Nice and close to the beaches!
I really liked the convenient location and friendly staff. The room was spacious and comfortable.
The motel was close to the meeting place for the cabinet meeting we were having and I asked my wife to go with me. She was able to see the ocean from our room window and it was relaxing for her. When I attended the meeting she went down to the beach and watched the waves. After the meeting we were able to relax in the room. It was very nice , but the chairs could use some cushons.
Hotel was right on the highway. Yachats is such a nice little town. A couple minutes walk to the coast from the hotel but you have a great view of the water from your room. Huge windows too. Check in was super quick and easy. The indoor pool is open from 9am to 9pm, and we got there at around 8pm so we didn't go. I would definitely stay there again.
It was great! The room was perfectly clean and comfortable, the pool was nice and warm, and the front desk guy was always very responsive. I would stay again.
This was perfect for a one night trip just to see fireworks for the fourth of July over the water, which is a tradition. The motel is perfectly located in town, and the rooms seemed renovated with fresh flooring and so on. However, the sheets were not perfectly clean (found a hair in my bed) and the bathroom floor was definitely not completely clean--there were dust bunnies and hair along edges.
We paid extra for an ocean view, but we could barely see it through all the rooftops. The pool is badly in need of cleaning and maintenance.
