Nice hot for the money. There is a swamp of sorts behind the building but that's of no fault of the hotel itself.

My key stopped working so I went to the front desk where I waited 15 minutes for one attendant to finish a personal phone call to his bank as I overheard him asking if this would affect his credit score, while the other attendant finished with some other guests. Tiny ants in the bathroom. No trash bags in the cans. I was berated by one attendant upon check-in for arriving at 6pm. I had called about early check in prior was told 3 different times that my room would be ready earlier but by the time it was actually ready I had already had to return to my conference. Same breakfast options every single day without any variety. Only good thing about the hote was the price.

For the price of the hotel it was really nice. Nicer than I thought it would be in this price range. We slept 6 comfortably. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. It is down the street from Universal and about 30 mins drive in traffic to Disney. We did not use their shuttle. Breakfast was Ok. Probably the least nice thing about the hotel. It is in a safe quit area. We didn’t use the pool as it was very cold last week. (40’s and 50’s) we would definitely stay there again if we were staying off property. We usually stay on property but we couldn’t accommodate a family of 6 for a reasonable price. This hotel did so very well.

The room smelled like mold or mildew. It was really terrible. We only stayed one night and was just sleeping there so we didn't complain but I woke up with my sinuses hurting. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean in spite of the smell.

Very nice staff. Complimentary shuttle to theme parks is very convenient.

Good location and fair price. Accommodations were clean and comfortable.

Extremely helpful and pleasant staff, very please. great location and staff

We checked in late for a one night stay. The room had an odor but I thought it would be OK to sleep in. The air conditioner ran continuously as it was quite hot and humid, and the odor grew worse. I have very well controlled asthma but it flared up in the room and I had great difficulty sleeping. Had to use my inhaler which I only use once or twice a year.

We were coming into town only for a night to hit one of the parks. The location was excellent and the price was surprisingly good for this time of year.

All positive experiences. The staff was helpful and courteous. The breakfast menu was always hot and plentiful. The room was always cleaned and quiet. Motel was well maintained and the yard was always clean and pleasant. We enjpyed our stay and would stay again.

We were very happy with our room it was clean well taken care of all the all the amenities were there. With complimentary breakfast selection. Dining area pool area we're extremely well taken care of. The staff was always ready to solve whatever problem arose Thank You Orbis

The AC unit was VERY noisy and the bathroom light went out on the 2nd day.

The location is key. It is right off of the I-4 and also international drive which has plenty of restaurants and shops. It is fair pricing. Parking is self-free. They also have free breakfast. swimming pool w/ heated areas and also laundry machine that is coin-dependent. The rooms are fair. It has a fridge that is spacious enough. No safe in the room though. The bed is comfortable and the pillows are good enough, They have a firm and soft pillow. The television has good amount of channels and 3 HBO I believe. The wifi is a bit slow at times, that is probably the only drawback I can see. My check in process was nice and quick, and my check-out service was the same. If I were to go to Orlando again, I will consider staying at this facility.

hot tub was cold and dirty, pool was ok, continental breakfast was adequate, location is near universal but traffic was horrendous, overall experience was less than ideal

great and friendly staff. I would stay at hotel again. Great location. Clean. Quiet.

The staff was great breakfast was very good hotel in great location

Hotel room was clean and well-kept. Staff was friendly. Continental breakfast was varied and fruits were fresh. Had shuttles to take you to the theme parks as well. Nothing spectacular, but a nice place to stay after a day at Universal Studios.

overall great, can be better if there is more frequent bus shuttle to theme parks

We really enjoyed our stay in Comfort Inn and Suites. The rooms were clean and comfortable along with great staff. Nothing can beat great hot breakfast before long day full of adventures. We will be definitely back.

Conveniently located, great value for money and very comfortable hotel. Daily breakfast was a bonus.
