Hotel is at a good location. Breakfast was poor and only had muffins, coffee, and granola bars. I was expecting better. Rooms need a better paint and decor job along with some smell good air fresheners since the hotel smells of funk. My bed was comfortable and the sheets were clean.

Hotel staff was super nice. Very helpful and pleasant to talk too. Hotel looked like it had many recent upgrades- nice newer wood floors, new appliances, but lacking in the general handyman aspect. Could see many old wall repairs and sloppy paint. Very clean.

Good place to stay very affordable and pet friendly. Had a great time.

Easy to find hotel. Close to family in the area, close to 7-11 and easy to get in and out. The room has refrigerator, stove and microwave as well as bed and easy chair, tv and desk. There was an strange odor of lingering onion smell and I tried to spray to cover it up. Staff was friendly and helpful. Staff does not come in to clean or change towels unless you request. Could not use WiFi because it is not protected.

The room was in need of deep cleaning. The AC unit had a musty odor unless it was on fan and cool. Housekeeping was not available for less than a week stays but they turned the A/C off--so I returned to a stuffy room each evening. No breakfast--coffee and instant oatmeal. Rate was too expensive for quality. Internet was unsafe to use. Bed was good-bedding was adequate. Safe, but no frills or amenities.

I was given a room that was not cleaned. The only good thing was the manager was very helpful in giving me a refund.

This place is close to a lot of dining and other places. Nice staff and clean and comfortable rooms. Great place for a cheap hotel.

I was pleased with my stay and very satisfied with the staff. Very nice and help full people. I will be coming back sooner than I thought.

Arrived early, but they were not ready. When checked in late as they were not ready when we arrived, they changed us to a Smoking room--without asking or telling us. When we entered the hallway of the smoking area we could immediately could tell, so went and asked why we were put in this room. They changed us into a Non-smoking room but I thought this was really odd to put us in this uncleaned, smelly room when there were clean Non-smoking rooms available. We learned to always ask when checking in that we get what we asked for. Access to a refrig for leftovers good.

Was easy to find. Very clean. Parking lighted well lighted.

I wanted a place to stay near family, and this location worked. bed was comfortable, very quiet, amenities OK. there were a few cockroaches in the kitchen area, which is why I rated it low.

In my attempts to secure a hotel 0.2 miles from my business destination, I have been forever traumatized. 1. by a disgusting guest's phlegm assault. I can only imagine it was a man who (may as well been in my room with me because the walls were so thin) proceeded to snort, spit, hack, snore, and choke his way through the night. 2. by nearly being run down as I crossed the "street", with my laptop, suitcase and purse as I sprinted across 8 lane FREEWAY en route to my business destination. 3. this hotel is home to many homeless families.

Besides the magical moments spent inside the room, mostly everything was there that u needed.and it was very comfortable. I would stay there again

all employees were very polite and answered all questions intelligently

i took a lot of tours went and seen family it was a good hotel it just needs more shopping centers close. but i enjoyed my stay and everything was good

The front desk at this hotel **closes at 11pm**. The building is locked and there is no way to check in.I arrived from a west coast flight and ended up out in the cold with no place to sleep after a cross-country trip. [...] should make clear that you CANNOT check into this hotel if you are arriving on an evening flight (travel time from MCO is about 30 minutes).

The hotel was average, but priced well. The room we requested was non-smoking; however it smelled like smoke. I reported it, but there were no other rooms. He did offer me some spray, so I sprayed down the room. The front desk told me if it did not get any better to report it in the morning and they would try to get me another room. They were very helpful! The rooms are cleaned once every seven days. Also, we stayed next to a room with a dog, which barked quite a bit. Overall, it is a good place to stay. In Orlando there is so much to do you do not really spend much time at the room.

Just what I wanted. Friendly staff. Clean and quiet rooms. Comfortable bed. Great price.

Everything was clean and staff was nice; close to highway and Orlando
