Days Inn & Suites Orlando Airport

Recent guest reviews

We stayed one night since our flight came in at midnight. We moved to another hotel for our stay at Orlando. But it was very close by. There were no standard rooms available so we got a free upgrade to a Suite. It was comfortable and clean and nice. Did not wake up in time for breakfast so I cant comment on that.

Hotel was a half hour awayIf you are interested in a hotel that is close do not go with this one. The hotel was a half hour away from the attractions of Orlando. stay in Lake Buena Vista and you won't have to drive. The hotel was clean service was decent. It's not next to anything in walking distance. The Florida mall is the closest attraction. I will say that my suite was reallyNice and clean.

Great experience Spent a night at the hotel. Staff was super nice, room was great

A roach woke me up about 3 am. Guest with children very noisy about 6 am.

So the reviews were so mixed but we needed a cheap hotel close to the airport. The lady running the front counter was abrasive and not friendly but I wasn't looking for a new best friend so meh. We walked into the room and it was HUGE and clean. SUPER clean so if you are looking for what we needed its perfect. And the air conditioning was strong and functional. Now the bad things. 1. We were on the back of the building and the Wi-Fi had 1 bar so we couldn't even connect. 2. The faucet was lose and all of the Kleenex were pulled out of the box then just set on top. I almost didn't list either of these 2 the faucet didn't bother me it was slightly tricky to angle it perfectly so the water turned off. The Kleenex was just funny. I'm assuming it was a previous guest but a bit tacky. 3. This is common and so I'm just complaining to complain about this one. The breakfast starts at 6:30. I feel like hotels that boast that they are near airports should have it open ealier even if it's just something to grab. Over all it was a good stay. We swam and it was clean and fun. We slept in clean beds and rooms that had fridges and microwaves. 3 complaints are not important and wouldn't change us staying there again.

I have to say the staff at front desk on weekdays are great! But the one on weekends......PAUL, OMG.........wow, I know children that are smarter and a whole lot faster....be prepared to wait a while...we waited at least 45 min with one couple ahead and still took him 15 min to check us in..p.s. a lot of workers stay there...let's leave it at that!

Great location. Cheap hotel, only one staff at front desk. If the staff is on the phone, you won't get helped for like 15 min. Ladies who clean the rooms only speak Spanish, so it was quite difficult to communicate, also they knock the door 8am-9am so you better put 'do not disturb' sign or leave earlier than 8am.

I started off with a bad experience they had no phone every time I need to call front desk I had to use my own phone . there phone was not working and they had no tv guide to tell u want channels u had. the hot water went out but they did fix that quickly. but the best was when I went home to find out that I left my pants there in the bottom draw I also had 5 gifts cards in the pocket approx. over $500 I call talk to kelvin he inform me that they had my clothes and my gift cards in a bag that when he gets off work he would go to the post office and send them to me. of course I would have to pay for shipping . the house keeper could have just kept them and kelvin didn't have to go after work to the post office . that right there will make me come back again and again . tx u kelvin and the rest of the staff . u r the best in my eyes Edward dion

Pros: an okay place to stay if you have an early flight. They have a shuttle that leaves hourly starting at 4:50 a.m. The bed was clean and comfortable. Cons: Shower was only lukewarm. We had no remote for our TV and the security guy had to come back three times before it was fixed. Door jam was busted so we didn't feel we could lock the door securely at night. Toilet paper holder was busted. When we tried to use the phone to contact the front desk about having no remote, the phone didn't work.

Overall this hotel was priced for its condition. While visiting Universal Studio or Disney World, there is not much time to spend in the room. Free full breakfast and friendly personnel make the stay overall reasonably comfortable.

It's a nice place , room was cleaned every day, clean sheets and towels, the carpet could use a good deep clean, it's not a five star hotel , so don't expect much , but the staff is very nice , and close to airport , 30 min from Disney etc .

I HAD A GREAT EXPERIENCE, HOTEL WAS CLEAN, POOL WAS CLEAN, FREE BREAKFAST AND CLOSE TO THE AIRPORT.

The hotel is close to Orlando Int'l Airport and the longterm parking lots that are north of the airport. Our room was clean, water was hot, an appropriate selection of shampoos and lotions was available, and since our room was in the back and facing the courtyard and pool was nice and quiet. The only confusion was that staff could not at first find our reservation which we had made via Orbitz. However, everyone was polite and reassuring as they looked. They also changed our room out from one king-size bed to two queen-size without any hassle. Would stay again.

Just not a place I'm used to staying...phone don't work

I was worried about the hotel because of the bad reviews. We had a late flight and called the hotel for a shuttle around 1115 p.m. The shuttle arrived around 1230 a.m. I had called the hotel two additional times and was assured that the shuttle was on its way. The shuttle stopped at two other hotels on its way to the Days Inn. I recommend taking a cab, or shuttle to another hotel and then take an Uber from there. We stayed in Rm 323. They had turned the TV on and a lamp prior to our arrival, and this was a nice touch. The room looked and smelled freshly cleaned. However, because of the bad reviews, we inspected the room carefully. The sheets and towels were in fact clean, free of stains and smelled freshly laundered. The bed was very comfortable and we slept very well. I can't attest to any other rooms, but you might request 323 if booking at this hotel.

This hotel is very close to the airport which is why I chose to stay here for one night. The staff was friendly, however the room itself was disappointing. When I came in, I flipped the light switch, but I got no light, I had to walk inside in darkness and turn on the lamp by the bed. Next I noticed ants by the sink and at least one of the towels had visible stains. The TV did not work and while I was on the bed some insect flew close to me which startled me. At first glance the room looked ordered and nice, but after spending a night there I will not return.

Very nine stuff, I will recomand this hotel to all my friends and relatives.

the walkways to room including breeze ways were dirty. community rest rooms out of order. no wash clothes in room and didn't have any at front desk, told to use hand towels telephones in the rooms didn't work. kept finding sand fleas in my room. vending machine were out of order. each day had to get a new key after walking all the way to room to find out key didn't work. free breakfast couldn't get a piece of fruit. pools and hot tub dirty and out of order

Hotel is horeble.Elebedor looks bad.Is very dark .Front desk staff is nasty they dont have respet for the guests. breadfast is the same every day. I wont stay there if this is the only hotel in orlando. I amm handy cap and they send me to a secon floor room were there were no lights and the door I push inn the door witout the key.3 times I hat to come downstair ouse the key dondnt work .

Location was spot on. No Wifi on the western side of the hotel.
