Convenient. Clean. I did not like having to pay for the hotel in advance with no cancellation.

We were visiting family in Casselberry and decided to stay at this Days Inn. The room was nice and very clean. The staff was very accommodating and polite and I loved that they provided coffee every morning along with a continental breakfast. We would definitely stay there again!

To tell the truth, this is simply an old facility that has had few, in any, real improvements. It does have a certain amount of charm in that the building is designed in Spanish Mediterranean architecture and the inner court, with the swimming pool, a lovely fountain, and beautiful, well-kept garden, is very lovely. Room was good but the bathroom was very tiny. Location is a plus, as it is near the Altamonte Springs Mall and Florida Route 436 affords easy access to !-4, both west to Disney World, etc. and downtown Orlando and east to Daytona Beach and I-95. Downtown Orlando, for example, is but a 10 minute or so drive.

Great value for the price, clean, and wonderful area.

Wow. This is a bit of a scary place. Check in was through a small outside window that felt like what the first day of prison might be like. It was midnight and all sorts of boisterous, unsavory activity was going on in the courtyard and corridors. Maybe that's why the lobby was locked up like Fort Knox? The room smelled like stale laundry and bleach. The carpets we're stained, the bathroom pretty filthy with urine on the toilet rim. The shower curtain was kinda new, so there's that. I slept on my clothes. I wore socks in the shower. I left the socks there. Breakfast included Corn Flakes, juice, coffee, stale bread and not much else. The staff seemed friendly. I have been in plenty of budget motels and understand this wasn't going to be the Ritz. But really... If you plan to stay here, maybe drive somewhere safe and sleep in the rental car instead.

Broken microwave and hair dryer, mini-fridge sounded like an old car, and roaches. Extremely disappointed. Will be seeking a refund.

There was old blood on the bed sheets. The hotel needs to be updated and There is Construction going on next to it.

Upon entry into the room no lights worked. They were either unplugged or bulbs burned out. When plugging lights I had to reach through cobwebs and dirt. The clock was also unplugged. The hair dryer was broken. The towels were very rough. For a 2 beds they supplied 2 bath towels, 1 hand towel and 1 face cloth. The bath room had a shower but no tub. My feet were filthy from walking on the carpet. The lobby locks are 9:00 so you can't get in. They have a small window where you can talk to the hotel staff. The one door said use your room key. Mine would not open that door.

We had no option at that moment because the hurricane Irma was hitting our area and we had to evacuate. There was no other places rather than this inn. The room had bad smell and looked the mattress wasn't replaced because I found a lot of short hairs on it. Towels were gray and a panel was missing on the ceiling just upper the towels that made me feel all dust from the ceiling coming to towels. The staffs were kind and tried to help people.

I used this room as a stop over during a cross country move. I was on an inner room close to the lobby, I was a bit nervous about being away from my car (out of state plates packed to the brim from moving), but I liked being on the courtyard near the fountain. Check in and getting extra towels were painless. The room appeared clean, but I kept finding chocolate covered raisins on the floor, which I kept mistaking for bugs. Bathroom was clean, but I knocked towels into the toilet twice due to odd height of toilet and weird placement of towel shelf. Shower was fine. Unfortunately, around 11PM, the police were called to the hotel over a domestic disturbance/disorderly conduct. It seemed to take a long time for staff to respond, and the police to respond. However, the noise was minimal inside my room, and everything cleared out by 1AM. There were a lot of people walking around the property, a lot of smoking on balconies and walkways even next to non-smoking rooms. Bed & couch were clean and comfortable. Towels were tiny, but serviceable. Breakfast was fine (toast, cereal, oatmeal, muffins, juice, and coffee available) and the breakfast area was spacious and clean. Wi-Fi worked great. Pool looked clean. Did't turn on TV, but was nice. Parking was fine. I didn't know my reservation would be charged at the beginning of check in time (2 or 3PM), as opposed to actual check in, so I did call to make sure I wasn't being charged a cancellation.

The room smelled really bad. There were dead roaches in the bathroom. The toilet looked like it had not been cleaned.

While this hotel appears to be very nice on the outside the rooms are a whole another story i was completely unsatisfied with my stay there were roaches all over the room the sink in the bathroom had unknown particles stuck inside there were dirty towels left in a drawer next to the bed in another dresser draw there seemed to be some kind of liquid spilled inside with ashes they provide one clean towel in the whole entire room i had to call the front desk for sheets to put on the pull out bed which they made me walk to the office to get and put on myself when i called the next morning to see if it was possible to get another room i was told they were booked full for the weekend...and when i called to tell them i wanted to check out early the so call manager tells me that they had other rooms available really trying to argue with me about what her employee told me as if she was ever to knw all in all DO NOT STAY AT THIS PLACE

First room that I check in really bad smell then I saw a Pitbull dog looking out the window, I went back to reception area asking for another room, smell and the dog I wanted to sleep quietly, the receptionist told me that it was a service dog, and I said "I don't think so" so she gave me another room which was a little better, I had to put a towel on the shower floor cause it was so nasty black the curtain should of been change mildew shower was discusting, they have to use chlorox on the shower floor, but not very happy, happy. Towels were thin and dingy, bed sheet as well. At first in the second room I was scratching and I found to seem a bed bug I took to the front office and showed to the girl and she said she will show it to the manager; so upon returning I ask her if she showed to the manager which she was there and the manager told me it was a piece of chocolate and I told her I don't eat in bed plus I didn't have chocolate. So I told her then were the sheets ever changed before I got there? She said yes I said noooooooooo, so they attitude was like they didn't even care. So never again I will stay at a Days Inn, and surely will not recommend my friends.

First off I made reservations for a non smoking room and as soon as I walked in I was greeted with smell of cigarettes. I don't smoke and I can't stand the smell of cigarettes so imagine that smell for a whole and I had me 14 month old son with me. The sheets were dirty I had go out and purchase sheets for the beds. The room was disgusting. Worse hotel stay ever!

Staff are nice and courteous here. Rooms are clean and beds are comfortable with large flat screen TV, microwave, refrigerator, and roomy work area.

Internet out day one. Day two was unreliable enough that I couldn't use for work. For 105 a night I was expecting a nicer room for the middle of the week two blocks off I4. Overall was just ok

Stayed 7 nights never changed linens on beds, forgot to put in towels , never vacuumed floors. Coffee pot was dirty , even electric plugs were filthy.

This hotel will be if it hasn't already been featured on a episode of "Cops". The hotel was filthy and we witnessed two times the cops were at the hotel!!

It was good it was a storm the roof started to leak loved the pool

Great location, near interstate. Rooms are old, carpets worn, bad caulking in bathroom, etc. I stayed for 10 days. I had to get them to reactivate my keycard every day for the first 4 days before they figured out that I wasn't checking out in the morning. The free breakfast was messed up every single day. Out of coffee. Out of waffle batter. Out of milk. The person responsible is also the front desk person, so I guess it's too much to do both. When I pointed out that things needed replenishment, the woman got up and walked off. She did come back with supplies, but never acknowledged my concern or said anything to me. She certainly didn't apologize. The pool looked great, but then I noticed a sheen of some sort of scum on the top.
