There were roaches in the room and the carpet was filthy.

This hotel is essentially an efficiency apartment building. It is perfect for single travelers or couples on a budget. The bathroom has a shower (it was clean looking) a toilet, and a counter with a medicine chest and mirror. The window a/c unit seemed new and was very efficient and frosty cool. The kitchenette was wonderful: it had a compact refrigerator with freezer, a stove with two burners, and a microwave. They provide a nice pot and no-stick pan along with plates and silverware service for two. There is also a small table with two chairs. The bed was full sized and extra length and was comfortable enough for me to sleep well. It had a weird bedspread that only covered half of the bed. The WiFi was fantastic: my little old Dell laptop was turning pages and streaming like a pro. It's open so don't do any banking! The staff is a major strength: they're friendly and attentive and helped me get a coffee maker and quickly helped when my door wasn't locking. This hotel would have received a four rating, but the carpet was very dirty. Carpet cleaning would freshen up the little apartments very well. The TV is an old box style but large and it played well and has lots of channels though I could not find HBO. When you reserve here, go for a non-smoking room. The building is an L shape and inside the L has lots of nice trees that shade the parking lot and the rooms and this is where the non-smokers go.

Not recommended. Smoke smell horrible. Cheapo but not worth it.

Roaches and we're to get non smoking rooms. Horrible smell. Left after a few hours. Used points so no cash loss thank God. Horrible.

The beds were uncomfortable and there were roaches. It advertises HBO and even leaves the paper in there telling us about what is on HBO yet HBO is not included. And the remote wasn't even programmed to work with the tv! Needs better outlet placement. However the front desk clerks were amazing!

Reserved a 2 double bed, no smoking room with kitchen. Would have been a great value for the price, BUT Got a smoking room that absolutely REEKED of smoke and other odors. Floor was filthy, didn't want to take my shoes off. Was promised a new room, then denied that any were available. Asked for towels, was told none were available and towels had to be used for a week. Room wasn't cleaned, nor beds made, was told that happened once a week. DO NOT STAY HERE UNLESS YOU ARE COMFORTABLE WITH STINK AND FILTH.

We got a crazy deal and only spent about $18 per night. But we quickly realized why it was only $18... wow, the room was outdated and super dirty. Couldn't even take my shoes off while in the room. Bathroom was gross. But on the upside, the staff was nice and helpful.

Hotel was clean, safe and in a good location within walking distance of Starbucks and Denny's. Bathroom was fine and mini kitchen was a bonus, but the combination of a rock hard bed, 2 flimsy pillows and no comfy chair or couch made the room far less homey. Extended stay- I think not- 1 night if u need to be in that area is about right

The hotel staff was very pleasant but the room was a complete disappointment. If it was not so late 10 p.m.when we checked in I would have requested another room. The room was suppose to be non-smoking but it was very evident that someone had been smoking in the room. There was a peanut container lid left on the night stand and long hairs on the bed sheets so cleanliness was also an issue and there was a leaky faucet in the bathroom. We could not get out of there fast enough and the low price we paid did not make up for any of this.

THE CARPETS WERE FILTHY, AND THE MATTRRESS GAVE US NECK AND BACK PAIN VERY UNCOMFORTABLE, SUNK DOWN INTO MIDDLE. NEED NEW MATTRESES.

the front desk clerk, [...], when i checked in was the only pleasant part of my stay. The room was really very dirty, from the bathroom to the carpet. You walk on it for 5 seconds and your feet are completely black. the bed looked as if it was dragged from a dumpster outside, the sheets smelled, tv had bad reception. We stayed in a non smoking room, and the employees would smoke a couple rooms down. I walk into the office to get more towels, and the manager is berating one of his employees in front of me. No, I will not stay here when i travel again. It is woth it to spend the little extra money to stay at a nicer place.

The hotel was in a good location for my trip. Directly behind a Denny's and they give you 25% off of your bill when you show your room key. The room wasn't too bad for the price, but it had a pee smell like bums live there.

Location wasn't bad. The only things we didn't care for were the hard mattresses & non existent pillows. The pillows were so flat you literally had to fold them over to get any kind of support. I would be willing to stay again if they update those pillows.

The room was clean with the exception of the carpet, I couldnt walk across the room without my white socks looking like I had been outside with them on all day. We were locked out of our room three times because the front desk decided to check us out before our reservation was up and never admitted to it. They said at first that our card were magnitized, not, and then that someone had come in and checked us out. Neither one of us had done it. But then again the front desk never admitted doing anything wrong. We spent hours just trying to get our reservation straightened out with them after being there three days. Wont stay there again, vacation isnt suppose to be stressful and it was made so by staying here.
