Filth. There was hair in the bathtub the filthy Florist turned our socks, black. There was no hot water, and the faucets in the bathroom were breaking away from the wall. Completely out of a horror movie. They did move us to a different room.

It was a good price for the days and the area. Affordable, but I do recommend to use Uber and do not walk in the area, it seems dangerous.

This was a last minute trip down to watch Arsenal thrash Chelsea and this was the only available room not over 300$ per night. The front desk girl was pleasant. The room was ground level facing the parking lot. Which meant non stop noise, talking and car alarms all night. I asked if I could switch rooms and they had no more available. The room had an unpleasant aroma. So I left the front door open while i got settled. Which I quickly closed after what was probably a prostitute popped her head in. The bath room was dirty. The tub had mold, mildew and some phantom purple stain. The sink and toilet looked pretty clean in comparison to the rest of the room. Bed soft and lumpy. The 4 pillows we equally as bad. I got in at about 10 pm and tried to run over to the 7-Eleven about a block away. You couldn't go in and some crack head wouldn't leave me alone. Avoid if possible.

Overall stay was ok. The issue is checking in. Whenever there is an event going on in Orlando, they never have enough staff to check in efficiently. It took over 1 1/2 hours to check-in. This has happened on 3 different occasions.

Left the hotel early because of how bad the property conditions were. Outside the room didn’t feel safe as there was a big group of men just sitting on the ground in the parking lot shirtless. Inside the room was in very bad condition. Stains on the bed. Roach in the bathroom.

The property was terrible and not well managed at all. The staff wasn’t terrible just not great. The rooms really need to be cleaned thoroughly. Pretty sure they have bed bugs in that place sheets weren’t even changed. Extremely dissatisfied.

The front desk attendance, fabulous. Property location and upkeep, yikes! My clue should’ve been the sign in the hotel lobby that said no prostitution.

No trash can, only one bar of soap, cockroach on dresser, no tissues, TV only has one Hispanic channel, clerk doesn’t know how to change the channel.

I liked the service quality, I didn't like the resort fee cause my family and I didn't use the pool and the fee was to much for something that we did not use

I did not like the 35 min wait to get checked in, i did not like once getting into our room the bathroom floor had standing water, then i had to decide to go stand in line again or deal with the water. I went to dinner, came back, the parking lot was full of people that were not guest. It was very unsettling, i packed up and left.
