We stayed for one night here. We arrived in the late evening after 10:00 pm and the room was nice and clean. The condition is, of course, not as superior as that in some more expensive hotels, but it is indeed very good at its price. It is also better than the room we had in another hotel, which was smelly and more expensive. The late-night front desk lady was a nice. During our conversation, I told her that we would leave at 5:00 am to catch our early flight. The lady said I could just leave the card keys in the room and leave. Next early morning, we got up at 5:00am. To my surprise, the front desk lady was awake waiting to give me back my driver license which I left at the front desk when checked in! Too bad we were in a rush and did not ask for her name. After we return home, we found our cell phone charger was left in the hotel room. So, I called and talked to the daytime front deck manager.. She was very friendly and helpful. After her work, she went to a FedEx office and mailed the charger to me... This time, I did remember to get the name. The day-time manager is Leslie Valentine, a sweet name:-)

The room was dirty, smelled disgusting and just old.

The beds are very small... There's no pool & the a/c don't cool very much

The hotel is carpet free in the rooms the beds are very small... The wifi never worked... There's no pool the rooms are small but they are somewhat clean even though for a room with 2 beds they usually only put 1 towel

Clean room and good breakfast. Nothing out of this world but worth it.

The room no was not clean hair in the bathroom nasty

Clean sheets, no bugs. It was decent for the price id stay there again..

the hotel was simply a place to sleep and then leave. We had trouble hooking up to the wifi until we realized the front desk clerk had reversed the password.

The room was so dirty¡¡¡¡ it was not good¡ I do not have more words to say I will not make a reservation in this hotel

Based on the main photo of the Hotel building and the brand Howard Johnson we were expecting a better room... all furnitures were too old, the bathroom wasn't clean...there are better motels that these hotel.

Pics were sort of misleading. Paid a low price so technically it was worth it. Had to get moved to a different room due to TV issues and in the new room the fridge didn't work. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was only muffins and bagels. Prob wouldn't stay there again.

I noticed the first night that the button to push to retain the water in the bath was missing. I stayed three nights and despite i told them to fix it, nobody did, and i guess nobody cared. Also the "iron table" was broken. The black guy that seems to be the supervisor is nice and try to be helpful with what he has, but he cannot do a miracle with an hotel that needs so much renovation. The young lady at the reception desk doesn't care about anything, she doesn't even say hello, and she doesn't know how to transfer an outside line, amazing!!

The area was not very desirable, next to a used car lot, but overall, it was worth what it cost. The bathroom looked like it had been remodeled recently, but the building showed a lot of age that can't be covered up by any remodeling.

The hotel was what I think you'd expect. We were spending most of our time at Universal Studios, all we wanted was a clean bed and bathroom with cable tv watch as we drift off to sleep at the end of a long day. That is exactly what this hotel is, a room with no frills.

Its and ok hotel, BUT It wasnt very sound pref. I could hear traffic going by people talking outside. Other than that it was a good stay. They let me check in a hour and half early.

I check in about 3:30 pm. The manager was very friendly, and he was walking the hotel grounds when I got there making sure everything was in good shape. I'll recommend this hotel to anyone traveling, and want to stay in a good hotel and nice location. [...]Everyone was friendly at check in and check out.

We stayed one night. It was an average hotel. Wouldn't recommend a long stay. It was good for our last minute one night need.

I had to change a light bulb in the bathroom because maintenance was not available. I found a house lamp socket tied with a piece of wire to the ceiling lamp. This is a violation of the National Electrical Code and a fire hazard as well.

The ice machine didnt work and the traffice noise was unbelievable. I would never come back

The hotel was farther from the airport than described by [...]rep. It was in a bad area, not terribly clean, no ameniteies to speak positivly of.
