Nice hotel in a great location. Bus service to parks only downside.

Good experience nice people room clean nice location and close to disney sprint

Room was much larger than expected and we really enjoyed the living room and dinette area in the room. With four people the room was large enough to give us an at home expert.

It took until 11pm to get a crib for my child even though we requested it at 4:30 pm, also the was no towels at the pool. Other then that hotel is very nice and our stay was pleasant.

Staff were not at front desk at 10 pm and didn't come out as I stood there for 10 minutes. I finally gave up. Room was spacious. Though much of it was in an area that was not useful Hall noises were easily heard

When we arrived the check-in was quick, and off we were to our room. This trip the only real time we stayed in the hotel was after spending the day out. The only bad thing I could really think of was with the bathroom water for some reason after the first night the only water that would come out was scolding which made for a pretty unpleasant bath. That being said the room was clean, bathroom was clean, fresh towels were delivered to our room, and no one disturbed us. Very pleased, I would definitely stay there again.

The restaurant booths stained and dirty, some staff language communications difficult, everything closes early and very small venues

Room was beautiful however bathroom toilet was not level, no lock on bathroom door and shower was difficult to turn off.

Room was very clean and hotel staff was accomdating. Most channels on the tv were blacked out. No game room as advertised. **Didn't like being solicited by concierge to buy time shares on the way to the pool. ( it seems to be her only concern, not guest satisfaction)

The room was a bargain and very clean. Parking at 15 a day was high but the shuttle service to Disney was excellent. The restaurant was diappointing because of the limited menu; I would return there again because of the room accomodations.

We stayed here for two days prior to joining the rest of our group at a Disney resort. We found the double tree to be clean and comfortable and their shuttle made it easy for us to get to Hollywood Studios for a day. We also were able to easily walk to Downtown Disney. The swimming pool area was nice and we used the hot tub early one morning. We only wish that they had transportation from the airport - we took had to take a cab.

Were not aware that remodel was to be part of our vacation. Hammering and drilling every morning before 8 AM no room service kitchen closed for remodel as well. Hotel staff upon check in were unprofessional requesting we pay with a credit card for a room that was prepaid through presented confirmation to staff told we had to straighten out payment.

I stayed here for a week and I did not want to leave this hotel. The staff goes out of their way to help you and greet you when you walk in. The hotel is really clean and very modern. It is family friendly and there are plenty of things from the pool, arcade center, and fitness center to do while staying at the hotel. The rooms are very spacious, with 2 hdtv's. The housekeeping is great. They are efficient and clean up very well. I will definitely be staying their again!

This hotel is located within 10 minutes walking distance of Downtown Disney, which was great. The warm cookies that you get at check-in were a nice welcome. The hotel room was a little old, but spacious and the bed comfortable. The coffee maker, fridge and microwave enabled us to get an early start on the day. Wireless internet was spotty and went down for a day, which we weren't charged for. Staff were friendly and helpful. Only complaint was that walls were thin and you could hear crying children and amorous noises at night.

The suite setup on the rooms is great with children. The buses now only pick up on one side so there is enough room for everyone to get to and from the parks. The only issue we had was the dinner waiter's attitude and the kitchen was slow getting our food out. The restaurant manager more than made up for it after advising her of the issue. My family (3 generations) who stayed will go back. This was at least our third stay in this hotel.

we will be back again. they we're so nice. my douther liked it so much because she recived a bag with candies and other stuff.

This hotel was a great deal! The staff was friendly and the room was clean. The bed was on the hard side, though.

The rooms were not as clean as I would have liked, however, the staff made up for it. The staff was very professional and extremely helpful.

We take numerous trips to Orlando for quick get-aways and have stayed at this hotel before. We have always enjoyed our stays but have never used their restaurant. We decided to have breakfast there after our first night. Prices are high and they expect you to select the buffet even though a menu option is available. When we ordered from the menu it took approx 15 minutes for the waiter to bring us two pieces of cold toast and two english muffins, but no eggs or ham. That came about 10 minutes later. The ham was very thin sliced sandwich meat that I would not serve anyone. Other than that the hotel is great.

Hotel is well appointed, with comfortable suites and very comfortable beds. Location can't be beat with easy access to transportation to the parks and Downtown Disney provided. Please note that there is a limited restaurant selection on the property, so plan to eat out.
