The hotel looks fine from the outside and the staff at check-in were pleasant- but the rooms are super scary and there was lots of people yelling and fighting right outside our room- spend a few more bucks and stay somewhere else !!!

I realize in Florida the outdoor wildlife is difficult to keep outside but my first night I had a German house cockroach crawl across the nightstand beside the bed and the next morning there was one in the bathroom. Only in Florida hotels have I encountered them in my rooms.

Upon arrival to the hotel I walked in to find 2 girls sitting at the desk. I walked up and stood there and both just sat there either looking at their phone or computer with no welcome or hello.. After a minute or so of just standing there one of the girls looked up and rudely asked "can I help you?" Proceeded to check in and was fine from there. I got to the room and went in and immediately after opening the door found that my room smelled a bit of mildew. I then walked thru the room to find the ceiling paint peeling and cracked and was all over the floor, the walls were dirty and stained, and spilled coffee on the bathroom counter. The bathroom faucet for the tub was leaking and had a constant trickle of water which was heard all night. I asked if I could be moved because the room was dirty but they said nothing else was available. I dealt with it because it was only one night but just was horrible conditions for anyone to have to stay in. Really disappointed with the room as well as the condition of the location as I have frequented Days Inn hotels with no issues before so was shocked at the conditions of this particular location. Would never consider staying here or recommend anyone to stay here.

I had a very difficult day of travel, which including missing my flight, paying for another flight online, only to be told that the doors closed 3 minutes after I purchased the flight. Since the next flight wasn't until 6 the next morning, I needed a place to lay my head and let the day melt away. Orbitz made it easy to get a room. This hotel, while not the best, was comfortable enough, the room was clean and the staff was friendly. Definitely more than I expected for the price.

Do not stay here! There are bed bugs they do not care or treat for them. They have suspicious activity at the hotel similar to drug dealers or sex traffickers. They will not call the police, I did complain to the staff they did not care until I said I would call the police. This hotel is dirty and unsafe! The showers are falling apart the floors are warped and uneven. The deadbolt has been busted off the door 50 times they just reattach to same door. Very unsanitary conditions, this hotel is a disgrace to the Days Inn name. I would not recommend this hotel to my worst enemy.

I arrived at 2:30 and I asked the lady if there was any way that we could check in early, she said the room would be ready in 30 minutes. So we waited in the car but we were upset because the woman was rude. When we got to the room the box springs look disgusting (i should have taken pictures) the bed was so uncomfortable you can feel the springs in your back. We were so unsure if it wS clean we slept ontop of the think quilt. The tub was clean however the shower curtain rod was hanging from the wall and the floors were not clean. There were 3 guests in our room, there were three towels, and one wash cloth. They stress using the safety deposit box but there was thick dirt inside the box. We ended up checking out and into another hotel due to the conditions and the back that it was prepaid... the true definition of “you get what you pay for”

Good price, great location, accommodating and very friendly staff, nice pool. Rooms need to be updated. Would have liked to have a fridge in my room but free ice is always available.

Hotel is very run down. We stayed for only one night.

I found bugs in my room and me and my family got allergies. Everything I have has à bugs

Hotel is pretty run down. Room door had a 3 inch gap at the bottom that let in a drafted. Ironing board broken, fan in bathroom hanging on by a thread, light fixtures and surfaces dusty. Window was grimey and floors were dirty. They need renovate the entire hotel from top to bottom.

Room heater/air conditioner made a horrible clanking noise, people talking outside our door at night, carpeting felt sticky so you definitely want to wear something on your feet at all times. Not enough towels and wash cloths. Again you get what you pay for

The water ran in the tub all night long. Maintenance told me the manager don't fix anything band therev was nothing he could do about it

rooms were super outdated and uncomfortable beds and cheap towels smell funky and smell weed from the other rooms

I'm surprised that this hotel belongs to the Wyndham chain. It is run down, smells like mold and many other odors, there was a fist-size hole on the bedroom wall, phone wasn't working, some lights weren't working, repairs done unprofessionally and cheaply, with paint all over the place, torn doors, etc. Amazing that they approve a hotel room under these conditions.

The parking lot in the back smells like a trash dump. There was several people hanging out on the balconies until the early morning hours-when the rest of my family arrived. The rooms were ok- The bed was saggy and the shower dripped all night, but it was clean. I don't normally stay somewhere like this but as an evacuee I had to take what I could get.

The location was great! Super close to the parks. I only used the shuttle once because they times were a little inconvenient. (Only ran at park open and park close). But taking an Uber/Lyft was pretty cheap. It's also located within walking distance if the weather were nice- there's a sidewalk the whole way. There is also an Ihop and a 7-11 right next to it which was nice. My biggest complaint was that we found bedbugs in both rooms. I even brought my own sheets and that still didn't help much. Otherwise though, the room was decently clean and the air conditioning worked great! (a must for me). I didn't like that the only ice was located so far from the room (in the front lobby), and that the convenience store in the lobby wasn't open very much. There was also loud activity in the hallway in front of my room on Friday and Saturday night which was a little frustrating. The beds were comfortable though!

Safe & Easy parking but I'm not happy about customer service and the room smell , bed sheets smell smoke or cigarette I can't sleep the whole night and the bed is not comfortable .

The hotel had absolutely no amnesties. No microwave , No stove, No fridge and the microwave in the store in the lobby wouldn't allow outside food. The property was unclean used condoms and condom wrappers, liquor bottles, beer bottles amongst various other garbbage. You most definitely get what you pay for.

Rude staff, no greetings. No acknowledgement Ac didn't work. Waisted almost an hour No apology. Worse place ever Will never go back, rather sleep in my car

I wouldn't recommend this hotel for a longer than one night stay. Saw small roaches as was checking out in my bathroom. Walls are best up and painted very sloppy. Not a well up-kept spot. I did enjoy being close to international blvd. only stayed one night and that's about all I could ever take.
