I'm surprised that this hotel belongs to the Wyndham chain. It is run down, smells like mold and many other odors, there was a fist-size hole on the bedroom wall, phone wasn't working, some lights weren't working, repairs done unprofessionally and cheaply, with paint all over the place, torn doors, etc. Amazing that they approve a hotel room under these conditions.

The parking lot in the back smells like a trash dump. There was several people hanging out on the balconies until the early morning hours-when the rest of my family arrived. The rooms were ok- The bed was saggy and the shower dripped all night, but it was clean. I don't normally stay somewhere like this but as an evacuee I had to take what I could get.

The location was great! Super close to the parks. I only used the shuttle once because they times were a little inconvenient. (Only ran at park open and park close). But taking an Uber/Lyft was pretty cheap. It's also located within walking distance if the weather were nice- there's a sidewalk the whole way. There is also an Ihop and a 7-11 right next to it which was nice. My biggest complaint was that we found bedbugs in both rooms. I even brought my own sheets and that still didn't help much. Otherwise though, the room was decently clean and the air conditioning worked great! (a must for me). I didn't like that the only ice was located so far from the room (in the front lobby), and that the convenience store in the lobby wasn't open very much. There was also loud activity in the hallway in front of my room on Friday and Saturday night which was a little frustrating. The beds were comfortable though!

Safe & Easy parking but I'm not happy about customer service and the room smell , bed sheets smell smoke or cigarette I can't sleep the whole night and the bed is not comfortable .

The hotel had absolutely no amnesties. No microwave , No stove, No fridge and the microwave in the store in the lobby wouldn't allow outside food. The property was unclean used condoms and condom wrappers, liquor bottles, beer bottles amongst various other garbbage. You most definitely get what you pay for.

Rude staff, no greetings. No acknowledgement Ac didn't work. Waisted almost an hour No apology. Worse place ever Will never go back, rather sleep in my car

I wouldn't recommend this hotel for a longer than one night stay. Saw small roaches as was checking out in my bathroom. Walls are best up and painted very sloppy. Not a well up-kept spot. I did enjoy being close to international blvd. only stayed one night and that's about all I could ever take.

They wanted me to pay doublefor my room. Thank god I had brought proof ! The staff was so rude to u and top of that, here they play with there phone behind the counter. The room had best in it, very dirty. The mattress were falling apart. And may I add, there was no WiFi or cable t.v. I told them up front and I'm still waiting for the man to fix it. Oh yeah the room smelled like mildew, the toilet couldn't flush and I had to beg the man in laundry for some towels so we can shower. On our first night in caught one off the cleaning staff try to pick open my door. When I asked him, I scared him off. Never again will I come here

It was the worst hotel I have ever been to. I found cockroach on the tv stand, the room had this horrible smell . I had to leave and thank God they refunded me my money which I need to keep my eyes on my credit card for the refund . Someone else came to the lobby and asked to move to another room because they was brown and green stuff all over his room and the cable wasn't working and there was no remote for the tv. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone even with their cheap price. I guest you get what you paid for.

Cheap good for short visit not extended stay. But rooms smell weird.

The hotel was hot it had older to it it wasn't a present stay I had to change rooms because the area that we had reserved people hanging all outside the door wouldn't close all the way it had the worse smell. They put us in a dffernt rooms which was a little better but not the best

Shuttle service from hotel to any park. I ride bus service across the road to all I drive. No oven. No water. Weird Air conditioning will make you dry not good. Good for money.

Found roaches in 2 of the rooms. Staff did give me a full refund so I decided to book somewhere else.

Only nice thing about the room we had (214) was the shower head. The carpet was wet in places, dirty everywhere. The ceiling was patched up walls where moldy. The toilet kept getting plugged i guess it was due to no water pressure. I used the laundry facilities, only one washer and one dryer where working. I would say stay if you must.. I'm definitely not staying again..

Great price, great location. Rooms smelled damp, it didn't feel clean, shower had mold, carpet was dirty and hadn't been swept in a while. Left this hotel two days into our vacation stay due to roaches. Got our money refunded. *pay more money and stay at a nice hotel!

The staff was very rude and stupid. I had the most unpleasant exeperince in this hotel. The smell of the room and front area so awful. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and please stay somewhere else with better staff and clean room.

Nothing fancy here. Just an economical way to stay in the middle of the Orlando action. Hot shower, clean bed. For a great price. If you're looking for a fancy place to stay, this is not your hotel. If you're just using it for sleep, it's a fair deal.

I thought I would be fine with a room with just the basics and wanted to save money when I chose the hotel. Don't let the picture of the front entrance fool you. Do yourself a favor and upgrade to the next higher price. I had to check out early because I couldn't take one more night. Two nights was too many. Orbitz was very helpful in getting my last night money back, but I shouldn't have started here.

The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. We got into the hotel late and there was no problems with the time we checked in

This hotel is inexpensive and is close to Wet n Wild, Universal Studios, and tons of shopping areas. That's about all it has going for it. The staff was pleasant for the most part, but the real horror awaited for us in the room. The moment we walked in, there was an overwhelming smell of mildew. The room was a basic room, nothing fancy, but it felt dirty. We went to a close dollar store to pick up bleach spray, air freshener, towels and a cheap bed sheet set(we didn't feel comfortable in those sheets after a couple other reviews we read). The bathroom walls were peeling, and there was a couple patched water bubbles on the ceiling. The first night wasn't too bad ( the beds were sinking into the middle, and not the most comfortable, and upon stripping the bed, we found black stains of some sort on the flat sheet). The second night, we were woken up by the sound of running water in the bathroom. Apperently, there is a leak somewhere in the walls, and the water was leaking severely into the shower from the ceiling. We left at that moment. If you are looking for a cheap hotel to rest your head for the night, their price is right, but proceed with caution. This hotel is in despair need of repair and an upgrade. Unfortunately, we were in such a hurry to leave, we didn't take pictures. Next time, that will be the first thing we do.
