The hotel room was clean, seemed to be a very busy hotel. There were so many people I had to wait in line to reserve a room but the staff member did the best she could do as she was working alone at the time. No worries about safety, the hotel is surrounded by the Orange County Correctional Department. If you need a quite stay you may want to request a room that isn’t facing the expressway otherwise you will hear the buzzing of cars.

We stayed at this hotel because it was close to the airport but it was a bad experience from the start. There was a used q tip in the elevator. The room was disgusting and stunk of stale cigarettes. When we went to get ready for bed we found a wet sponge underneath the comforter. Around 1:30 am we were woken up by a rustling in the garbage and I'm pretty sure there was a rat or some sort of animal in there. We didn't sleep all night. Pay a little extra and find a different hotel to stay at.

The stairs smelled like vomit and pee and the elevator was out of service. And the bathroom toilet was not flushing..

Elevator didn’t work and the stairs had urine on every floor. The place was creepy and we thought we would never get out Alive. it looked like there were all sorts of bad things around us. I heard there was a jail near by.

horrible. in the veto felt I would be rob killed

Is was a horrible experience .......,.,.,.........

I'm a parent of softball travel ball players. Over the years we've stayed in many hotels in the Orlando area. I was looking to save a buck. This hotel is not worth the savings. The staff was rude, the facility was dirty to include: stairs, lobby, hall way, and rooms.

This was a last minute booking. Unfortunately we booked for 3 nights and ended up leaving the next morning!!! (No refunds) The room was dirty! No towels, pillows were missing cases and no toilet paper. Front desk gave us toilet paper and said they would send up the linens.NEVER RECEIVED THEM. They're were people loitering outside and in front of our room. At 3am there was a loud knock on our door! Didn't answer it of course but could here voices outside saying that's the wrong room, Really? If that wasn't enough, the next day we were sitting in our room with the curtains partially opened and on three different occasions there were people walking by and actually stopping and looking in. What finally did it was when we closed the curtains all but 6" to let light in someone actually put his face up to the window and peeked through the partially closed curtains!! At that point we packed out things and cut our losses for the other nights. Later we realized this place is located across from the prison and in my opinion is not a good nor safe area! Very surprised Orbitz would even have this place in their listings.

The room was not ready. The other room smelled and had roaches and ants.

The front desk lady was nice and checked us in promptly. The room was clean enough however the outside condition of the place is bad. Very dirty! The hotel is located within walking distance of the jail! There were some sketchy characters all around the place even in the middle of the afternoon. Overall this is not somewhere I'd recommend bringing your family to unless you absolutely had no choice.

While there, we had a crack Fein and a prostitute knock on the door late night. Looking for some guy. Who apparently was there the night before. Other than that inconvenience the staff goes above and beyond to make you feel welcomed. And they are very accommodating.

The hotel itself is nice. The customers however (majority) are escorts and drug dealers.

It was okay not bad something for a quick stay breakfast is free and staff is nice

This hotel is close to attractions, but you get what you pay for. Dirty no towels, People hung out at night in corridors smoking marijuana. Staff did nothing when complained. Stated we will talk to them. It appears people live here that are having a hard time, which is fine but the ditty stair cases and walls are ridiculous. OH AND BUGS..ROACHES, FLIES, ANTS in the room JUST Nasty

Got roaches, smells a lot of humidity and needs a renovation

The hotel is located about a block away from a jail. And directly next door to a bail bonds place. People walking around the area looked like homeless drug addicts and I did not feel safe. As soon as I walked into the room on the 3rd floor it smells like mildew. Overnight I had left a tissue on the bathroom counter and the next morning it was covered in ants. The toilet also did not work very well and the overall experience here was terrible.

For the price I spent there should of been a microwave and a fridge. Also, I don't know if there is a bird infestation but I heard and seen alot of birds.

Too old and dirty was not happy at Allan very old and noisy

Started with an unknown forty dollar service charge. Next room to ours was black dude from miami w gold teeth with a pit bull and her pups. Guy offered to sell me whatever drugs i wanted. No fridge. No shampoo. One of two elevators was always down. Top floor w lovely view of the jailhouse and bail bonds man. One nite stay.

It was disgusting. Prostitutes. Pimps. Drugs. THe front desk lady even out doing it. Mold and mildew in rooms. Bed bugs. Just disgusting. It's next to the jail. Worst hotel. They don't even deserve to be a one star hotel. Don't stay here. Or bring kids. AC also wasn't getting cold.
