Nice location, but.

The house is in a very nice location and the community has very nice amenities. Although the home is newer it looks very well used, very dirty carpet, maybe I should expect this for a 7 bedroom vacation rental home. All the beds were on the firm side for all 12 people in my party. The property management company was very good, check in process was easy and the one small issue we had was resolved very quickly.
