Completely disgusting my son got bit up I believe they have bed bugs I asked for a non-smoking room and they put us in a smoking room which was disgusting my son has asthma and was on his inhaler more than he was supposed to we stood two nights in our car because the hotel refused to give us our money so we can find somewhere else to go there was no towels the bathroom door did not close their breakfast that they were supposed to serve was literally cereal and Waffles that you had to heat in microwave because the machine for them were not working it was an extremely bad neighborhood there was hookers and drug dealers everywhere iodoral would not recommend this place to anybody especially a family with children not a good place to take your children to the staff there are extremely rude and told me I had to take it up with a company I purchased through the photos they show are nothing like what the place looks like

Overall condition of the rooms is poor. Dusty and in bad need of a deep cleaning and fresh paint. Bathroom was dirty. You could tell that there were attempts to break into the room. Door jamb was bent. I didn't expect 5 star quality, but I did expect a clean, safe room.

TV in room didn’t work and lady in the morning preparing breakfast was rude.

The area was questionable but I love near Youngstown/warren so it didn’t bother me. But I could see the concern for others. The tv wouldn’t work at first. The remote had no back over the batteries. No coffee pot. When we finally received one it was in pieces. Wear shoes walking around the room. I went to put shoes on and my feet were jet back. How disgusting. The faucet for the shower was lose and coming out of the wall. It was dated a bit. The ‘continental breakfast’ was laughable. The gentleman working the desk told my 68 year old aunt to turn on the lights where the breakfast was served herself. Which the light switch is on the ceiling. You needed a broom handle or tonstand on a chair. Thankfully we just slept there. Wouldn’t recommend unless you’re desperate. Nothing like the pictures.

If you are on business and need an affordable, comfortable, clean, functional hotel with pleasant staff this location is for you.

I didn't expect much, but apparently they don't do any room servicing on holidays. We stayed over Thanksgiving, and they didn't bring any clean towels or even remake the beds. There was also trash all along the sidewalk and parking lot that never got cleaned up. The distance from Universal isn't far, though, and that's what we were looking for.

I was a little disappointed about it's location and the surrounding area, but it wasn't too bad. At check-in, I informed the desk clerk and he requested payment in advance (no problem) and a $50.00 security deposit. I presented my drivers license and gave him all the money as requested. However on check-out, I did get my deposit back, but my drivers license could not be found. I have made repeated phone calls to the site and they claim they don't have it. It was the only time that it was used (so it had to be either in the room or at the desk) since I never left the premises. Now I am forced to drive without a license and I am over 1 1/2 hours north of Orlando. I have to admit I am sick about this. While in the room, the phone kept ringing once and no answer. When I notified the desk they said they would send someone down. No one came and I had to disconnect the phone in order to sleep.

Most likely wouldn't stay here again, unfortunately.

Tiffany at the front desk was very nice and very over-whelmed. The phone never stopped ringing and the line of people wanting to get a room was out the door. The night manager came out several times, shook his head and did nothing. The room had blood stained sheets and the air filter on the air conditioner had an inch of dust, mold and heaven knows what else. Kevin came and cleaned it. He was very nice. After we found roaches crawling from the carpet into our luggage we left.

There's roaches and nothing works the room is disgusting I would never again

The water to take a shower was not getting hot at all. They can do a little better with the breakfast crap they were serving. All in all, it was accommodating to get to and from the theme parks with a breeze.

Upon check in was told no solicitors or solicitation or drugs ... why are you allowing this ugh nasty room

Upon arriving I was a little taken back security guards wondering around and the area isn't what I would let my wife walk around after dusk. The pool area is nice the rooms could use a little love. Had stains on the sheets that were taken care of by staff. Burnt out and unplugged lights. Breakfast was decent road noise even facing the highway was surprisingly good.

We went fishing and enjoyed a night out on town in Orlando FL. Nice places to eat.

The hotel was nice right of the highway, it had places where too eat near by... The staff was friendly...

The staff was very friendly & made everything possible for me too enjoy my stay...

I have stayed at his hotel on 5 different occasions on a work assignment. My company purchased a several night due the close proximity to my consulting client. The first night there were bugs on the bed and no hot water. Changed rooms and the second room didn't have sufficient water pressure in the shower. People were visiting guests and knocking on doors at all times of the night. The second night the shower head fell off the pipe. There was a used towel tucked to the side of the toilet which apparently was missed when the room was cleaned. A bug was seen on the desk. The third night there was no hot water. Changed room and there was still no hot water. The travel shampoo and travel soap were used in the shower. Apparently, someone overlooked this when cleaning. The fourth night the linen appeared to be freshly stretched, but there was human hiar and fuss balls on the material. The room smelled of a strong chemical (peroxide or bug repellent) The fifth night and the last there was no hot water and a bug was seen when I uncovered the linens. On each side of me there was loud music until 4 am. Hard knocking at the doors. Because I travel for work, I need internet connection. Not once did the internet work sufficiently for me to complete my work. Luckily, my company decided to reconsider another hotel for my next month. I give this hotel a 1-star. There is no possible way this is even close to a 2-star hotel.

Our stay was definitely below average. The review said it was downtown Orlando, but it's actually in the slums. There wasn't anything close by (wwalking distance) for food, and we didn't want to leave once it got dark. The staff was interesting. We walk in to check into our room and two staff members were arguing with each other. Finally, another member got us taken care of. He was friendly and as accommodating as possible. Our room was dirty, the towels were gross, and the light didn't work in the shower. Continental breakfast was lacking as well. They didn't have much to begin with, and didn't refill the food. Check out went smoothly though. I highly recommend looking elsewhere.

Unfortunately, my company picks the hotels I stay depending on distance of client and a well-known hotel chain. I have stayed at this hotel 4 times now (all in different rooms). One one visit, I had no hot water and it was a challenge to move to another room. On another visit, the shower head fell off the pipe. On another night there was a type of music convention nearby and guest moved room furniture on the hallway/sidewalk to socialize while security did nothing. On every occasion I stayed, I have seen bugs crawling (bathroom counter, tub, dinette table, bed, comforter). On all occasions, the bathroom floor is filthy!! It looks semi-clean, but if it becomes wet, you will see how dirty it really is once you wipe it with a towel. I have told my company that I WILL NOT STAY THERE ANY MORE.

Bed bugs are a real important issue to correct, is it cannot be perceived by staff then hotel should close their doors. It is unacceptable to be assigned to a room with a 4 year old kid and be awaken at nigh with an infested mattress situation. Pay attention management there are real issues in your operation and they are not customer service issues. Disappointment !!!
