Only nice thing about the room we had (214) was the shower head. The carpet was wet in places, dirty everywhere. The ceiling was patched up walls where moldy. The toilet kept getting plugged i guess it was due to no water pressure. I used the laundry facilities, only one washer and one dryer where working. I would say stay if you must.. I'm definitely not staying again..
Great price, great location. Rooms smelled damp, it didn't feel clean, shower had mold, carpet was dirty and hadn't been swept in a while. Left this hotel two days into our vacation stay due to roaches. Got our money refunded. *pay more money and stay at a nice hotel!
The staff was very rude and stupid. I had the most unpleasant exeperince in this hotel. The smell of the room and front area so awful. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and please stay somewhere else with better staff and clean room.
Nothing fancy here. Just an economical way to stay in the middle of the Orlando action. Hot shower, clean bed. For a great price. If you're looking for a fancy place to stay, this is not your hotel. If you're just using it for sleep, it's a fair deal.
I thought I would be fine with a room with just the basics and wanted to save money when I chose the hotel. Don't let the picture of the front entrance fool you. Do yourself a favor and upgrade to the next higher price. I had to check out early because I couldn't take one more night. Two nights was too many. Orbitz was very helpful in getting my last night money back, but I shouldn't have started here.
The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. We got into the hotel late and there was no problems with the time we checked in
This hotel is inexpensive and is close to Wet n Wild, Universal Studios, and tons of shopping areas. That's about all it has going for it. The staff was pleasant for the most part, but the real horror awaited for us in the room. The moment we walked in, there was an overwhelming smell of mildew. The room was a basic room, nothing fancy, but it felt dirty. We went to a close dollar store to pick up bleach spray, air freshener, towels and a cheap bed sheet set(we didn't feel comfortable in those sheets after a couple other reviews we read). The bathroom walls were peeling, and there was a couple patched water bubbles on the ceiling. The first night wasn't too bad ( the beds were sinking into the middle, and not the most comfortable, and upon stripping the bed, we found black stains of some sort on the flat sheet). The second night, we were woken up by the sound of running water in the bathroom. Apperently, there is a leak somewhere in the walls, and the water was leaking severely into the shower from the ceiling. We left at that moment. If you are looking for a cheap hotel to rest your head for the night, their price is right, but proceed with caution. This hotel is in despair need of repair and an upgrade. Unfortunately, we were in such a hurry to leave, we didn't take pictures. Next time, that will be the first thing we do.
This place is N,A,S,T,Y... no fridge, hardy hot water in shower and they charge less for daily rate if you just call and book them indepently (not through a travel site)... its only like 50/60$ per night.
This hotel looks like the hotel in every crime scene in every B movie. It's really cheap for a reason. The staff is friendly but the facilities are awful.
The room, laundry was pathetic. All you hear all day is HELLICOPTERS circling around. There slogan on their website said Quiet. If you want a Clean Quiet Room do not go there!
hotel stay was very pleasant. The trolley was located in front of the hotel,it was very convenient.It.You got what you paid for. Weather did not cooperate very but that is okay.
Was switched to 5 different rooms while I was here. All the rooms were dirty and bad odor to them. 2 of the 5 rooms had bed bugs. One of the rooms had a rodent that the maintenance man had to kill. The manager didn't believe me until I showed him pics of the bed bugs. It was horrible experience. Never again.
Room smelled. Bed was old and springs were very worn and uncomfortable Room was old and dirty. Shower head was green from mold Huge air gap in the door
Very well located but the conditions of the rooms are very poor, too much dirty inside the rooms, full of bugs, dirty carpets and towels disgusting.
There were bugs in the room..no exaustor in the bathroom and room looks old
The room smells like marijuana. Too much noises outside.
The front desk lady was rude, the room was out dated and dirty! Bathroom was NASTY, the bed cover smelt, and right next to the floor there was MOLD growing on the floor! Will never stay in this hotel again, and don't recommend it to anyone else.
When booking this hotel online, I noted that an infant crib was required for my seven-month-old baby. The booking confirmation showed this note in the "comments" section. However, after checking in and arriving to our room, I realized there was no infant crib. When I questioned the hotel staff, I was informed that they did not have any cribs available. I was very upset by the fact that no one mentioned this when I checked in or that it had not been voided as an option when booking the hotel. The staff was very unpleasant and unwilling to assist me with the issue. When I asked for a refund, they said I had to contact Expedia, although my reservation was made through Orbitz. It was after 11:00 pm and I had just driven with my two small children for over nine hours. I could not get anyone on the phone at the Orbitz Customer Service Hotline and the hotel staff would not do anything until I spoke with someone from Orbitz (although they kept saying Expedia). It was too late to go "hotel shopping," so I ended up having to go buy a pack-and-play, which I ended up having to take on an airplane with me to Mexico (which of course I had to pay extra for to carry on the plane). The entire situation was a nightmare and could have easily been avoided had the hotel staff been more accommodating.
