I booked a two bedroom for family who traveled from PA for 3days/2 nights. The experience was not good. The staff at checkin spoke very little english and what was spoken was hard to comprehend. When asked to repeat what she said, she gave serious attitude. The room was a modge-podge of out-dated mitch-match furniture and appliances. There were stains on the sofa and chairs, the glass dining room table had wicker chairs which were unstable and hideous. The handle of the refrigerator was broke, the washer made a horrible sound when running and the dryer did not dry. There were nobs missing on drawers and there wasn't a set of anything. 6 plates, 8 bowls, 7 forks, 8 wine glasses, 6 towels, 4 wash clothes. The staff offered no solutions or assistance when informed of these issues. She said they were sold out, as if that makes the horrible accommodations ok. The pool was filthy and the pool area was unkept. This was the absolute worst. I have never had accommodations so horrible.
We stayed in a two bedroom condo. The master bedroom was huge and the second bedroom was quite big with two double beds in it, and still enough room for a single blowup. The master bath was quite large with a separate closet for the toilet. What I was not used to was no door leading into the bath. While this condo may be an older one, I found it to be very clean and quite nice. I will see about staying there again. Plenty big for two couples, even though we had three adults and a child. The front desk was very nice and would call, each day to see if we had any needs. Thought it was funny that they had a wine opener but no ice cream scoop. The location was close to just about everything we could need. There is Wi-Fi, however, it is more public than private as every room has the same password.
Festiva Orlando resort is our go-to place every time in Orlando! Super friendly staff, very clean all the time, accessible and well maintained. Rooms are very confortable and equipped with all needed for a great family vacation.
We stayed in a 2 bedroom which was okay, the TV was not watchable and was old...rug was torn and stained....just an okay room. We then moved to a 1 bedroom and when we walked in there was water on the floor...they came several times to fix it, we just kept towels on the floor. They did finally fix it the day before we were to leave. They gave us a $50 prepaid Visa card for our troubles....but until they do some updating we probably won't be staying here again.
This is a time share resort. You have a condo suite which is nice. You can make some of your meals in the room. Adequate amount of kitchen utensils to make simple meals. Needs updating. Pool area was nice. People at check in were very nice.
Pool needed to be cleaned, to much trash. Bedroom had fleas. Rooms need to be updated. Sleeper sofa was not comfortable at all. Carpet was stained. Other than these few items stay was fine. Would stay here again.
Very nice, quiet resort with extra large 2 bedroom units with all amenities. Very clean rooms and resort grounds, pool area etc. Very friendly staff throughout, from the front desk to the cleaning personnel. Nice pond behind the resort for fishing, catch and release, with great view. Overall, great place to spend some time.
The place was beautiful and clean and had everything you needed. The beds were comfortable. Everyone loved the pool and we were close to everything. We had a family of 9 and everyone was pleased with the experience. I would go to Festive Orlando again in a heartbeat.
We were in the 1 bedroom executive suite ground floor and it was very dark and they put us to the third floor which was clearly renovated and much nicer. This resort needs major renovations in their rooms. If u get one like ours you are ok but some are aweful. Staff was very accommodating
very convenient location to theme parks, perfect for our get away does lack pool bar and other entertainment offered by larger resorts, so it is a matter of what you are looking for . would stay there again.
