Location to major interstate has road noise prominent in some buildings. Our group had 2 rooms - each appeared clean but had several small roaches (live & dead) in each. When we tried to switch the downstairs rooms had strong mold smell and mold on curtains. Currently there is a roofing project which is loud first thing in the morning so no sleeping in. Units are timeshares that owners can rent out - luck of the draw if you get a nicely maintained unit as some owners are better than others.
Loved the location of the hotel BUT there were roaches in my room!! I have never had an experience like that EVER!
We were put in building 7 which has paint peeling on the walls and doors, funny smell and gum on the carpet. There were roaches in the kitchen and the fridge was leaking. The towels in the bathroom were dirty. It had a very run down appearance that made us feel uncomfortable. The building we were put in did not look anything like the pictures. They were also doing roof construction on the next building which we were not informed of. We checked out as soon as we checked in and had to find another hotel very quickly which was a stressful experience. We did get our resort fee reimbursed but were charged for 1 night as it was after 4 pm and we already checked into the room.
Overall nice and comfortable nice staff just needs a bit of updating but the price was right !!
Room has not been remodeled since the seventies. Carpet in hallways and room so dirty and stained. Rooms need a thorough cleaning. Condo charges not listed on the website either.
Hotel is nice rooms are comfortable but the hotel itself is somewhat dated good for business travelers and families as they say the price was right
The best deal on hotel room was here for one night
Hotel was fine for a 1 night stay. Free breakfast in the morning was probably the worst I've ever had from a hotel in terms of quality and selection.
Hotel is close to Disney and restaurants. We experienced a little trouble with our room, but the hotel upgraded us. The pool was well enjoyed by my children. The continental breakfast was very good.
The staff is not friendly and they do not like to provide extra linens. We reserved a room for 6 ppl and only could get linens for 4 ppl. I had to keep begging for extra towels and washcloths.
We just needed a place to shower and get a few winks in and it was perfect for that! It seemed a bit rundown and needed a makeover. Staff was really nice and helpful. the hotel was out of the way of all the Disney congestion, which was good since it was spring break. Like I said, no frills but right for the price.
The room I had for most of my stay was out of date and didn't look very clean. Not comfortable at all. Would not recommend to relax. Had bugs and informed staff. They were amazing and kind. They moved my room that night and put me in a room that was renovated and 10x better.
Fabulous family vacation getaway, right in the midst of major theme parks attractions. Shopping and dining close at hand. Beautiful surrounding and scenic area. Pet friendly too!
My husband and I had a wonderful stay..breakfast was great and staff was very friendly.
We have been before at this hotel and looks good, because it is a family place and just rate ok. But this time the facilities were not well maintained and also they charge per night extra that tell us was fee resort I have concern for pay 20 dollars per night extra plus rate fee reservation finally for this money you can reserve a condo and better condition.
The room was very dated and the internet was sporadic.
Our room was just across the parking area from a busy thoroughfare and the traffic noise was considerable. The staff were very friendly yet professional and competent. The room was in fair condition, dated but clean. It had a mini-kitchen and was well appointed with silverware, dishes and glassware. Breakfast area was from 7-9 AM only, on a weekday, (don't know about the weekend.) There was a big crowd and it was difficult to get food. The food was just okay, but adequate. We did not take advantage of the pool. Overall the stay was okay.
This hotel was newly renovated and very comfortable. Would stay here again.
This hotel is right next to the highway. It was so noisy that even with earplugs we were not able to sleep. The first room (facing the highway) was remodeled and new/nice. The common areas are ugly, old and dirty. There was a roach in the room when we arrived, they had left a chicken bone in the kitchen trash. We requested changing to another room that did not face the highway (due to the noise level). We got changed to a room that was old, ugly, mold in the bathroom, mildew in the kitchen cabinets. I did not dare to walk barefoot in the room. I regret being so cheap! We got a $55 + tax + fees per night (it ended up being aroung $100 per night). It was NOT worth the discount. I truly regret having made the choice to stay here for FIVE nights! Breakfast included: Tang, some cereals, some fruit and something that ressembled eggs. You should visit this place (all the rooms) and just not offer it anymore. VERY dissapointed. I am never staying in a non-chain hotel ever again.
Great hotel and great value. Close to everything. Great service. Room was clean
