I waited too long to make a reservation for UCF move-in weekend and my usual spot was sold out. This hotel was still close to campus and I felt safe there but the room and amenities were lacking. Towels appeared to be permanently stained, and they didn't even have hair conditioner. The room did a mini fridge which was nice. It was a place to sleep for the night but next time I'll make my reservations earlier.

My first reservation there was better, than this stay that's why I booked for my second visit to Orlando area. There was a mixed up on room reservation. And yes I will book again for future visit.

Jordan was amazing!!!! I wish every hotel could have a Jordan. Thanks for making everything so much better.

Not the best but have stayed in worse places. You get what you pay for here no surprises. The overall quality is comparable to the cost. If you are just looking for a place to crash for a day or two this is a good option.

The location was perfect for my needs this particular trip, and the front-desk staff was friendly, helpful and very professional. However, the room was a) NOT non-smoking (it reeked of long term smoking) and b) clean or well-maintained. The bathtub fixtures were all loose in the wall, and rattled when used. The bath mat was splattered with blood stains that had not washed out (it was clean, but stained).

Do not worth the price. Room smell awful. Very noisy outside.

Arrived at the hotel late and was made to stand outside even after they verified that I was a patron, they could have let me in the lobby. When I arrived at my room, it had a musty smell, that permeated the bedding. The carpet was lifting, the tub looked dirty due to numerous rust stains, the walls in the shower were coming away from the wall, and ceiling in the bathroom had mildew on it. The final straw was when i went to wipe my hands on the hand towel there was hair from a prior person wrapped into the fiber-not good. Generally it looked VERY run down and worn out. I found it kind of gross over all, just left me with an unclean feeling.

The tub faucet leaked and the tub finishing was coming off. The secondary door lock was barely attached.

There was a leak from ceiling, beds were stained with what appeared to be blood, no wifi, no cell phone service, toilet not flushing properly, just an overall horrible experience.worst I ever been to. I complained and they said they were going to send maintenance.i then took my family and just checked out. It is pretty bad when U prepay and still leave.

Just stayed for the night. It was what you would expect for the price. Room was clean.

For what I paid at the hotel it wasn't worth it, last time I stay at another hotel around the same area and I paid $41 and the experience was wonderful, i didnt stay in the sane hotel bexause it was under renovation. When I got to this hotel I ask the front desk person if i could check the room first and he told me that I could do that but even if I didnt like the room I was stuck there because it was no refunds. He was very rude unprofessional and he was burping and playing around with two girls there. I do not remember his name I think it was Andy but I'm not sure, he's appearance was Asian. On the other hand when I checked out the two gentleman that were at the front desk were very polite.

Absolutely disgusting! After a 3 hour drive from Coconut Creek to Orlando, all I wanted to do was take a shower and go to bed but once I opened my room door all those hopes went down the drain. The room was dingy and dark (with all the lights on), roaches scurried across the carpet and furniture, not to mention dirty. I was afraid to touch anything. For every square inch of the room there was a dead roach... Literally !! The so called "kitchen" was just a mini-fridge and a tiny microwave placed above it. I asked an employee for extra blankets and he literally walked into an empty room ripped the sheets off a bed, not making any attempt to fold them, he just draped them across himself and handed them to us. I was afraid to sleep on the sheets because they were freckled with stains so I ended up having to make makeshift pillow cases with my shirts and wrapping myself in a quilt I brought from home (Thank God). I worst part about this entire stay was the fact that if you slammed a door or drawer too hard 2 or 3 roaches would come running out. I thought i'd be getting a great deal, clearly I was sadly mistaken. I'd rather pay $300 per night next time instead staying at this hotel or other "economically friendly" hotel. If you were thinking about staying here for a few nights..... DO NOT!!!

The hotel was as expected. Although having a non-smoking room where the smoke came through from the other rooms was not pleasant.

The A/C unit in the room would not staying on or blow cold...we called the front desk and asked to have my room changed. Instead the manager came to our room took the cover off of the A/C unit telling us it just needed to be reset and then told us it would get cold. The bottom line was the A/C unit was very loud and went on and off every eight minutes all night long!! We couldn't wait to leave and go home!!

The location was close and convenient to UCF which is where we wanted to be. However the rooms had a horrible smell (similar to moth balls). We switched rooms once and the second room was the same so we have up. The air conditioning was HORRIBLE. We called and asked about it and the receptionist immediately told us their "trick" to get the air conditioning to kick start. The "trick" didn't work. And what are we, in a motel 6? Half of the hotel was under construction, but since it was the weekend we didn't hear any noise. They did however have queen size bead and fridges in every room which was convenient.

In town to visit family. Not bad price for average hotel. Day staff need more consideration evening staff better. It was an average stay

I was looking for an affordable comfortable place to stay in the ucf orlando area when I visit my daughter. I narrowed it down to the Days Inn and Suites. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. I had a little issue with our door lock and they upgraded me to a suite at no extra cost! Great service!

Loud, shouting guests - slamming doors, 1 - 3:30 AM. POLICE CALLED. TV poor, no Golf or HBO. Mildew in shower. Furniture in poor shape. Meger "contential" breakfast.

I have stayed at MUCH nicer places for half the price. We had to find the front desk clerk after waiting five minutes at the front desk. He was outside smoking in front of the air vent that lend to the room we were so lucky to get. So, our nonsmoking room had a smoke smell. The water in the tub did not drain, mildew on the curtain, my sheets had several cigarette burns, and the floor just looked gross. The one pro was we didn't run into any bugs. Don't expect much for the breakfast. If this is the reason you want to choose this place over another (like we did) DON'T!!!! It was a joke! Wally-World Great Value english muffin and bread dirty toaster, two choices of cereal, and those tiny disgusting donuts or sticky buns in a tupperware container. That was it, oh sorry I forgot the browned oranges. We had to park in the far back of the hotel and walk to the very front because there is a totaled of six parking spaces.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Awesome that they had mobility accessible and pet friendly rooms. Not so awesome that there wasn't ANY handicapped parking near or curbside access (i.e. ramps) to get to the mobility accessible room easily. The continental breakfast needs a protein option of some sort. The morning manager was very accepting of the few recommendations I had for improvement. Otherwise, a nice stay and close to UCF for graduation at a great rate!
