***POOL HEATING*** POOL FACING NORTH There is a fee of $40 dollars a day for this service and it's a 2 day minimum. We recommend to inform us at least 48 hours prior to the check-in date.

***GUEST ACCESS AND PARKING*** Guests will have access to the entire house for themselves. The house has a driveway that can accommodate up to 2 cars. Also there is overflow parking about 250 feet down the same street. Street parking is available in many areas as well.

** BBQ GRILL We provide a small 18 inches charcoal grill upon request ***The Charcoal grill if free upon request. It needs to be requested prior arrival or the day of arrival before 5 pm*** If you need to use our propane grill the propane will need to be purchased prior and arrangements need to be made at guest own expense. A cost os $40 dollars will be charged for the use and clean of the grill.

**PET POLICY - no pets allowed

Linens and towels are provided at the start of your stay. - Washcloths are not provided. Those are considered as personal items.
