First time in the area and I experienced the coffee was good and food was excellent. Juan was courteous and attentive to my family. I expect to came to the same hotel in the future. I also, plan on referring my friends and family in the area to frequent the bistro as it was clean and we where treated very well by Juan.

I stay at this hotel almost every week. The staff is always very helpful and courteous. They always greet you by name. Juan, who works the Bistro counter is an asset to the company. Excellent customer service skills, fast service, and great personality. See you next week!

I stay here each week, very friendly staff. You get a warm welcome by Laura who is always very cheerful, when you check out the GM and the Big fella Will is always there to take care of you. Before you leave make sure you check out Juan at the Bistro, always happy and ready to serve you breakfast.

You can tell by the GMs response that they are more confrontational with guests vs resolving issues. Really a shame but won’t stop me from posting what’s wrong about this facility so far. Hotel room is clean, staff at front desk is good also. However yesterday we had to listen to kids screaming for three hours outside and even with calls to the front desk, it never stopped. Kids having a good time is great but this was beyond that since there were like 14 of them and the parents lack any parental skills. Second, the rooms aren’t what you would call sound proof. No lie, I have had to sit here and listen to this maids LOUD conversation on the phone for the last 2 hours. She has been outside of my room for an hour and and just sitting at her little cleaning cart talking. 1. I don’t need to hear her conversation. 2. This is a marriott not a super 8. Take control of your staff. So two days of of what is supposed to be relaxing, ruined thus far.

I really enjoy my stay here. I stay here just about 6 nights a month and all of the staff is extremely friendly. The mornings I'm here I grab something in the bistro and Juan is always smiling and very happy. He seems to really enjoy working at this property. I appreciate him and his friendly attitude!

Stayed here on a trip back from Southern Florida. It was late and I saw the sign and decided to stop in. Being a Marriott gold member, I was given a room for 139.00, which was reasonable. No problems with the hotel.

Great hotel until I checked out and saw a charge for $250 for loss/damage. Inquired with front desk who told me that we had soiled the towels and linen with make-up. $250 to use the hotel provided towels to wash my face?!

Spent 1 night here for business. Plus: Staff were friendly, room clean, okay but tired. Amenities in walking distance. Cons, coffee shop only open in morning until 10am and then closed until dinner. Checked me out of room at 9am before I had left. Called down to correct as I reviewed my email receipt, but key did not work once I went to get my suitcase. No shower cap. If you have a make up remover towelette, a plastic shower cap is doable. Women traveller must. It’s a hike from Orlando so not a Leisure stop for the parks.

The staff was great, the room was very clean and service was great. we will be staying there again in the future. Thew food and service was fast and friendly. My kids enjoyed how big the room was. We were all comfortable. Room was very clean. Any request we had was met with a smile and very quickly. Thank you all for making our stay so wonderful.

This hotel was very disappointing, despite the $199/night charge. I stayed two nights for business. I just became a Marriott Rewards member, and this first experience was not impressive at all. First and foremost, there was not one USB port anywhere in the room. Not one!! If I hadn't brought my USB adapter with me, I wouldn't have been able to charge my phone in the room. This is totally unacceptable these days. Next, I had a King bed with a sofa. The furniture in the room was way too big and there was too much of it, plus the bed was in an awkward position, all of which made the room feel uncomfortable. There was no tea and only regular coffee available in the room, and there was no picture on the TV. (I had to play around with it before I finally got it.) Additionally, the bathroom lacked some travel amenities and was old and not very clean. The tub spout leaked and the toilet bowl was the oddest I'd ever seen--it looked like there was a big black ring around it. The few positives were that the A/C worked well, this particular room had a balcony, and the location is in good proximity to many stores and restaurants. I will definitely not be staying at this particular hotel again. There are many options in the area; do yourself a favor and choose another.
