Welcome to our home, Sunny Drifts. It’s a 4/BR 3/BA, Cinema home with a private pool and spa. Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally located place, in a quiet, safe and family-friendly community. From the house enjoy the theme parks being so close too: Disney (10 mins away), Sea world (20 mins), Universal (20mins). Just minutes away from Walmart and all the best restaurants! 8 mins from Island H2O water park & Margaritaville in Kissimmee.





The space: Beautifully decorated 4 bedroom and 3-bathroom pool home in the beautiful and safe subdivision of Indian Creek. The private pool/spa is south facing so it will have the best sun coverage year round! Minutes away from Disney. Awesome air-conditioned movie theater with huge screen and surround sound. Watch movies or play on the 2 arcade machines. Everything you would want for a vacation rental home. Go to the parks and then come home and relax in your private pool and spa. *Important notes -Cleaning fee is required for every stay of a one time fee of $185. We take pride in keeping a clean & tidy house for all our guests. Pool and Spa heater: There is a $30 fee per day and must be reserved at least 24 hours prior to your arrival required a minimum 2 consecutive days. You don’t have to add heat to your stay, only if you want the spa to be warm-Temperature on the pool will not exceed 85F and the SPA Temperature will not exceed 95F. if interested in pool/spa heat please message us at least 2 days before your arrival to ensure heat is on before your stay & allows time to heat up properly. Eating and glass around the pool deck or inside the pool itself is not allowed. A grill can be rented for your stay - we can discuss if interested and figure out rate/availability at time of booking with our management company.

Bedrooms: Master Suite: King size bed, En-suite bathroom Master Bedroom 2: King size bed, En-suite bathroom Bedroom 3: Queen bed, shared full bath with bedroom 4 -Bedroom 4: 2 Sets of bunk beds. Guest access: All guests have exclusive access to this entire property, private pool, & community amenities. Pool area also has a safety fence to keep in to ensure kids safety, as well as door alarms. Right around the corner from the property is one of two neighborhood playgrounds, workout equipment, walking trails & ball courts!





Other things to note: We require everyone who is part of our community to stick to these simple rules for being a great guest: -Treat your Host’s home like your own -Follow the Host’s standard house rules: No Party Policy: It is our strict policy to forbid any parties/raves at the property. Since this is a residential area, high noise levels are restricted from 10 pm-7 am. We would appreciate that you respect the house and environment in which you choose to stay in. No Smoking Policy: Please be aware that any form of smoking may activate the house smoke alarm and any tampering with our fire detector will incur a fine. Should we believe that the guests have been smoking/vaping in bedrooms, patio/pool or any other part of the house, a smoking fine will be charged for additional deep cleaning measures. (minimum fine is $250)





Please note: The House is Self-Catering, and we only provide welcome amenities for your convenience and FIRST USE (shampoo, soap, dishwasher soap, sponge, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towel, and trash bags), Please stop by your favorite grocery store to purchase personal toiletries and desired meals. 4 spots of parking in front of the house in driveway, and additional parking spaces on the street (first come, first served). We offer complimentary Wi-Fi. Kids amenities free of charge with every rental: Pak N Play, stroller, pool fence, toys, highchairs, kids dinnerware, baby tub, & more! (We want to help take the stress off packing for the kids & parents!😉) Free washer & dryer available at the house. We hope to host you at Sunny Drifts soon & help your family create magical memories!
