This property is filthy. We reserved 4 rooms and 1 had no air conditioning and the drapes were falling off so they could not be closed. Other rooms needed carpets cleaned desperately. Shower plumbing is reversed and to say water was warm would be a lie. The hotel sits between intersections of 101 and is very loud. Would not recommend.

The room was filthy. Don’t be fooled by the photos posted online. I am not sure if they are even from the same hotel. We checked in and spent less than ten minutes in the room before leaving and staying at a different hotel.

I wish the 2 bedroom rooms had atleast a door on one of the rooms to provide privacy. The staff was helpful with getting us extra blankets. Also wish the breakfast had more items like the picture they have (eggs, and sausages/bacon).

Room wasn’t very clean. It was Dusty, the microwave was so disgusting. Sheets seemed dirty. Stains on comforters.

Check in staff were very pleasant. The room was old but clean however the toilet would not flush and the hair dryer did not work.

I called earlier to let them know that I was bringing a small dog. The guy who answered the phone told me the pet charge will be $10. However, the lady behind the counter told me they'll charge me $15 when I got there. I told her I was told the pet charge was $10. She said if the guy said it was$10, then she's ok with $10. The room was very old and the carpet looked dirty. My dog was coughing after he sniffed the floor. They probably do a good job cleaning but the building itself is very old and needs a little TLC.

Nice hotel, in a very good location. Close to water, casinos and downtown Coos Bay.

Had a great time. Place was quite and comfortable . Will check in there when going to that area.

it was dirty in side and out side you think they would wash it do not look like out side has ever been washed

Room was old and dirty breakfast was very poor it was a frustration for me

Reserved a non smoking 2 king room. Arrived to a room that smell like smoke, felt dirty (incl a wet towel on the back of the bathroom door), and was like a dungeon with no fresh air or light because it was in a dank corner ... next to a bar ... whose smoking section was the same corner and thus bar patrons stood outside the room to smoke. Hotel refused to switch rooms so we left and stayed elsewhwere. Front desk could care less. Reported to Orbitz who graciously canceled our second night but the hotel refused to credit our first night. Will never be back!

Nice but not the cleanest motel I've stayed in. Thought motel was closer to water, but generally, it's fine for a one night stay.

WE canceled before we even got all the way into the room, this MOTEL was not a pleseant place for families as far as i could see, theere was empty boxs and the staff in the office was very pleasent and made the transaction very easy, but she was the only good thing about this place in my eyes, needs to get cleaned up

The Motel beds are the Worst I have ever slept on. Like sleeping on a rock, and the room had no way to control the temperature. It was so hot I had to keep the window open at all times, which let in all the noise from outside. They were AC units in the rooms however, you could not use them. And I seen no way to turn the heat down. Luckily they had a fan I could use, however, it only worked if I was in front of the fan.

Hotel is situated in a spot between two noisy highways. It was cold in rooms and noisy. Beds were fine but few extra blankets.

New management is learning and trying hard. Eventually this hotel will come up to the rest of the super8 hotel quality. I would stay there again. I enjoyed the staff.

The room was smaller than I had hoped. But the price was right and almost every place that would let me check in with a dog had been taken. I guess July 4th weekend is a big weekend for out-of-towners

For the price it was ok but won't stay there again.
