Staff was friendly. Bathroom had plenty of grab bars for safety. However, construction was shoddy (holes in walls, sloppy grouting and painting.) The treadmill in the fitness center is rickety and hazardous. When I grasped the bar, I felt like the whole machine would collapse.

The room had a little mildew odor the free breakfast was boring went to get some breakfast at 850 and the lady who was dealing with the breakfast was rude close the food down and I wasn't finished she had a friend in there and he was still getting things out the kitchen it was not fair kitchen service was horrible

No one was at the front desk and the door was locked with a sign that said "hotel booked". It took about 15-20 minutes before someone came to check us in. Also, there are no phone numbers listed to even call the front desk. Room is exactly what you pay for though.

Hotel clerk was not at the front desk upon arrival. We waited about 10-15 minutes before being checked in.

Hotel and staff were okay, but women talking late at night outside our room was not appreciated. We're careful not to talk outside rooms in late evening or early morning when some people are sleeping. It's understandable but still not acceptable when young people on vacation or drinkers who don't care talk too much, but mature women should be more sensitive to others. Obviously, management wasn't to blame but the fact it happened made our otherwise nice stay temporarily interrupted by that inconvenience during our one-night stay.

First, let deal with the elephant in the room: the building/facilities are probably older than the average hotel and it's quite obvious. But if you look beyond this, you'll enjoy this place. - Staff. Welcoming and nice people. - Amenities. The rooms are very big. For a New Yorker, this much space is a delight. And we got an iron table, iron, a fridge, a microwave, AC, TV and a safe. Did I mention free parking? - Breakfast. Not so great, but for the price it's ok. We got waffles, cereals, sliced bread, coffee, milk, and juice. It's not a 4 star hotel kind of breakfast but it's ok for the price. Make sure you don't get there 30 min before it closes because some stuff could be over. - Internet. Free wifi fast enough to allow me to watch YouTube videos on my computer. - Location. The boulevard where the hotel is located has plenty of restaurants and fast foods, plus various places for shopping. And it's only 20 minutes driving away from Disney parks.

First, let deal with the elephant in the room: the owners are presumably Christians and smoking/drinking is not allowed. When you get past that, you have an awesome hotel at a great price: - Staff. Extremely welcoming and available from day 1. From the guys in the lobby to the cleaning ladies, everyone was nice. Our best meal during our time here came from a recommendation from the staff. - Amenities. The rooms are very big. For a New Yorker, this much space is a delight. And we got an iron table, iron, a fridge, a microwave, AC, TV and a safe. Did I mention free parking? - Breakfast. Boiled eggs, pancakes, cereals, fruits, coffee, juices, bread and a few pastries. It's not a 5 star hotel kind of breakfast but it's definitely great value for the price. - Internet. Free wifi fast enough to allow me to watch some TV on my computer. This is as good as it gets. - Location. The only "negative" in the sense that there's not much around the hotel, at a walking distance. But when you have a car and can drive to nearby beaches and restaurants, this is really nothing. So, not only I recommend the place, but I'd definitely go back there in the future.

It needs some work. Our room was missing a heat bulb in the bathroom. It had a vent missing a screw and was tilted. A loose sink faucet and the walls were dirty.

The woman at the front desk was absolutely wonderful. We showed up very late and our room keys did not work. She was polite and fixed the problem quickly. Put us in a new room and then called once we got in to make sure we had made it

It was a cheap 1 night stay for our family, and that's all this motel is worth. 2 Queen beds for 4 people for $56 total, couldn't go wrong. However, the beds were crappy where it felt like a water bed. My back was hurting next morning.

The bathroom was immaculate. Very clean and modern. The front desk clerk was very friendly! The bed was very comfortable! Only thing wrong was the location, was very hard at night to fund even with GPS. They need a better sign.

Parking lot pot holes, rooms old, water pressure, broken bed, broken lower drawer, toliet slow flushing. not Baymont quality.

Price too high for condition of place. Not clean. When showering water backed up in tub. Awful.

It was a good hotel for the price. We stayed there for a few nights and went to Universal Studios and Sea World. With traffic, it's about a 30 minute drive to each of those. The room was clean and the air conditioner worked well. The only complaint we have, which was not a huge deal: I don't think the shower was looked inside when the room was cleaned each time. The same wash cloth was left in there. The only thing that was done was our beds were made and towels were stocked. We left some garbage one day, an empty plastic cup in between the beds on the stand and it was still there, which didn't bother us because it was our mess to throw away. All in all it was a pleasant stay.

The front desk were very pleasant, the room was okay very outdated. But for a 1 night stay it was okay.

One significant reason for choosing this hotel was the fact that the management read these comments and responded. Good value. Excellent location. Room was clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend.

We have stayed in many different low price budget motels but this one really impressed me!!! Clean rooms, all available amenities in working order and clean and comfy beds!!!We will be staying here again!!! Loved it!!!

Nothing spectacular but a good room for the money.

It was ok for one night. Only slept in the room wasn't there for long. It was an ok stay.

Hotel was in great location with bowling lanes right next to it, Basic continental breakfast Staff had some problem assigning me front room, which I believe were empty because no cars were parked outside rooms and was given corner room on 3rd floor :-(

Dear Guest: Thank you so much for sharing your feedback. I apologize for the inconvenience you experienced during your stay. Front Desk staff steps away from the desk when another guest requires immediate assistance. Again I apologize for that, we are also changing upgrading our rooms. Thank you
