minimum hotel, continental breakfast with batter to make waffles, nothing really to talk about. hard beds but room was clean. we stayed here because it was close to person we were visiting. wifi was really bad.

Hotel is old and outdated. The bathroom tub had a chip in it and bathroom door had faded paint. Bed was comfortable. Heating unit was either very hot or cold. The room got too hot, so I turned it down the heat to 65 degrees, but the unit still blew hot air and the room remained too hot.

Pasamos la noche de año nuevo,es cómodo y practico,lo que necesitabamos

We checked in for a 6 night stay on Dec 24. The front desk staff was nice and we were given our choice of rooms. The room was what we expected for a budget hotel...really basic with surprisingly comfy beds. It appears they were in mid remodel as they were painting in our room when we walked in. We discovered the carpets were exceptionally dirty when we noticed the bottoms of our socks were black after walking in the room without shoes. Hoping part of the remodel includes new carpets!! The first 3 Days housekeeping was excellent and efficient. We would leave for the theme parks in the morning, come back for lunch and the beds would be made, towels restocked and cups replaced. We were so happy with the service I stopped at the front desk to inquire about our housekeepers name so we could tip generously at the end of our stay. They front desk never provided a name to me. Then, the next day only one bed was changed with fresh linens and no fresh towels or bath mat was provided. The next day both beds were made but no fresh towels were provided. On our final day, we were in the room at 3pm when the housekeeper knocked. We told her to start as we were leaving, but she refused saying she would be back. We returned at 10 pm to a room that had not been serviced. When we went to the front desk for towels and to report the problem they just shrugged, then apologized then handed us extra towels. So disappointing! The breakfast was a good continental offering.

Checked in late due to several flight delays and so there were no more rooms with king sized beds so they upgraded to me to a suite. Great! But wait. The elevator was broken and was not easy to find in the first place. Not a huge deal as I had to lug my bags up one floor. I get into the room and the door was hard to close and the bolt was not working. Not a huge deal as I put the chain on the door. The hallways reeked of bad air freshener and it was even worse in the room. I felt nauseous and thankfully turning off the a/c helped but it was still unpleasant. I went to wash my hands and the bathroom sink wouldn't drain. The toilet paper holder had loose screws and the unit came completely out of the wall with little effort. I took a shower and the tub didn't drain. The bed was not very comfortable. The sofa was stiff. The kitchen sink barely drained. The maids were very loud and unprofessional, constantly yelling outside of the rooms. The breakfast was basically a few loaves of bread, cereal and a few pastries. This has been the worst experience I've ever had. The guy at the front desk apologized but defended the maids. Unacceptable. I will not be back.

stayed night before and night after cruise....a lot of activity in lobby from displaced hurricane victims..

Clean, comfortable room, with nice amenities, that is located close to the airport. In fact, we used off-site parking, and the hotel was only 0.3 miles from the lot. Great hotel, at a very reasonable price. Would definitely stay again.

Overall a decent hotel for the money. Beds were comfortable. They need to change the brand of coffee they use because it is like drinking hot water.

Nice short stay for my interview in Orlando. Overall no major complaints.

Room was ok but shuttle van quit in the middle of fast traffic. Very dangerous and uncomfortable situation with traffic blowing horns and dodging our shuttle. We sat in the heat sweating as the AC was not operating once van quit. Driver could not even get the van to side of the road. After 10 or 20 minute the engine restarted and driver took back to the airport where we had to wait for another. We had arrived at airport at 11:30 am but got to the hotel after 2pm which was 10 minutes from the airport. We were Ringing wet from sweating in dead van when we got to the hotel.

Breakfast only untill 9 am. Close to MCO. Room was clean.

Staff was very friendly. My room was clean and spacious. I was working from the room, internet was solid. 5 minutes from airport. 20 minutes from Universal. I felt I got a better hotel than the price I paid and the price was great. I'd definitely stay again if I'm in the area.

Beautiful place and the works very kind. A beautiful side pool that, can be used from 9:00am til 10:00 pm

We stayed one night since our flight came in at midnight. We moved to another hotel for our stay at Orlando. But it was very close by. There were no standard rooms available so we got a free upgrade to a Suite. It was comfortable and clean and nice. Did not wake up in time for breakfast so I cant comment on that.

Hotel was a half hour awayIf you are interested in a hotel that is close do not go with this one. The hotel was a half hour away from the attractions of Orlando. stay in Lake Buena Vista and you won't have to drive. The hotel was clean service was decent. It's not next to anything in walking distance. The Florida mall is the closest attraction. I will say that my suite was reallyNice and clean.

Great experience Spent a night at the hotel. Staff was super nice, room was great

A roach woke me up about 3 am. Guest with children very noisy about 6 am.

So the reviews were so mixed but we needed a cheap hotel close to the airport. The lady running the front counter was abrasive and not friendly but I wasn't looking for a new best friend so meh. We walked into the room and it was HUGE and clean. SUPER clean so if you are looking for what we needed its perfect. And the air conditioning was strong and functional. Now the bad things. 1. We were on the back of the building and the Wi-Fi had 1 bar so we couldn't even connect. 2. The faucet was lose and all of the Kleenex were pulled out of the box then just set on top. I almost didn't list either of these 2 the faucet didn't bother me it was slightly tricky to angle it perfectly so the water turned off. The Kleenex was just funny. I'm assuming it was a previous guest but a bit tacky. 3. This is common and so I'm just complaining to complain about this one. The breakfast starts at 6:30. I feel like hotels that boast that they are near airports should have it open ealier even if it's just something to grab. Over all it was a good stay. We swam and it was clean and fun. We slept in clean beds and rooms that had fridges and microwaves. 3 complaints are not important and wouldn't change us staying there again.

I have to say the staff at front desk on weekdays are great! But the one on weekends......PAUL, OMG.........wow, I know children that are smarter and a whole lot faster....be prepared to wait a while...we waited at least 45 min with one couple ahead and still took him 15 min to check us in..p.s. a lot of workers stay there...let's leave it at that!

Great location. Cheap hotel, only one staff at front desk. If the staff is on the phone, you won't get helped for like 15 min. Ladies who clean the rooms only speak Spanish, so it was quite difficult to communicate, also they knock the door 8am-9am so you better put 'do not disturb' sign or leave earlier than 8am.

We do apologize for the inconveniences encountered with our shuttle service. In an effort to provide outstanding accommodations at the best rate possible we have outsourced our hotel-airport transfer services to a reputable third party. And while for the most part, the service is provided without inconveniences, we understand things can happen. Please don't let this be deterrent for future stays at our facilities.
