First time in Orlando. Big and very clean apartment, including bedroom and living room and two restrooms. Comfortable and huge bed. Lot of towels. Big bath. Good location, lot of restaurants and markets nearby. 25 minutes to Disney world. Basic service. Thanks!
The people were very good. They were friendly and helpful. There was a plumbing problem that was corrected promptly . The room was very noisy due to the tenant on the floor above ours and the hollow sound inside the room. There was a police auto sitting in the parking lot during our entire visit. A person who was carrying a gun walked past us in the entrance area. The gun was highly visible
Very, very clean! Its like your very own apartment, or condo! Everything is close! This was not a pleasure trip, I spent most of my time at the Orlando Hospital, 13 mins away, But it was nice to return to relax at the excellent hotel. Play ground was awesome as well! I look forward to staying again in the future!!!!!!!
This place is in a more quiet residential like area, away from the hustle and bustle, but very well located. It was extremely clean, safe, and quiet. It is centrally located to all the major attractions. Close to the MCO Airport, Camping World Stadium, the Artegon Marketplace, I-Drive 360 (check out Yard House-delicious and Skeletons-Skeletons has a Groupon deal), it is just under an hour away from Cocoa Beach, and centrally located to so many other attractions. The apartment/condo was immaculately clean and had security detail visibly present all night long. This apartment/condo has all amenities needed to be able to cook meals, saving money by not having to eat every meal at a restaurants (full size fridge/freezer, stove/oven, microwave, newer pans, dishes, utensils). All appliances were as clean as if they were brand new appliances. There is a Walmart nearby to get groceries and to purchase anything you forgot to pack. Tile floors through out except around the bed, which was carpeted. The carpet had been freshly cleaned. No stray hairs anywhere. The tub and large walk in shower's grout/caulking were clean free of any mold and mildew. All linens were fresh, clean, and white free of stains and plenty of pillows. The pool was crystal clear and the pool area was clean and well maintained. Pool towels are provided in the apartment/condo. All photos provided by management were absolutely accurate. All staff even the neighbors were friendly, helpful, and pleasant. For those who are really concerned about decor...the apartment/condo decor was a little dated (1980s) with mirrored walls and older style furnishings. That being said, the furnishings were not worn or in any type of disrepair, they were like brand new. Another thing that did not bother me, but may bother others is that the jetted tub (jacuzzi) is actually in the bedroom. The jetted tub was very clean and in perfect working order; quite comfortable and relaxing after a long day. *The ONLY thing I did not care for was the firmness of the mattress. I like a firm mattress, but this was too firm. This place is probably more suitable for down to earth travelers who are looking to get the most bang for their buck without compromising cleanliness and security. It is a great way to stretch that travel budget. If you are used to fancy schmancy accommodations, or more modern updated decor, you may want to pass on these accommodations. I would hate to see this place get poor reviews from travelers with unrealistic expectations when the management and staff here work so hard to keep the place safe, clean, pleasant, and well maintained overall.
My Flight was delayed so I missed check in since the Reception desk closes basically at dark. The Security guard let me into my room and said that I had to get a new key tomorrow when the front desk opened. Not a good welcome. Room was sparsely decorated. Basically if it could be stolen easily they have removed it. The location is in a BAD part of town. I would NOT stay here again. The room was fairly clean but very musty smelling. I know it is Florida but this was way worse than most FL places. I would not stay here again.
Stayed here for two nights on a business trip, I decided to take my wife with me for a quick get away. First off this place is in the ghetto and to be quite honest after 11 years as a Public Housing Police Officer I was uneasy. When we pulled in which was late due to a flight delay there was a state Trooper talking to the armed Security Officer. Unknown to me the staff leaves at 10, the Security Officer who was a great guy went to the office and retrieved our room key for us. The room was clean at first glance but when we pulled the sheets down they were beyond filthy. We actually went out to a Walmart and bought sheets and a blanket because there was no way we were sleeping on those sheets. On the morning of check out I went to bring the luggage to the car ( about 7am ) there was a line of blood on the ground that went past our room and to the parking lot, so someone either got stabbed or had their nose broken and stumbled to the parking lot. Needless to say my wife was horrified and I can confidently say we will not be returning.
Walked in the room (or, as others have said, more like "apartment") to the smell of cleaner - quite encouraging! Everything was sparkling and tidy. This was EXACTLY what we were looking for as my husband and I had a friend of his staying with us who wanted his own bed. The sleeper sofa wasn't the most comfortable, so he said, but just what he would expect! The King-sized bed was extremely comfortable, and the two bathrooms perfectly clean and well-stocked. The little kitchen served our needs exactly - a full fridge/freezer, dishwasher, stove, etc. We were able to make a good full breakfast each morning before heading out for the day to our conference. We were not disturbed by any noise/etc. and were thoroughly grateful to find this unique and perfect place for our Orlando conference stay.
this is by far the worst hotel I've ever encountered...... To where they were supposed to only charge me $403 for 2 rooms they took an extra $202 out my account without telling me and said that was to reserve the room but never notified me or gave me a confirmation about it..... The hot water doesn't work properly. They made us sign a waiver for our car just in case something were to happen to it..... I would not recommend this hotel to anyone
Checked in on a Sunday. If you like to sleep in I wouldn't suggest this we woke up to a lawn crew with a air blower in front of our room. Check in was tedious and we basically had a few hours to check in. I think check in was after 4 and the receptionist only stays until 5:30-6. That leaves at most 2 hours or you have to call a number to check in. Humm. The neighborhood was scary and I locked the door when I was in the room. Nothing happened but I was nervous. The room was clean and I thought had a lot of room. The tvs are new and updated and I used the heat which worked great. We didn't use the pool but it did look very clean. The walls are paper thin I woke up a few times to people's loud tvs and radios. I thought it was odd the cars parked in the lot because there were a few Mercedes and BMWs. I find it hard to believe someone who had expensive cars would be staying at this hotel and not higher class resort. Just my opinion. I got the feeling there were some people living their.
Great stay. The whole place has been redone. They are not rooms, they are little apartments. The staff was friendly and polite. We had some light bulbs out and a TV not working. They came within 5 minutes and repaired everything. The place is located in a non touristic area, it is not a luxury resort, it's a nice apartment building with everything you may need and well located to highway, stores, parks at a great price. It's a blue collar area of apartments, we felt safe, the room Was spotless, they provide you with everything you may need in the kitchen, the towels were thick, and plenty. Two rooms one with a king size bed and a main room with two pull out couches (one twin and the other queen). Both rooms had large flat TVs, and nice linens. Two bathrooms, plenty of closest and storage space. The pool was very nice. We have traveled all over the country and Europe. This is a nice place and we will stay again.
