The receptionist was very friendly, the hitel was nice and clean, pet friendly ($25 fee), grab and go breakfast in the morning. There is a carrabba's, wendys, golden corral, and other restaurants directly behind the hotel.

Everything was good!! Close to everything you need it for your stay.

Didn't require much. Somewhere as a base while house shopping. Extended Stay filled the bill. Can't say much about the breakfast. Everything is gone early. Not much to choose from. No Waffles, biscuits, fruits, or meats. Bare minimum.

The room its self was nice and roomy. Went to go ti bed and there were no blankets on the bed just sheets!! Went to front desk and clerk said they were out if blankets. How coyld you be oit of blankets and be ready for customers. Very upset called main 800 and she put in complaint and noone has called me back.

Nice staff. Need to update hall carpets. Will be back next year!

Let me start with the good: staff was polite and friendly. Very close to Universal. Free parking. Reasonable prices. The bad experiences: Hotel is understaffed. Only one person around. Had to wait 15 mins in the lobby because the front desk person was on a break. The first room we walked into was occupied. Thankfully no one was there. This worried us the whole time thinking about someone walking into our room. Then we were given another room which felt like a downgrade. The hotel is pet friendly so that means there's barking at all times. There's also a fire station right across so if you're planning on sleeping, good luck.

This place is quite quaint , it is clean close to parks restaurants attractions easy to get off highways in major roads. They offer a grab and go breakfast which consist of coffee muffins or energy bars which is great because that cost saves someone anywhere between 3 to 5 dollars or more person. The room is clean they also offer kitchen and a good size refrigerator and stove so if you wanted to bring your own food to prepare it instead of going out and spending money at restaurant we could definitely save using that. It's an al around great value. Staff is pleaset and lobby area is clean. Great little place to rest your head.

I had thought you couldn't go wrong with an extended stay hotel, but this one was really lacking. Not the cleanest room, paint marks on wall dated furniture and bedding, two thin pillows. It wasn't horrible but it might be the worst extended stay hotel experience I've had.

This is a awesome place to stay when you are visiting Universal Studios or any of the surrounding attractions. Our room was really nice and spacious, clean and very up to date. The price was very good for such a great room.

There is a weird smell in the room and the AC is very loud. The room is not very clean. Bath towels are very rough.

3 girls in a two queen bed room. There was also a sofa bed, but we didnt need that. very spacious and clean and comfortable. Staff was very nice. They have a personal driver, basically on call to the hotel, which was very convenient for us. Very close to Universal Studios. Would definitely stay here again!

Room odor smells like smoke in NS room. Breakfast was sparse.

very good - accommodating staff - clean - quiet and comfortable. Definitely recommend.

Did not like the $5 fee to have the room cleaned because of extended stay. If you plan to use the kitchen you have to buy or take your own pots and pans.

First of all the staff was greast helpful. We was in a geart location

Me and a friend went primarily to do some shopping and visit some theme parks. First off, the staff is really friendly and welcoming. The room was really nice and has nicer rooms then some hotels i have seen. The only downside of the room was that some of the towels were dirty. Kind of disgusting, but it isnt a 5 star hotel. Universal is literally a 10 minute walk and theres a 24 hour walgreens for your needs at any time of the day. Tons of food places within walking distance, and right next to the bus and trolley to get all over i drive. Only thing that sucked was that there was no shuttle to disney. We took a cab to downtown disney and took the free bus to magic kingdom.
