Everything in the room was damp from humidity so the beds, toilet paper, towels and pillows felt sticky. It has been renovated but is poorly done. The breakfast was ok. For the price it was satisfactory, but adequate is the best description for the hotel.

Pricewise very good. 6people in a suites was perfect. 2 bathroom and 2 queen beds and 1 sofa bed. 2tvs and tables⅜

Love it here definitely will be back soon... the pool area was amazing

This is a basic, no frill, hotel. Staff were welcoming and pleasant. Room, though dated, was clean and stocked.

Check-in was a minor issue: once you're assigned a room, you have to go to another counter to receive a parking pass. Apparently there is an agreement that all guests will be sent to someone who attempts to sell guests tickets for local attractions. So if all you want is a parking pass, you have to wait until the previous guest has finished. The woman in front of us had been waiting 55 minutes. After 25 minutes we asked for a manager and were finally given our parking pass. At least the manager waived the resort fee to compensate us for the wasted time. The desk clerk at check-in was not nearly as friendly as all the other desk clerks we encountered. The hotel was quiet. Beds are rock hard, so I would suggest bringing an additional foam mattress for anyone staying there in the future. (Unless you need that kind of mattress). Workout room is extremely basic with only a universal gym, elliptical and treadmill. The pool is fine; a hot tub would be a nice addition. Breakfast was adequate, good way to save a few dollars.

The temperature of the pool was very inviting. The staff was helpful and friendly

Amenities were pleasing and the staff was welcoming

There was nothing unique about the property. Carpet in the room was dirty bed was not comfortable

Love the fact that the hotel was around a lot of the attractions such as the theme parks and many restaurants you can go to. The hotel did offer free shuttle, however, it is only limited time.. My husband & I room was pretty small, bed was pretty comfortable, not many channels on tv, bathroom was clean. I thought the free breakfast in the morning was great.

Stayed here 8 nights and for 6 nights our toilet kept backing up , they then put me in a moldy full room!

breakfast and pool were nice carpet could be updated

this hotel has seen better days. In need of a serious upgrade.

Guy, I am truly sorry for the inconvenience of getting a parking pass from the ticket desk. We will review this procedure. Our beds are firm and fairly new. Unfortunately not everyone likes a firm bed. I hope you will give us another chance.
