is kept open during the day with a rock and staff knows about it (nice security), clean-up crew lines up all their carts in the aisle so guests need to single file, room smelled, windows were dirty, TV remote is a pain and I could go on and on. Also being dog or pet friendly is certainly NOT a plus. I have had dogs and know what they ca do to carpets, floors, and bedspreads and I KNOW you don't repair all the damage afterwards. Very disappointed and will never consider staying at a La Quinta again.

We killed a big bug in the bathroom. The workers were outside our window early in the morning changing gutters and painting. Woke us up. Hammering going on a lot. Hallways were full of crumbs and rug needed a good cleaning. We were shocked considering we always love LaQuinta hotels. Very noisey hotel. Having said that. The staff could not have been nicer, they tried very hard ...

The location was excellent and the staff were very nice and friendly, very good service and at good price, however I didn't like the look on the carpets on the hallways it really look dirty

Within walking distance of Universal. Hotel is very loud.

Convenient location to Universal studio's. Only a mile away. Has good breakfast for fast check out.

When we arrived. The t.v. Didn't work and when we called the front desk they told us to check the connection, to move the furniture around and fix. We did and eventually got it working, we should not have had to do that. This hotel is ok, I do not plan on staying there again.

I stayed here several times since 2012 and it's changed. Seems the building next to them was a former travellodge or something. It's called building 2 and it's a little dated. For the most part, our room was comfortable and beds were nice. The floors are wood and they are going for the modern look. However, there was balls of black hairs behind the door in the bathroom and the tub was still dirty. The door was definitely needing to be replaced as well. We're easy go lucky and go with the flow, but know some don't and they need to know theseveral things. The breakfast is served in the lobby with very limited seating for 2 buildings worth of people to fuel up before they head out. The offerings are good with cereal, waffles, sausage (I think), toast muffins, etc. So not bad, but not the best. Don't try the coffee. Trust me. Not a bad place, but enough change to make me decide to stay elsewhere next time. Thanks !

A nice pet friendly hotel for an overnight stop. Nothing too fancy but it is a good location, was clean and the staff was very nice. Room was fairly spacious with good amenities.

We really enjoyed our stay. Very closer to Universal studios. Good Breakfast. If you are interested in shopping, there is a big outlet mall within 5 to 10 miles. They have a small swimming pool. Most of the time coffee is there. Vending machine for snacks.

Room was not clean, has roaches, very thin walls. Only plus was hotel was very close to Universal Studios. Would not stay here again. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
