Dont know how to describe, but not a good feeling.

My son is staying while in college and he loves it.

We rented a room for 10 days for our 18 year old son, who was traveling alone. He was not allowed to check in because he isn't 21. Nowhere on the website did it state this. We were blindsided and scrambled to find him a place to spend the night. Gratefully, Fairfield Inn allowed him to check in and assured us of his well-being. Thank you Fairfield Inn!

The place needs a few tweeks, but for the price we paid we got a studio apartment with kitchen, bathroom, living room and beds. And everything was working. Of course no concierge, or restaurants in the place, but all around the place are many different places to eat. The staff was friendly and attentive.

Why do they ask for your employer's name on a prepaid room. Is it so they can give you the crappiest room in the hotel if they dont like your response? Overall the room was descent, but the bed was broken down. Said they would fix it but they never fixed. One side was laying on floor while the other 3 sides were sitting upright. Room service half cleaned. I had to purchase my own cleaning supplies to clean up myself. In the middle of my stay..they decide that they would no longer supply clean towels and toilet paper to anyone. Really¿¿?¿? Where is the hot water? I've taken more cold showers in the past month then i've taken in a lifetime.

It literally took me over an hour to get checked in. I was the only person standing there. The last thing the lady at the Check-in desk said to me was "This is an Extended Stay Hotel". We don't provide toiletries and clean towels. You have to get those from outside sources". Really? The Guiwine extended stay, "Extended Stay America", provides toiletries, clean towels and dishes; and the rates are lower. Guess I know where to go next time.

Had to ask for coffee maker, coffee cups, utensils. Only 2 spoons, 2 plates & 2 bowls in room even though there was a stove, microwave & toaster. Asked for kitchen towel & dish soap & was told by housekeeping they don't provide anymore. Had to have help opening room door because there was a trick to it. Sorry, but found roaches in bathroom. It was close to the college but I should have investigated before I booked.

I arrived to the place with no luxury expectations, but at least hoped for a clean room. The front desk lady was nie but the place already smelled bad. The elevator was dirty and from the hallways you could hear the people screaming from their rooms. When I get to the room, looked very poor and worn out, but the worse was the dirt. The carpet smelled bad and under the air conditioner, table and bed there was dirt and small debris from a year ago. The bed was very bad done with less than cheap sheets, the pillowcase was full of hairs and the worse came when I removed the bed cover. On the inside it was stained in an unimaginable way. Stains of all sizes and colors covered it. I left the room and they cancelled my transaction.

There was no staff to clean the room for the 3 nights that I was there. Also, my car was broken into and over $300 of electronics were stolen. The stay at this hotel was a nightmare for me and it will be my last stay. This hotel is certainly no bang for your buck. Never again.....

It was awful. The room had a bad smell. The bed spread had what looked like a blood stain on underside. No room service to clean or change linens. Had to beg for fresh towels. It was loud, could not sleep for people stomping around upstairs and slamming doors. Someone also had a dog there that would not stop barking. Will never stay in that dump ever again. I did complain to hotel staff, but they offered nothing to correct their inadequacies. I submitted a complaint on the hotel website as well and have not gotten any kind of response back. I feel I should be refunded a portion of my stay.

The young lady at the front desk who checked me in was very professional and accomodating. She excelled in all points of hospitality and customer service. I had a wonderful stay.

You get what you pay for. It was very basic very old but close to intended location

It was clean the bad was very very dirty They didn't clean second night The place was not safe for us

I have traveled all over the world and to many third world contries. After having to change rooms at 11 at night because they had still not cleaned the room they gave me at 2. My wife and I had to clean the bathroom with hand sanitizer because of the hair on the toilet and in the tub. Then the pillow cases had hair on them so we tossed them off the bed and slept with no pillows all night. The baseboards were coming off the wall in several places. The door to the room at one time had a peep hole in it. I know this because it still has the hole where it used to be which we plugged up with a paper towel. The coffee pot that I had to go to the front desk to get had a old molded coffee packet still in it when I went to make coffee the next morning.. I ended my stay a day early after spending one of the worst nights of my life. And after all this the hotel refused to issue me a credit for the second night. It didnt matter at no cost was my wife and I spending another night in this place.

It was the only room available anywhere near ucf for game day weekend so I had no choice and took a chance after reading the bad reviews. The reviews are pretty spot on but the staff is really nice. The location is behind a run down bar/club so at night you will run into the occasional drunk. The room smelled good and seemed like they kept it clean until I found a dead roach on the carpet. Wouldn't recommend unless you run out of options.

A/C did not work!!!! Black mold on the ceiling!!!! Fecal matter on the bathroom floor!!!! The strong smell of urine!!! My stay lasted about ten minute. when I returned to the front desk to request a refund, I was meet by a locked door and a hand written note which said "CLOSED REOPEN at 7am " .

It was clean and the staff was friendly. For the price, it was a god value.

1.0 The hotel was over booked upon arrival, we were not notified of this until after an hour wait in line. 2.0 Manager was not on premises during entire length of stay and to date. Nor will he respond to any phone calls. 3.0 We were promised a refund on our stay, but the manager will not call us back to proceed with providing this promise. 4.0 The front desk clerk put us in a room that was in a condition that was unsuitable for customer occupation. 5.0 The conditions of the room were unsuitable for many reasons. These reasons included dirty comforter, a blood stained pillow case, dirty floors, and broken A.C. unit. 6.0 We arrived at the hotel around 6:30 pm May 4, 2013 and our key card would not work. The front desk clerk had to let us in, but was unable to provide a solution to this problem. He then stated that “We should just leave our door open if we decided to leave the premises.” 7.0 We called down for fresh towels and sheets, due to our room not being cleaned because of the key card lock not working allowing the maid to access the room, and were denied fresh sheets and towels. They stated they were out of clean towels and sheets. We grabbed an early breakfast around 5 am May 5, 2013 and when we arrived back the front desk clerk was unable to open our door for us and we were going to have to wait till the manager arrived around 8 am to let us in our room. In which he never arrived. 8.0 We tried using the outside pay phone on May 5, 2013 when we came back from breakfast to get in touch with someone on duty to let us in our room, but the phone would not work, making us having to knock on doors till we found the one that the employee was residing in. 9.0 Our door, we later found out just in need a battery change, was not fixed until 8 am May 5, 2013 in which we were packing ready to leave anyways.

My room was neat and clean. The furniture in the room should be updated and the chair needs to be upholstered. Other than that,,,it was O.K. The staff was courteous and professional.. The neighborhood appeared to be safe and in a central area of the city. Overall,..it was a good value for the cost.

The staff was very helpful in fixing my problem. Its like being at home having every thing in your kitchen friedge, stove, oven, microwave cup and saucer ice tray tv table to eat at sofa bed iron and iron board very peaceful no noise. Lack 2nd day small wash cloth to bathe with so bring your own if u need to change it every 2 or 3 days outside of that lovely hotel internet poor but they said they are looking to find another service elswhere
