My son and I stayed at this hotel for numerous nights during Wrestlemania this past April. The hotel is nice and in a decent location BUT I was extremely unsatisfied by the customer service at this hotel. First, when we checked in and made it to the room we found the bathroom unclean. There was long, black hair all over in the bathtub and floor. I attempted to discuss this with the front desk and was assured someone would be up to re-clean it, but no one showed up. More importantly, while at the pool my 9 year old son stepped on and was injured by a bottle cap...keep in mind no glass is allowed but this top came from a glass bottle. I told the manger immediatly at the front desk and he was rude and totally acted as if he could care less. I was very disappointed!! I made sure my son was taken care of properly but the service was terrible and I was treated like an idiot! I spent my hard earned money like everyone else and thought I would be treated like a paying customer and be treated nicely!!! I would like to think customer service would be better but I guess I thought wrong. Very disappointed!! I should have gotten reimbursed for a dirty bathroom and crappy service. Will take my family elsewhere next time. There are to many nice places to put up with being treated poorly!

Fantastic room facing a nice garden with table and chairs. An Indian restaurant in the same premises is an added advantage. They provide free shuttle service to nearby parks but be sure to ask the pickup location to avoid being left back. They do charge for using the safe in the room, which is quite unusual.

Def better than expected. Room quite clean, good size, good beds and decoration. Parking ok. Shower was very poor (water sprays instead of proper flow) Air conditiong position very bad always blowing towards you as it it positioned on the floor and the angle cannot be changed. In all good value for money.

Use of computers in the business centre. Only two. Very slow. Only one was connected to the printer. Staff were very unhelpful with regard to a late check out. As check in is 4pm to request a late check out of 12 o'clock mid-day is not unreasonable but the staff would not confirm a late check out until the day we left and then said it would not be possible. A very unreasonable posture as we were only requesting an extra hour which still left them 4 hours to clean the room. Otherwise the room was good and clean and its location close to Universal Studios makes it very convenient. However with the current roadworks that are in progress it will become a very noisy hotel to stay at in the future with rather unpleasant views. One of the best aspects of the hotel was the attached Indian/Thai restaurant. Excellent food and service, and reasonable prices. Rather poor breakfast choices at the hotel cafeteria.

Just got back from a 10 day trip to Orlando with my 4yr daughter! Couldn't fault the staff very happy and helpful for all your needs, pool area was amazing for my daughter she loved it. Would definitely recommend this place if you're planning a trip to Disney world/Universal as they put of free shuttle bus on for you each day. All in all nice modern clean, tidy hotel.

For a budget hotel this is the best option going. Friendly staff, clean rooms, strongest wifi ever and walking distance to universal. It took us about 15m to walk to universal and the walk was always pleasant and safe. Parking was also free and there was always room to park, no searching for a space. I am not a budget traveller but the price was too good to refuse and the reviews seemed good so we thought we might aswell, as we just needed it for a base whilst touring florida. It was an amazing stay for the price and I would not hesitate to return again. I would recommend it to all.

There is a lot of construction going on, not the hotel's fault, but it make finding the place and parking interesting... The rooms are really nice; my only constructive piece of criticism is to light them a bit more. One lamp in the living room (with a dark purple feature wall) is not enough to read. You could open the window, though on the first level, there were people walking by and looking in your room throughout the day. We had a suite, which was a life saver for keeping our infant daughter in the "living room with closed door". It could get loud at night (stayed during the weekend), even if just roller bags traveling by the room, but none of the kids woke up, which was a big relief. It was cold, so the pool wasn't heavily used, but it really deserved better attention; there were many cigarette butts in and around the pool and pool drains. The loungers were really quite nice for this level of hotel. They have a nice coffee bar, though we are used to complementary breakfast as part of Choice; appreciate everyone doesn't offer this though. Also, no recognition of Choice Membership, which is a rarity these days. We travel to MCO often and the kids always get little choice goodie bags from other choice hotels. Not a biggie either way though. Overall, we'd go back, particularly for the extra room to put the little one in for a reasonable rate.

i have been to Florida around 10 times and stayed in both private villas and hotels. on this occasion i went with a few friends and wanted something cheaper and convenient. this hotel for the price is extremely well decorated. all rooms seem to have been recently refurbished and was so much nicer than anticipated. there is an average sized pool which is never busy as most guests spend their days in theme parks. on the odd day where we went to the pool we were the only people there. the best part of this hotel is how close it is to universal's theme parks. it saves you the $20 dollar parking fee each day you visit as you can literally walk there within 5 minutes. walking also means you bypass the big security check line when coming in from the car park as your entering from a slightly different area this alone can save you around 20 minutes of waiting if you are there on a busy day. for location, decor and price alone this is a great hotel to stay in very close to universal and numerous other shops and attractions. this hotel also offers three shuttle busses to universal, Disney and sea world theme parks at certain times. all included with in your hotel room price.

Beds were comfy and the rooms were roomy. The ONLY bad thing is the construction going on AROUND the hotel. But if that's gonna b ur ONLY COMPLAINT it's a WIN. Hotel even has a pool, restaurant, and bar.

I stayed here with my family for 2 nights. I think it is a good value for your money. It is very nice and looks exactly as the pictures show. My only complaint is that the walls are paper thin and unfortunately we were the very first room when you walk in. So we heard every conversation, foot step, rolling suitcase as people left and returned to their rooms. It bothered me because I'm a light sleeper, but my daughters slept through it. I would stay here again though because of the niceness and cleanliness of the hotel. FYI- there is a lot of road work here but I did not find it a nuisance.
