Themed safari rooms allow you to choose your adventure experience.

Be the guide of your own storybook dream home as each guest chooses their own adventure. Will it be the Butterfly Enclave with a twin on top and a full on bottom bunk bed, the King's Catch room with a spacious king bed, the Young Elephant Oasis room with a twin safari boat bunk bed, the Camp Big Tree room with two twin-size bunk beds, or the King's Master Reading Refuge room with a king bed.

The villa has a fully equipped kitchen with pots, pans, & utensils. There is a laundry room with washer and dryer for your convenience. All linens and towels are provided.

The back of the villa faces the Lake with views of the Dock at the clubhouse area. Located in close proximity to club house. Easy travel to major attractions.

Our Dream vacation paradise has plenty of space for your little explorers. This lovely home is equip with all the amenities and features you would find in a traditional home, although it is a self catering unit past welcome toiletries provided. If you would like to purchase a welcome pack with a few essentials for your arrival.

**No Parties or Events**
To maintain a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors, we do not allow parties, events, or large gatherings at the property. Violation of this rule may result in immediate cancellation of your reservation without refund and additional fees for extra cleaning or damages.

Additional Fees apply for the following:
-BBQ Grill Rentals (Requested and paid - at least 48 hours prior to arrival)
-Pool & Spa Heat (Requested and paid - at least 48 hours prior to arrival as it takes 24 hours for all pool heating to reach favorable temperature)
-High Chair Rentals/Crib Rentals
-Early Check-ins & Late Check-outs

Guest access
You have access to the ENTIRE HOME. Feel free to lay out by the pool, take a walk, enjoy the resident features such as play grounds, pools, and clubhouse.

Pool heat is $28 a day or $170 per week. We do advise that you make payment as soon as possible or at least 48 hours prior to arrival as it takes 24 hours for all pool heating to reach favorable temperature.

BBQ Grill is $75 per week. We also recommend payment as soon as possible for BBQ grills as this will guarantee your BBQ grill is confirmed and put on order and will be delivered upon or before guest arrival.

THIS HOUSE IS SELF-CATERING. Please stop by your nearest supermarket to purchase personal toiletries and desired meals.

• HOUSEKEEPING - There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee. Property is not pet-friendly
