Affordable, looks like the pictures, easy access to a place to eat and shop

Cancelled this reservation the same day I made it through Orbitz. I was still charged for the room. Both Orbitz and Howard Johnson's are rip-off artists.

Beds made a lot of noise even when sitting, floor was sticky and having a white towel on the floor when using the shower or sink the towels were black from the floor.

I loved the staff!! They were very friendly especially the manager. The room looked exactly like the picture on the website, and it was also a nice upgrade considering the area. However, the staff did clean daily but missed a few spots here and there. For example, when I first arrived in some of the towels hairs remained on the towels, and hairs were accidentally left in the shower. Other than that I was satisfied considering the price.

It was going good until I got bit by bed bugs. 7 bites altogether by the time I came home from a four day stay at this hotel. The room is clean and the staff is helpful and there’s plenty of hot water. Nothing was broken and I was able to get a new set of towels on my second morning. There are no coffe pots and no HBO and the WiFi is terrible. So after searching numerous times I never found the nest of bed bugs I could never figure out where they were hiding. I did not inform the staff because I killed and flushed the only one I actually saw. But I still got bit 7 times before I left.

Close to the airport...the bathtub has rust stains

This is a great deal for the cost. For those traveling on a budget it is the best value in Orlando. I was staying for 5 days for a convention, and this fit the bill. The rooms are tidy and recently renovated. If you want your money to go to activities during the day, instead of a pretty hotel room you'll only be in while sleeping, then this is it. Sure the towels weren't thick and luxurious, but that's fine. The TV said they had HBO, which they didn't, but they had 100 other channels. The staff was kind and were able to meet a few special requests that our group had. We were able to sleep three men in two full beds and an uncomfortable roll-in bed. The roll-in would be great for a teen/kid if you are coming for Disney. The neighborhood is industrial and strip-malls. This is no resort hotel. There was very little traffic noise, even thoguh it's on a fairly busy road, except for the occasional bullet-bike revving loud in the middle of the night. The AC worked pretty well and kept the room cold. My only real gripe: the hardwood floors just felt dirty. Walking around barefoot, my feet would get black. I'm not sure if a previous guest spilled something sticky on the floor that wasn't mopped up well enough, but it was annoying. Overall, on a budget, I'd definitely stay here again.

This was the first hotel I have ever left to find somewhere else, we get there and the first room smell like an ashtray so we requested another room the staff was super nice and helpful, then we get to the other room and the rooms are not well clean at all I felt like I couldn't even take my shoes off there were dead bugs and all the corners and it had a musty smell so me and my wife decided to suck it up and deal with it we went out for some ice cream and once it got dark the parking lot was pretty sketchy people walking around clearly on drugs when we got back to the room it smelled like raw sewage like there was air coming out of the drains or something in the bathroom and we decided to leave not only because of the lack of cleanliness and smell of the room but we did not feel safe there nor did I feel safe leaving my truck parked and the parking lot

We stayed for one night here. We arrived in the late evening after 10:00 pm and the room was nice and clean. The condition is, of course, not as superior as that in some more expensive hotels, but it is indeed very good at its price. It is also better than the room we had in another hotel, which was smelly and more expensive. The late-night front desk lady was a nice. During our conversation, I told her that we would leave at 5:00 am to catch our early flight. The lady said I could just leave the card keys in the room and leave. Next early morning, we got up at 5:00am. To my surprise, the front desk lady was awake waiting to give me back my driver license which I left at the front desk when checked in! Too bad we were in a rush and did not ask for her name. After we return home, we found our cell phone charger was left in the hotel room. So, I called and talked to the daytime front deck manager.. She was very friendly and helpful. After her work, she went to a FedEx office and mailed the charger to me... This time, I did remember to get the name. The day-time manager is Leslie Valentine, a sweet name:-)

The room was dirty, smelled disgusting and just old.

The beds are very small... There's no pool & the a/c don't cool very much

The hotel is carpet free in the rooms the beds are very small... The wifi never worked... There's no pool the rooms are small but they are somewhat clean even though for a room with 2 beds they usually only put 1 towel

Clean room and good breakfast. Nothing out of this world but worth it.

The room no was not clean hair in the bathroom nasty

Clean sheets, no bugs. It was decent for the price id stay there again..

the hotel was simply a place to sleep and then leave. We had trouble hooking up to the wifi until we realized the front desk clerk had reversed the password.

The room was so dirty¡¡¡¡ it was not good¡ I do not have more words to say I will not make a reservation in this hotel

Based on the main photo of the Hotel building and the brand Howard Johnson we were expecting a better room... all furnitures were too old, the bathroom wasn't clean...there are better motels that these hotel.
