To be honest, you get what you pay for. This is a low-budget extended-stay motel located in a questionable area of town and there are some serious health and safety issues present. I was in town for a brief stay; though I was not comfortable with the lodgings, I did have to stay there for one night. I went to Walmart and bought a blanket (given the holes and stains on the coverlet and walls), but I still woke up with a rash all over. There were roaches and ants in the bathroom and people sitting/laying in the halls. Some of the electrical outlets didn't have covers, which is unsafe. Some people are housing animals there; laws don't specify that they be identified as service companions--I understand and appreciate the reasons behind this, but in the end the uncertainty raises questions in this close environment, even for someone like me who has worked with many animal shelters and rescues. The staff was helpful and friendly, but only available between 11 AM-7 PM. In the end, I appreciate the kindness and courtesy of the staff; even when I was very shaken up by the situation after leaving, they were patient and as helpful as they could be. There is a shopping center with a Walmart and many other stores just nearby. Perhaps this isn't the best place for a vacation/short stay location, but it may meet the needs of extended-stay residents in the Orlando area who are on a tight budget getting to know the city and finding a permanent place to live.

Stayed for 3 weeks had no complaints. Would stay again.

Bad matrass and cockroaches. A lot of ants in my room and one of the matrass it's really bad. I have to change another room.

This was a very strange hotel. Maybe I missed something in the fine print? Went to check in and the service attendant has us go look at our room first before checking us in. Got to our room and it wreaked of bleach. Attendant said they just finished cleaning it. What were they cleaning, dead bodies?? No shampoo or anything like that in the room. No trash can, or even trash bags, no bath towels, and the bed was hard as a rock. Then, when we tried to check out 2 days later, the service desk was closed off completely. Had to turn our keys into the window washer. Just a very strange experience.

The hotel is near the town, however the nieghborhood was a bit scary. the looby always smelling of too much smoke and the entire place not well kept. we only spent 2 nights then cancelled the resevation because of the poor quality of the hotel.

great hotel! locations is awesome and good distance from parks and shopping

the walls are paper thin. the baby in the room next to us screamed all night. The amount of animals staying in the hotel was unreal. should have been an animal shelter. I saw the Largest pit bull dogs I have ever seen in my life. We were sharing a hotel.

This hotel was an ideal locale for my business trip, however the room was not the greatest. Ironing board w/o an iron, no room telephone, a real basic dated room. It seems since its an extended stay that there are some folks there on a real extension!!! The hotel was in the process of having the exterior painted, but they really need to start the improvements from the inside out. Lets just the say the first thought that came to mind as I entered my room was that I need to do a serious bed bug check!! I'm a native New Yorker, and this type of hotel would have an hourly rate if you get my drift. I guess the saying "you get what you pay for" is very appropriate.

I had no issues. The staff at the front desk seemed friendly, checking in was not a hassle, and the hotel looked nice. I only stayed for one night for a weekend at the parks. The traffic for the area was great, didn't get congested until closer to I4. Travelling to the parks was simple and quick, it was within miles of all of them. There were plenty of restaurants in the near area, but it wasn't loud near the hotel. This is an extended stay hotel, but I had no issues with the people staying there. The room looked good, and the only issue was a weird smell in the hallway, but I didn't notice it in the room. The room had good showers, a flat screen T.V., and a good couch and bed. Overall, I would stay again.

The hotel was in a location known for drugs and prostitution. The room had a tale musty odor and although I did not see them - my husband states that he felt "bites" from bedbugs and had a few bites the next day. Even though the staff was nice overall a scary experience - not sure if i was going to wake up to my rims being stolen. Would not recommmend

First let me say the price I got it for was 50 bucks. I stayed in room 220 and it smells like Hindu in the hallway. Anyways the ride from the hotel to Disney is about 25 minutes and this room has a small stove top big fridge and supplies cups and silverware. The bathroom is good size and they have a couch. They have ac unit. What else.... Would I stay here again?... I don't know depends on my money situation but if I can rent another 50 hotel I might do it. Well this concludes my blunt review.

Convenient location, great price. Good for an extended stay when on a budget. I just stayed overnight so I can't comment on the amenities if there are any.

The room was moldy and musty. The Air conditioner leaked and the carpet was soaked. There is no maid service and hard to get clean towels.

Good location and staff. I do not agree with policy of photocopying my driver's license, and that of my guest. I've stayed at many many hotels and none have ever copied my driver's license. Felt like a criminal, or that the facility is prone to illegal activities. Made me feel very unsafe. Entry ways are not secured, but claimed that photocopying license is for security reasons. Upon check out, they would not give me the copy of my driver's license and I was told they keep it in a safe on the property. Room was comfortable, and priced well but would not stay again due to shady treatment.

I spent 4 nights and the room is below the avrage. However, the location is very good near to attraction.

the room is good but there is no room service here. by the way before you check in, you should check the bed sheet clean

enjoyed my stay. convinient place. close to the mall & walmart. confortable beds, peerfect idea of having a kitchen in the rooms..

The hotel offered what we have paid for, the stuff was very friendly and efficient. There was no breakfast but there is free coffee till 11 am. The location is very good if you are planning to go to the Universal Studios, SeaWorld or the outlets.

The worst hotel ever. You should take it away from the list , super dirty, bad bedrooms, they never clean the room. The personnel was unprofessional, I asked for a replacement of a key and they never asked me for my ID not secured, the door was not even working.

While the "Crestwood Inn" needs to be updated and add daily house keeping, it is well located. Just a few miles from the freeway, it is centrally located for access to the airport ,as well as, all of Orlando's major attractions and outlet shops. Additionally, there are several major shops, restaurants, and gas stations located near by (i.e Walmart, Target, Walgreens, even a mall, McDonald's, Wendy's, Friday's, etc.). The Staff was friendly and helpful. The accommodations were adequate and safe.
