LIVING AREA

Two love seats and an armchair set the scene for relaxation in the living area. In the evening, settle in to watch shows on the TV.

Gather to socialize on the sectional and armchair in the sitting area.

Endless fun and epic movie nights await in the game room, boasting a pool table, dartboard, bar, six theater-style seats, a love seat, 75” smart TV, and HD surround sound with Bluetooth pairing.

KITCHEN & DINING

Prepare favorite recipes in the fully equipped kitchen, featuring an array of appliances and helpful gadgets.

When it’s time to eat, choose from the dining table for six, the kitchen bar with seating for four, or the four-person kitchen table.

BED & BATH

This two-story home sleeps 12 guests in six bedrooms.

Find supreme comfort in the primary suite, complete with a king bed, TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a double vanity, garden soaking tub, and a walk-in shower.

The second and third bedrooms both feature a queen bed and a smart TV.

Perfect for the kids, the other three bedrooms are each outfitted with two twin beds and a TV.

The second bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination, while the third bathroom has a double vanity and a tub/shower combination.

Delight in a tropical oasis on your private screened lanai. Take a dip in the pool. Relax on the four poolside loungers.

The pool/spa do not come heated. We also only offer pool heat during the months of May-September for $32 / day. Please give a 3 day notice to add pool heat for your vacation.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 1.
3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.
Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
